T’bitha hears all the commotion outside sounding as if the Shadowhunters are retreating. Wanting to get out of the building, she slashes again at the web in order to get outside, 

Longsword: Attack: 2 Damage: 6

T’bitha rushes out, unimpeded by the web blocking the door moments before. She skids to a halt into the alley and looks both directions. She sees the drow fleeing and she unhooks her light crossbow, loading a bolt and fires at the spell caster.

Attack: 12  Damage: 7

Dimitri slides out the tavern through the damaged web, and with a glint of sliver he shoots out a dart from his sleeve at the retreating Demanding Drow Spellcaster.

Attack: 21 Damage: 8 

Sneak Attack (probably doesn't apply since I don't think there's anyone next to the drow): 2 

Disadvantage: 16 

T'bitha launches a bolt from her crossbow at the fleeing Demanding Drow Spellcaster, but the bolt goes just wide, causing it to miss.

Dimitri throws his shadow blade at the fleeing Demanding Drow Spellcaster, but at the very last moment she raises her hand, casting shield and blocking the blade from striking her.

Demanding Drow Spellcaster continues fleeing. As she does a large cloud of darkness seeps from her feet covering the entire width of the road.

Tristan you're up! Hadi and Khessa the two of you can also make your posts.

Khessa has no hope of reaching the fleeing spellcaster, with the distance she already has taken and the darkness preventing others from seeing where she is going.

'Dimitri can move so fast... he can reach her again' the blonde arcane warrior thinks. 'And maybe strike with more luck this time. Or strike unseen, if he manages to hide before attacking. And if the spellacster can not see the blow coming, she can not protect herself from it...'

So the tall warrior-mage focuses on one of the two shadowhunters. They have just begun to flee, she can reach them. She chases Soulblade Drow Shadowhunter and tries to grab him. If she can block him, he will not be able to flee anymore, plus the others will make short work of him in no time!

Atheltics to grab: 14

If she succesfully grabs Soulblade Drow Shadowhunter, she calls Hadi: "Got this one! Let's finish him quickly!"

Hadi nods and with a quick step flourishes his cloak behind him, dashing towards Khessa and then swinging his shadowy blade at the drow struggling with his companion.

Attack: 23 Damage: 5

Tristan cries out in pain as he is struck, but manages to strike out at the drow wielding the soulblade as he leaves his reach. Pushing out his hand, and forcing power through his runes he creates a glowing net of sigils that surround the drow that managed to escape his clutches (Blood Curse of Binding).

Attack: 22 Damage: 13

The Agressive Drow Shadowhunter must make a DC 14 strength save or have his speed reduced to 0.

Khessa attempts to grapple Soulblade Drow Shadowhunter. acrobatics check (9) vs athletics 14.

Hadi using his shadow blade strikes at Soulblade Drow Shadowhunter dealing 5 psychic damage, killing her.

Tristan sinks his blade into the dead body of Soulblade Drow Shadowhunter then uses Blood Curse of Binding against Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter. STR save (3) vs DC 14.

Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter continues fleeing at full speed of 60 feet, turning completely invisible as the alley has no light source, if she succeeds against Tristan's Blood Curse of Binding. Otherwise, she stays in place with no movement on the edge of visible light.

Both Quasits continue to sleep restfully, T'bitha and Dimitri you're up!

Not fully updated... Demanding Drow Spellcaster has been killed by last Dimitri's dart

While Tristan binds Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter in place, Dmitri draws his sword as it sizzles with electric energy, and he slashes at the Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter from behind. 

Attack: 22 Damage: 5 

Booming Blade: 4 if moves 

Sneak Attack: 8 

T'bitha launches a bolt at the Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter with her crossbow. Attack: 18 Damage: 6

Dimitri you slash at the Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter with your sword dealing 5 points of slashing damage. Unfortunately no sneak attack damage, because there is no one else within 5 ft of the Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter yet.

Tristan, Hadi, and Khessa you're up!

"You were the one who enjoyed killing the guards on the ground, weren't you?" Khessa grins wickedly, approaching the surviving drow as she holds up her greatsword "It seemed so fun to hit someone helpless... I want to try too!"

And she lowers the her blade on the drow, with all of her strength and weight to support the blow.

Attack: 8 Damage: 10

Hadi makes his way to the frozen drow and says, "We can't have you trying to come back for us..." and then attempts to stab at him with his shadow blade.

Attack: 9 Damage: 14

Tristan runs towards the drow, raising his sword. With a whistle, the blade arcs towards her, but at the last minute Tristan twists it so that the blade goes past her head. Pivoting, he wheels around and slams the pommel into the back of the drow's neck, attempting to knock her out. 

Attack: 18 Damage: 15

"Do not kill her for now, she may be of use to us yet."

Khessa you swing your greatsword the Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter, but even while being bound, she's still capable of dodging your strike. "Seems I'm not helpless enough for you" she hisses as you miss.

Hadi you thrust at the Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter with your shadow blade, but she manages to deflect your strike.

Tristan you strike at the Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter with the pommel of your sword dealing 11 points of damage. She's still standing, but does look pretty hurt.

Aggressive Drow Shadowhunter creates a thick cloud of darkness around her and all of you. You then hear her footsteps disappearing. Each of you can make an attack of opportunity if you would like, at disadvantage as you cannot see through the darkness.

Hadi, Khessa, and Tristan can make attacks of opportunity and T'bitha and Dimitri, the two of you can make posts for your turn!
