"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Sam and Ethan are up. T can still roll and move up. Reninder: initiative is just a check in my games. Pass and you may choose to act before opponents, otherwise act after. No need to wait for a player with higher initiative to go.
Tetrevess uses telekinetic shove to attempt to push the trooper into the room, (DC 19 str save) and then uses silent image to make it look like the door is closed. ( maybe not reading map right- looks like trooper is outside the room- trying to keep him from running for help)
“I had not quite given up on an err, more peaceful solution, but so be it. Let’s try not to alert the whole place. None of these inquisitors or guards leave this room alive”. his voice speaks in everyone’s mind.
The Trooper is pushed into the room by an unseen force.
* I had him on the stairs, following the party, ostensibly standard protocol, should they wish him to fetch something from upstairs, or if a prisoner tries to make a break for it he could possibly hold them up.
The maps they put together for this thing aren't bad, but they're not great. It does appear there is a door there, which calls to mind a more European architectural style than an American one. (I haven't seen enough of other continenets to assert anything confidently about their cellar doors, one way or the other).
I say it has a door. I would say it was opened by the inquisitor from uostairs, leading the party down, but now **appears** to be closed, based on Tetrevess' action. If we're trying to keep the guard at the top of tbe stairs from hearing a call for assistance, I need to know if someone did / does end up casting silence, as was discussed, earlier.
I'll handle the stunned ones. Everyone else, spread out. And don't forget that random storm trooper that got shoved in!Ethan yells in head as he flanks one of the stunned guards standing directly next to the prisoner and lashes out straight away from a distance with [Tooltip Not Found], though he is still sour from the fact that he still let a teammate fall under his own hands.
Strike 1 (Aimed at the 1st stunned guard): 18 to hit, 7 Force
Strike 2 (aimed at the 2nd Stunned guard): NAT 20, 15 Force
Strike 3 (1st stunned guard): 28, 14 Force

<by default I'm making damage to humanoids non-lethal, so you can question them post battle if you want. Unless it's obvious narratively or explicitly stated that your dealing lethal damage. Tooltip error above, so I'm not even certain what dealt the damage, fatality is not narratively obvious. This is not a 'gotcha' thing, its in case you want to ask questions withou using speak with dead, which is limited enough assuming you even have it prepared. >
They would have seen and heard silence being cast, but late now for a deception / persuasion persuant to such. I'll try to fit the area. Also, questions were asked and answered, so.maybe thsts just past the edge of the spell's aoe?
<ooc: CW asked if he should cast it but never did. He used his action to pretend to follow the commands of the inquisitor then to attack the two torturing the prisoner.>
<I'm just waiting for Sam to post. If it comes up, when rolling initiative, just post action if it's over 20 or, if I've posted NPC initiatives: at or above that, or state your choice to go after NPcs, which is allowed, doesnt use reaction as held action does>
<As noted earlier, the lights in this building are magical, from continual flame. Not sure if that changes the rolls to hit (ie maybe had AD from unseen attacker / gloom stalker bonuses) but the light would remain on. See #4722.>

Trooper Str save vs push (DC19) 21
The Trooper is pushed into the room by an unseen force.

Samogri is up.
(i assumed silence was cast- none of tet’s actions or spell required Verbal)

Who is concentrating on it?
<Is it there or should it be farther south to cover those people that were talking?>

Sam knocks out the trooper beside him and advances to rhe nearest inquisitor, dealing enough damage to almost incapacitate her.
Purple was the silence spell. It sounds like nobody is in fact casting it, so maybe ignore that (?)
