You'd notice there's a hallway which would have connected to the tower before it sat perched upon this giant beanstalk. You could swing down to it to access this unexplored area.
You also note, from this height, that the central tower has more than enough room above the level with a hole blasted out of the wall for a single level of similar size to the study and the throne room. The level above the study, where the hags were (and one yet remains) is sealed with a crown lock, but if you could get over to the roof, maybe you could get into the top floor from above somehow.
(How far would the distance be to the other roof, or are there any vines or other ways to get there, could she climb up the building and then enter through the roof?)
You did hear the frog talk to you right. There's not really anywhere else you can get with your boots unless your breaking through the ceiling, which is a conceit I'm making to speed things along and help you out.
"Iggrik is Zybilna’s familiar." says the toad. "When the palace was frozen in time, Iggrik was in the library. It spied on the Hourglass Coven until the hags left the palace, then Iggrik used a potion from Zybilna’s laboratory to make the beanstalk lift this tower into the air, making a tree house for itself. Iggrik has been hiding ever since. The League of Malevolence sided with the hags against Zybilna, and fhose mean people are still in the palace. I'm not going out there with that fire sword metal man stompimg about."
"I take it the league of malevolence is Kelek and his ilk. Do you know why they want a unicorn horn? And can you tell us how we might get inside some of these locked doors?"
Sam looks around “yes why do they want a unicorn horn” he thinks this league could be a unfortunate complication “perhaps we need to find a stag, perhaps banishing both creatures may open the doors”
"I take it the league of malevolence is Kelek and his ilk. Do you know why they want a unicorn horn? And can you tell us how we might get inside some of these locked doors?"
"I don't think the contents of the chest would interest you much," says the toad, looking at Uriel's feet. "You seem to have brought your own."
"Shhhhh!" the toad cautions, it's eyes darting about worriedly, "speak not his name. Names have more power than you know. He wants power, that one. What from a unicorn'S horn, I know not. Perhaps Thinnings, though..." he trails off, until prompted the question of who or what he means by this.
"Thinnigns! The butler." he peers over the edge looking down onto the room just out of sight, but right next to the base of the bean stalk. "Down there, in the servants quarters, probably."
"The crown locks can be opened by placing the crown of gold roses on the the lion's head."...
"The crown was silver thorns when you put it on? That's unfortunate, but fear not. If the crown gone is, guests can bypass the crown locks on the palace doors by writing their names into Zybilna’s black book. Trouble is, how to get to the book. It sits behind a hart-locked door. Unless... Thinnings... "
So, are you guys going to find the butler on the first floor or check out the second floor, the south side is accessible from here and has a number areas you can access without bypassing the crown locks, or you could head to the butler first and maybe hell help you get your names in the book. Either way, you'll probably talk to him and the toad more than once.
Then she starts walking very stiff, with one hand across her stomach and one across her back, as she imagines a butler would walk. She walks back and forth, offering everyone imaginary beverages.
"What do you think, search for the butler on the first floor and see if he can help us in some way?"
Trisk doesn't want to speak for everyone so often throws out a question or two to see what ideas others have.
"It looks like Piccolo wants to see this butler for herself."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
“The butler seems like a fine idea,” says Uriel, “But I’d like to hear more about this League of Malevolence. They seem to have taken over this castle by force and accuse the deposed queen of trafficking with demons, though one of their members wears the religious iconography of a demon prince.”
Turning to the frog, he adds, “We haven’t taken sides in this dispute, at least to the point of violence against one side or the other, but you have been quite helpful. Can you give us further information about the League and the Hags that we might determine, if it comes to a fight, whose side we should be on?”

Iggrick doesn't know much about the league, but they arrived recently and conspired with the hags to take Prismeer from Zybilna. As indicated by the toad, the servants' quarters are in the room adjacent to the kitchen, beside the base of the beanstalk.
This candlelit workroom contains tables, dressers, and bunks for the palace staff. Five goblins are frozen in place like statues, caught in the mundane chores of ironing clothes, darning socks, and folding sheets. A row of brass bells is mounted on one wall.
Picollo (and anyone else with passive perception 14+) notices something peeking out from the narrow space behind one of the dressers.
Piccolo scans the room for traps or hidden things not seen by less sharp eyes, while smiling and skipping around like a child in a toy shop.

You did hear the frog talk to you right. There's not really anywhere else you can get with your boots unless your breaking through the ceiling, which is a conceit I'm making to speed things along and help you out.
Piccolo plays a few notes to the frog (He sees an image of her looking in the chest)
Then she walks over, clearly wanting to open it, her curiosity spilling over.
"Iggrik is Zybilna’s familiar." says the toad. "When the palace was frozen in time, Iggrik was in the library. Piccolo plays a few more notes (the notes seems to say "hello" and strangly sounds like "Iggrick", then "Friends.")
She then looks the toad in the eyes for any hint of deception with her huge jade green eyes.

Piccolo shakes her head in agreement, and plays a gentle tune for the frog. (Persuasion 19)

Piccolo lies on the floor and looks at the thing peeking, while taking out a flower from her bag.
