Crimson Sands of Time

Sam will rush up to the nearest to Ethan and attack with the frost brand greatesrowd 

attack 1 23 to hit damage 8 magical slashing + 3 cold 

attack 2 15 to hit damage 10 magical slashing + 1 cold 

bouns action you see Sam grab and smash a perl from his necklaces as yells “ for the world serpent” going to cast bless from the necklace of prayer breads and target the party with it everyone gets a d4 to add to attack rolls and saving throws 

Sam swings his blade, painting a vapor trail with each slash, as the chill air surrounding the sword leaves a faint swirl of condensation when jt slices through the air. In two hits, Sam finishes the zombie.

The dragon circles Picollo, who he feels most threatened by, having seen the visions of is masters demise she filled his head with, and takes aim at her and Trisk, who he recognizes has cast a spell on his master. With a sputtering hack, giving way to a gurgling noose, a plume of acid erupts feom the dragon's mouth, spraying in a straight line at Picollo and Trisk (DC11 Dex save for ½ of 22 acud damage).

The remaining trio of zombies continent shuffling toward the group.

Just to confirm, the glyph key is holding open the white gate to the gargoyles' room or in someone's possession currently?

Piccolo shakes her little head in sadness and dodges out of most of the dragons acid (Dex save 31). Her magical warding bond further resists the acid, reducing it to 5 (Trisk takes 2 more damage, Piccolo takes 2 damage) HP: 73/78

In an instant, two thorn daggers materialize in her hand, and she tosses them expertly at the poor dragon: (Dagger 1: 24 to hit,   10 magic piercing Damage,    Dagger 2: 31 to hit:   12 magic piercing  Damage

She then studies the dragon, preparing for her next deadly strike: (Bonus action: steady aim)

The poor dragon (who just ate someone before you got here) takes two thorns to the flank as he fails to evade Picollo's attack. Seeing her staring at him, he locks eyes and howls in rage, the pain of his wounds squelched his roar into a sickly howl.

Piccolo plays a quick tune to the dragon 

(Dragon)

"Hey Ethan! Do we shift our targets to the dragon or do we clear the surroundings and spread out first?" Randy tries to clarify as he moves 10ft east and then 10 south where the zombie on the right is and takes aim. He's thinking it's better to aim for the dragon first, but there are still those pesky zombies in the way that cannot be ignored...

Fire Bolt: 18, 13 Fire

BA Ballista: 25 Damage: 11 force and pushed back 5ft

"Spread out; Take a separate path and clear any flanking enemies! They're just as much of a nuisance as our main target!" Ethan commands as he moves 10ft to his left and then 20ft to the south before locking his eyes onto the zombie that's directly next to Piccolo on her left (Uses ap all movement; Appears near the bottom pointed end of the second triangle on the top row). Yikes... for second he thought the newest member had some leeway with the dragon... Guess not. "New guy!" He then yells to Trisk before he reverts to long ranged combat again. "I assume you and uh... your new friend can handle this! If you need help you better indicate clearly for either of us two to hear! Lizard guy flank the enemies wherever you can move to if you can!"

Randy and Ethan each vanquish one zombie, leaving only the dragon and one zombie left in this room.

The dragon seems lost in a dream for a moment, then snaps out of it and snarls at the enchantress trying to mess with his mind.

Sam, Trisk & Tetrevess are up

“well dragon, you had your chance to be on the winning side.  But seems like you have made up your mind.  I hate doing this.”. Tetrevess says in Draconic, with a bit of regret.  

one of the glowing balls (BA) orbiting the wizard’s head launches at the dragon, 32 to hit, 35 radiant damage… and then he launches a radiant bolt of lighting at the dragon- for 36 points more radiant damage, DC 22 reflex save for half. 

Trisk will cast Chill Touch at the last zombie.

Attack: 18 Damage: 28 necrotic damage, and it can't regain hit points until the start of my next turn. Until then, the ghostly, skeletal hand clings to the target.

If you hit an undead target, it also has disadvantage on attack rolls against you until the end of my next turn.

"I'll get the last one, zombie that is, we still have the dragon and when my temporary reality wears off whoever that was will probably be back."

Trisk will move away from the dragon and closer to Piccolo.

"What do you think? Finish here and move on to continue our search?"

The dragon, (who did just eat an innocent humanoid less than five minutes ago with zero remorse) is easily defeated by a single strike of the crown of stars Tetrevess casts, <no need to spend a slot on the lightning bolt>.

Trisk dispatches the final zombie, leaving the room empty except for the plants that fill tbe garden beds, including g those sculpted onto the furniture comprising an office set where Thuria sat before your arrival.

You do have a map. You've covered less than. 5% of the map and the object you seek, Szazz Tam's Phylactery, is deliberately difficult to find, yet the adventure assumes you will.

It may not be in any place pictured on the map.

Now that the first wave of enemies had been mercilessly slaughtered, Ethan goes up the front to inspect the dragon. It's dead. Dang. Such alliances especially with Red or Black dragons would have been a once-in-a-blue-moon opportunity for the like of the two Shifter brothers. Whatever. It's about time they make some ground... no point crying over spilt milk.

"We need to advance now. I'm not gonna waste time searching this place for useless junk any longer. Besides..." Ethan responds in a dangerously low voice as his face and blue eyes morphs into a rather sour scowl. "...I have a feeling we're not alone still. Don't let your guard down as we tread through this hall. Also, who has the map? We're gonna have to rely on it for navigation."

Though he does look back to Trisk one more time... "Was she... um... did she attempt the impossible... as in... was she trying to propose an alliance.. with the dragon?" If so, he'd have to commend her bravery; He would never have the courage to go up to even a helpless wymling and attempt to convince it that he means no harm, let alone forge an alliance with such powerful creatures.
