Trisk will examine the locked door after going up the tower and finding it locked. Is there a keyhole? How much space is there from the bottom of the door to the floor? He will also call out which way he went for Tesservett, Uriel, and any others in his group who are not with him but might end up following him.
"I've gone up toward the top of tower!"

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."

"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Can items such as the rapier be taken, as long as the rules of trade apply, and is the elf and goblin frozen?
"Creatures in temporal stasis, as well as anything they are carrying or wearing, can’t be harmed or moved until the magic on them is ended."
Tied to his belt is a glass-handled rapier
<this is tricky. I'm going g to say yes here, but I don't want this to be precedent for other situations that generally fall under 'worn or carried' descriptors as exemptions to spell effects. But I'm ruling that you can remove the sword while the elf is still in stasis.>

Using fast hands, Piccolo takes the interesting rapier, instantly replacing it with a small dagger she had in her bag. She has many random things in her bag as wherever she goes, she grabs things and puts them in her bag. She never knows when she might need something.
She decides to help the hungry giant, and tries to find a kitchen and cake. She will dash and use cunning action to move again, moving 60-80ft rd, searching for cake, smelling, looking. If she helps her, maybe the giant will help Piccolo in return, she reasons, and being there aren’t many that seem animated now, she could use a good friend.
Piccolo was very good at making friends, she knew she was cute, maybe irresistible, and could get people to do things she wanted.
Trisk bows to the gray-bearded man in black robes sitting on the gilded throne.
"Greetings your most high lordship! I noticed from outside a dragon appears to have entered your fine keep and thought I should enquire whether or not he was a welcome guest?"

— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
No cake as such, but kitchens are always adjacent to the banquet hall, so when you were in the banquet hall, you were one room away. Some of the PCs would know this. A magical woodland demigod creature may or may not.
Fast hands. When everything else is frozen in time. This is what power creep looks like.
The wester part of the banquet hall is the dining terrace. Bathed in twilight, this marble terrace offers a stunning view of the mountains, forests, swamps, and shimmering horizons of Prismeer. Spaced about the balcony are tables draped in white tablecloths with chairs set around each one.
At the far end of the banquet hall is a door behind which lies the kitchen. An eight-foot-tall, three-foot-diameter, multitiered cake rests on a large round table in this kitchen, which also contains a stove and an assortment of mismatched cupboards and worktables. Eight pixies are suspended in midair around the cake, each wearing a chef’s hat and a flour-stained apron. Six of the pixies squeeze cloth tubes that have icing coming out of them. The other two hold armfuls of tiny crimson candles.
Thick creepers with broad leaves encroach on the kitchen through a partially open door in the middle of a concave wall. The roots stretch across the floor and coil around the large table, but not around a smaller, rectangular wheeled table that has three trussed-up giant rats on it.
An open doorway leading from the kitchen has thick creepers spreading through it.
Piccolo smiles, thinking it will be nice to make the huge woman giant happy. She looks for the best method of bringing up the largest piece she can manage, looking for a platter or other method of carrying. Then, realizing she is not very strong, she tried to creatively figure out another method, including looking for a think she heard of called a dumbwaiter that could bring the cake up to a higher floor. Finding none, she will resort to cutting 6 pieces, putting them on 6 plates, and taking 3 trips up and down the steps, but not entering the room of the giant until all of them are upstairs.
Then, she knocks on the door, opens it, playing her tiny instrument. "It is an image of the delicious cake, but it also is an image of the giant woman helping the tiny girl." Then she brings in several plates of cake.
The bearded man upon the throne sneers, "I am Lord Kelek, and the palace is now mine to rule," he states confidently. But at the mention of the dragon, a flush of dread passed briefly over his face. "That creature is a menace. A stray pet the the previous occupants fed and now we can't be rid of. If you came to offer your services in this regard, it would be a most welcome boom, should you succeed."
The glowing-eyed helmed warrior remains silent, eyeing the party mirthlessly.
"Oh, and just out of curiosity, you wouldn't happen to have a uncoorn's horn, would you?" Kelek adds, as an afterthought.
Put off by the imperious nature of the bearded man's attitude, Uriel attempts to assess his intent. "By the previous occupant, do you mean the fey queen? By what right do you lay claim to lordship of this castle?"

The tea cart’s drawers contain utensils, candlesticks, teacups, saucers, bowls, and napkins. It has wheels.

Piccolo smiles in delight that the giantess is happier.
She plays a tune, trying to convey that she needs help with what is wrong here. "It has images of things not moving, casters starting to cast, a dragon sleeping."

"This unicorn horn you seek, have you any ideas on where to begin our search?"
Trisk folds his hands within his robes in a non-threatening manner, prepared to wait patiently and have a discussion.

Put off by the imperious nature of the bearded man's attitude, Uriel attempts to assess his intent. "By the previous occupant, do you mean the fey queen? By what right do you lay claim to lordship of this castle?"
