Garth targets the goblin furthest away, Duzz, who happens to be standing on the top of the rock and about to dive in. Now his dive is very different, as an arrow shaft shoots through his chest and he goes forward into the pool, unmoving. Slubdo, swimming in the water starts to make his way to the edge, and Deet turns for his scimitar. "The ones from the wagon, how did they find us!" Deet yelps. Tark seems to be trying to make himself blend in with the rock on the side of the cavern, making himself into a goblin pseudo-stalagmite.
(Hlin, Javier, and Salamir are yet to act in the surprise round!)

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Salamir moves forward and lunges at Deet but he slips away in a spinning move. Unfortunately for the goblin he moves right into the path of Hlin’s warhammer, striking him in the chest and dropping him to the ground in one move. Slubdo is reaching the edge of the water and looking to pick up his scimitar.

Surprise round: Javier casts mind sliver dc 13 int for 3 damage before trying to show the goblin into the ground with his telekinesis (he’ll close the distance if needed. Dc 13 strength if they fail the first saving throw they’ll subtract a d4 to this one)
You see Javier focus on the third goblin, point at him and make the motion with his hand of shoving down. The goblin was reaching for his scimitar, he drops it and is shoved prone by an unseen force.
Garth, you are up!

Garth moves next to the prone goblin, drawing his other sword. "Wise of you to stay down, if you want to live," he says, kicking the goblin's sword clear.. "I suggest you surrender."
He stands ready to attack if the goblin does not follow his advice.
Readied Attack: 23 Damage: 8 (advantage because prone, will attack if the gobline starts to get up or tries to escape or fails to surrender)
Slubdo squirms and panics, reaches for his scimitar again, attempting to turn and hack at whatever is holding him, not realizing that it is an invisible hand of force that is shoving him down. He’s angry after seeing his friends cut down. That is when Garth’s strike ends him, skewering him to the ground. The room is quiet again.
A little too quiet. As you look up after combat has finished, you notice that Tark has been slowly inching away toward the west. He has looked on in horror, eyes wide as the three were cut down, and now he runs full steam towards the western exit, out of sight. Javier, Olive squirms and indicates to you that something was heard to the west, running feet and then, a thump?

"Well, that's great. We got rid of these bandits, but now our little toadstool is running off and probably going to go tell his boss. There goes the element of surprise. I'm thinking we better follow? I sure as hell don't want to be snuck up upon by something called Sawtooth" Belkaria sighs, looking around making sure there is nothing else going to pop out at them.

Garth stares down at the dead goblin for a moment before hurrying back to where he dropped his bow, sheathing his swords and trying once more to hide in cover -- either back to the north entrance, or behind the rock off which the goblins were diving.
"Something's coming," he says as he alternates his gaze between the corridor down which Slubdo fled, and the other exits from the room. Such as waste. With a final glance at the dead goblins he readies his bow.
Hlin kicks a goblin corpse just to make sure it was dead. "Damn, that little Tark got away. Well lets be ready for another attack" She hefts her warhammer and swings it in a arc ready for combat.

Salamir sighs as he watches Tark run down the western tunnel.
"I don't know, I wouldn't want to run after him into who knows what either", he says to Belkaria and moves over to the western wall just above the tunnel entrance, listening for sounds of movement.
"What do you see, or hear?", he whispers to Garth as they mention something is coming, before putting his back to the wall and trying to conceal himself from notice by someone coming from the west.
“Olive is in a slight panic. Sounds like she heard a large thump or sorts… could mean Tark met his own end whilst running away. A shame really.” Javier frowns as he gets into a better position trying to find partial cover behind a stone or rock, keeping his eyes on where the goblin fled.
Belkaria shrugs and waits with the rest to see if Garth or Salamir can hear anything. "Hey Javier, can you send Olive in after our little toadstool? See if she can get us any more information?"

Javier nods, “just watch my body yes? I’ll be seeing and hearing through her myself” he places her on the ground and sends her stealthily down the tunnel as his eyes glow a blue green color he sits down cross legged.

Garth moves behind cover and blended in with the wall near the opening of the western tunnel, on guard. Salamir hugs the wall on the other side of the entrance to the western passage, hidden as well.
Hlin and Belkaria maintain a defensive position, and Javier sits cross legged and his eyes roll back slightly in his head and he is seeing and hearing through Olive’s eyes.
Javier :
After about 30-35 feet down the passage, Olive stops. She senses a trap and sure enough, she sees a dug out pit trap, 10 feet deep. The passage is 5 feet wide and the pit is 10 feet to cross to the other side. She goes to the edge of the pit and looks down. She sees an unconscious Tark at the bottom of the pit with an obviously broken leg. Javier, from his position and appearance it looks like he tried to jump the pit and failed.
