Javier is also just keeping watch. Looking to see if he notices anything. In regards to moving the urn “like if there’s a switch underneath or if it’s the key? I’d rather keep that as a last resort but could be…. Any symbols on it?”
Salamir calls the others over to show them the lid.
"It seems we may have another clue, although the symbols don't entirely match in terms of placement, only three of the runes are present here", he says.
"These are the Hero, Guardian and Ranger runes right, Belkaria", he asks.
Hlin muses aloud "Perhaps we have to touch the runes in a certain order using those 3 runes found under the lid. I guess Fivin was a ranger first, then a guardian, and finally a hero"
Belkaria nods at Salamir's suggestion, but right before she adds her touch, she goes to the middle of the runes and kneels. Going off of the Earth and Forest runes, she piles up some of the Earth in a little mound and adds one of the many shamrocks she carries for one of her spells. She looks back at Salamir and shrugs. Then she stands up and places her hand on the ranger rune as the others do theirs.
As you each stand in position and press the runes together, in a pattern of Hero - Guardian - Ranger, the wall stars to move and melt and dissolve away, revealing a small inner alcove.
DC 12 Arcana to read :
The wall dissolves with a mold earth spell that was somehow activated with the runes.
Inside the alcove, you see a twin set of scimitars, of fine make. There is elvish writing on the blades. The handles are ivory with vines carved into the ivory. The sheathes are in white leather scabbards with three emeralds each on the scabbards.
Sitting on a small shelf is a silver ring with an emerald mounted on it, of superior quality.
If you speak elvish :
There is a name on each of the blades, in elvish writing. One is named “Flash”, and the other is named “Lightening”.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
“I’ve no use for a blade but if anyone of you would like to try them it’s probably safe to do so. This ring looks interesting as well.” he says inspecting the room
Garth looks left and right at his companions then steps forward to try the blades. "I do favour a light blade," he says as he takes a blade in each hand and goes through a brief training cycle before replacing them gingerly, unsure if he should take them.
Garth, these scimitars are exceptional, and you can imagine famed Fivin Brevian using them in the past to cut down his foes. You might not have a full idea of what they do yet, but they are exceptional in weight, balance, and sharpness. You clearly know that you’ve never used a weapon this fine.
Javier, the ring looks exceptional, but you can’t tell much more about it, perhaps if you had a little more time with it…
You have searched the alcove fully and feel that you have uncovered what was stored here, waiting, for someone like you to find it.
Where to next?

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Salamir is pleasantly surprised as the hidden alcove is revealed, but attempts to look like he knew it would work (Deception: 18).
"Those swords look very impressive, but I am more of a rapier person, myself", he says with a nod to Garth, affirming that he doesn't mind the ranger taking the swords.
"Do we want to rest here or keep moving?", he asks the others.
“Ill hold onto this ring if that’s okay with you all? At least until I can figure out what it does and I can keep watch if you want to take a short break and get your energy back. I’m still fit and ready to go… oh I didn’t mean it any way of course, but you rest for an hour or so and I’ll make sure no one sneaks up on us. Sound good?”

(( @dm: Garth did not stop at the Hero rune; he moved on to all the others, touching and then tracing the pattern of the rune ))
As he works, Garth muses it loud, "I wonder if the position mattera... Or the stone work."
He examines the brick on the wall, looking for any thing out of place.
Javier is also just keeping watch. Looking to see if he notices anything. In regards to moving the urn “like if there’s a switch underneath or if it’s the key? I’d rather keep that as a last resort but could be…. Any symbols on it?”
Garth, after you press the third symbol, you receive a mild shock, 1 h.p. shock. You stop at that point to consider.
Salamir, you open the urn, and see the ashes of Fivin Bevian inside. As you are considering, you look at the lid and underneath you see this inside :
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Salamir calls the others over to show them the lid.
"It seems we may have another clue, although the symbols don't entirely match in terms of placement, only three of the runes are present here", he says.

Hlin will touch the runes in this order
After Hlin touches the third rune, she receives a light shock, 1 h.p. electrical damage from the rune to her hand.
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Hlin shakes her hand "Well I guess that was the wrong order"
Salamir wanders over to the back wall. “Perhaps it is not the order that is important, but we perhaps have to touch the three runes at the same time”.
He positions himself next to the hero rune, and looks around to the others. “Any other takers?”, he says with a smile.
(OOC: If two others help, he will touch the hero rune when they touch the others)
Javier steps up and stands in front of the Guardian rune. “It’s worth a try….”
Arcana check: 25 i don’t speak elvish but can I make any other checks to identify the items?
Hlin does speak elvish and share what it reads to her companions
