Eberk pulls a jar with a symbol that looks like a sun. Inside he finds 17 nuts similar to wall nuts. They make a rattling sound and when Eberk gives one a shake it lights up with a bright light out for about 10’ for a minute or so before fading back to its original state. ( you have discovered wukka nuts)
(Assuming no one dies of these jars....) "Lets see what other mysteries we can uncover down here my sweet Frangipani." the captain flirts back to her comment about him being the boss
(We'll continue to explore the corridor after the door)
Sparhawk, having bad experiences with underground caverns, thinks about potential slimes and drownings with this group, and begins to get restless.
"Alright crew, lets check out a few more and then move on."
(OOC: In the interest of time: 3 jars.... Sparhawk ,.96, Bjorn 88, Lir 4)... unless someone disagrees?)
Sparhawk opens a largish pot and in it he finds 1 apricot like fruit that looked to have been recently picked.
Bjorn opens a slender ceramic box and finds It contains some kind of exotic incense wrapped in red silk. Seems about four servings.
Lir picks a jar that contains a vial of liquid with a sweetish scent.there is a clove of garlic tied to the cap of the vial which interferes with the scent.
As you explore further down the hallway you see the split both right and left seem to just lead to stairways back above ground. The mural scenes no longer include the male figure and the woman’s features seem different. Looks like maybe a different artist for this section. As you walk you feel eyes upon you from above. The creatures of the river have gathered to the class, watching as you move. Fish, frogs, snails seem to have their eyes pressed to the glass. A large shadow passes over as one of the many crocodiles swim over to catch a look at what has everyone else’s attention before continuing on its route.
At the end of the hallway you come to an intricately carved set of stone doors. The stone has been finely polished bringing out many subtle hues and variations in the stone.the base of the wall on either side of the door are large, carved claws attached to stone tyrannosaurus legs to compliment the carved dinosaur head from the upper level. The doors seem locked, but their is no visible lock mechanism

As they look aroind
”hum, this fruit seems fresh, and most of these jars we have opened seem to be in working order.”
He looks at the group. “Let’s assume something habituates this place that is humanoid. Let’s figure out how to open this door and take a closer look at the new painting for any clues”
Sparhawk investigates the mural and door for any clues. 24

"Fancy stuff. Imagine being so rich you willingly spend a fortune on something just to burn it."
"This is some structure," Bjorn marvels as they approach the T-Rex doors. "I'm guessing the control to open them is somewhere above." Gesturing that anyone is welcome to follow, he climbs halfway up the left staircase before slowing down, being careful to hide from any passing crocodiles. 18

The woman in the mural seems to be angry and her skin seems to have some sort of blemish all over, or it could be the paint has not stood the test of time? The plants depicted seem to now be most the same three

As Bjorn climbs the steps, he slips on some loose rocks and moss, sending the rocks bouncing down the steps with some nominal noise. Peeking out from the entrance to the staircase he doesn’t see any creatures or plants reacting to his noise.

Eberk stuffs the jar into his pack. “Anything else we need to take a look at? Or shall we move on?”

[Works for me lol.]
Finding nothing dangerous or interesting Frangipani almost immediately loses interest.....though the glowing seeds illicit a little attention.
" Where should I check next, Boss?"

Lir is going to stash the jar to investigate later in the open air.
“Bjorn, see if there is a glass window to look into the room from above”
Sparhawk suggests.
Eberk sits in front of the doors and does a ritual casting of Detect Magic.

Between the gaps in the door, a faint glow of magic is detect from the beyond the door. Nothing on the door itself or in the hallway
Eberk climbs back to his feet. “Seems to be some magic on the other side of the door. The door itself seems normal.”
“Hum” Sparhawk ponders. “Shall we carefully take a look?”
