Belkaria stands up from where she is, she sees the yellow goblin running away and obviously the one asleep at Garth's feet. She turns around and sees Nick cowering several feet back and shakes her head. She hops down from the wagon, gives the mules a pat, murmuring to them softly and heads over towards Burt. "You guys take care of that sleeper you go there, I think the others have scattered to the wind." From where she stands, she can see Burt is badly hurt, she casts healing word, granting him 7 hps
Clutch the arrow still imbedded in his shoulder, Javier's typically tan skin, is pale. He coughs as he lifts himself up and runs towards the remaining goblin that he can see (should be within 25ft.) "Not so fast!" he points two fingers to his temple and twists them in the air as he casts mind sliver (DC 13 int save) 6 (psychic damage) then with his bonus action he will telekinetically shove the goblin into the ground (DC 13 strength save)
If he is attacked he'll use his reaction to cast shield.

Update :
Javier gets down from the wagon and moves forward approximately 15 feet, stepping over the dead and the sleeping goblin, coming to the edge of the road and within sight of the goblin. The goblin headed southeast grabs his head, feeling his presence there. A misty hand floats out from the edge of the road but doesn't quite reach the goblin to the southeast.
The strange sound happens again, a gonging bell, that gives everyone who hears it the shivers. Hlin stands and points at the goblin to the southeast.

Garth threads an impossible shot through the leaves and you hear a goblin shriek and drop to the northwest. With that, we are now out of initiative and you are free to act. The last conscious goblin escaped out of sight to the northwest, and you have a snoring goblin at your feet who will be waking up soon.
Burt sits up and groans in the seat with the first wagon and looks back at everyone. “What the hell happened? I thought I was a goner!” He looks at Belkaria and smiles a wan smile.
From behind some bushes to the south, Nick appears. “Are they gone? I knew that it was gonna happen!” He looks at the dead goblin bodies with wide eyes.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Javier jogs back to the group and motions to the sleeping goblin. “Tie him up and we can question him. What do you think?” He holds his shoulder and kneels down holding his wound but forcing a smile.
"Sure, throw the ol bugger in the wagon if you prefer, or leave him here, makes no difference to me." Belkaria checks and makes sure Burt is doing alright, and once she's satisfied she then heads back to the second wagon. She hops back up to the seat, then turns and yells back at Nick, "Hey, Nick, right? This is now my seat, you can sit in one of the wagons, take your pick!" she then turns back around and murmurs softly to the mules. Once she has settled into her new seat, she says to the group, "I'm ready when you all are."
Salamir puts his shortbow down, grabs his rope from his pack and vaults over the side of the wagon. He makes his way over to the sleeping goblin and binds it’s hands behind it’s back, then loops the rope down to it’s feet and ties them as well.
He looks up to Belkaria. “Keep the horses still if you please, lest we have an accident”, he says and then drags the goblin so it’s neck is a short distance away from the wagon’s wheel, and it is almost under the horses hooves.
He puts his foot on the goblin's chest then leans down and gives it a slap to wake it up.
“I would remain very still and keep your voice down if I were you, these horses are a bit skittish and I wouldn’t want you to lose your head”, he speaks the threatening words in a friendly manner, a smile across his face.
“Now, let’s talk about your band of thieves shall we?”
Hlin sits on the wagon and takes a deep breath before pulling the arrow out with a muffled yelp. Hlin looks to her companions "Is anyone severely hurt. I can apply some healing?" She scowls at Nick "This is no place for cowards." She spits in disgust and focuses on the remaining goblin.

Javier raises his hand at the suggestion of healing with a nervous chuckle
“uhm I probably could, but I also don’t want you to waste your spells… I’ve never been injured like this before so I don’t want to be blowing this out of proportion, you know?”
The goblin comes awake with a start, “Ahhh, no! Pleeez, pleeze don’t hurt Meez! Meez just doin what big boss said. Grab stuff. Need food and suppliez. Meez just do what I’m told or get a big beating! Arrrggh!” He looks at the wheel and hooves nearly crushing his head… and he passes out again.
Nick looks rather embarrassed and his feelings hurt, he climbs aboard the second wagon. He can’t bring his eyes up to meet Hlin and the rest of you for a bit. Burt, feeling a little stronger, pipes up from the first wagon. “I put all of you back there with him because that’s the wagon that typically would get attacked first. Well, I was wrong about that.” With the healing he was able to pull the arrow out of his chest, he puts his hand up against the raw wound. “Have to thank you folks for saving my life back there.” In the first wagon are primarily foodstuffs, kegs of ale. In the second wagon there Is more mining equipment, more expensive items for the outfitter store. “Whenever you are ready we can head on to Glitter Creek. It’s about an hour and a half away. What are ya gonna do with him?” He points to the passes out goblin under the wheel.

Belkaria turns around, looks at Javier and gives a little wince, "Yeah, you might want to have that looked at. Doesn't look so good and apparently we still have about an hour and a half to go." She then stands up and cranes her neck to look towards the goblin, "Any more of your type gonna ambush us on our way?" She chuckles a bit as she sees what Salamir is doing.
Garth nods in satisfaction at his final shot then draws a deep breath and sighs. Pointless waste. Shaking his head, he walks slowly to retrieve his sword, examining it closely then cleaning it as he returns to the wagons. As the goblin is roused he stares at it in a mixture of pity and disgust.
"It's always the bosses, eh? Someone trying to upset the order so they can get rich quick. You know how they do that?" He stares at the goblin. "''Cos no-one has the courage to say 'no', that's how."
He pokes the goblin with the end of his scabbard, "Who is this boss of yours? Might they know something about the goings-on in Glitter Creek?"
Salamir notices the goblin has passed out and drags it by the feet from under the wagon, then once again puts a boot on it's chest and leans down to give it a little slap to wake it up.
"These folk have questions, try not to be discourteous and pass out again. I believe it is time you told us who this boss is of yours, what they know about Glitter Creek and if there are any more ambushes planned along the route?", he asks still in his friendly manner.
Javier nods at Belkaria as he helps himself up and leans against the wagon..
"Hmm how organized do goblins actually get? I'd guess their boss is bigger and stronger, that's how their society works no? Also if they're ambushing us here, I'd say it's likely they've got a base within a few hours walk or so, and it's likely we may encounter more..." he chimes in as he winces in pain. He looks at the others interrogating the Goblin with a concerned look on his face.
Meez squeaks and says "No, no more! Don't hurts us! Just needed supplies! Or a beatin, beatin from Sawtooth. You don't know! Meez don't know about Gliterz creek. Ow! No hurt Meez!"
The terrified goblin doesn't seem to know much more, obviously low on the totem pole, he stares at all of you panicked until... you guessed it, he passes out again. He must have an underlying goblin arrhythmia. Nick keeps watching in a curious manner, but doesn't move from the wagon. Burt steps down and looks over at the goblin, obviously still hurting and made from the attack. "Filthy things. Put it out of its misery. Just finish it off and let's get going, we are due in Glitter Creek." He stops and looks up for the sun and its position in the sky. It's overcast and he can't make it out. He goes back to his wagon and pulls out from behind the seat a rusty old not oft used short sword, pulling it out. He turns and looks at the goblin.

Garth just stares at Nick, "It's life is not yours to take." Quick to run, quick to judge. He shakes his head and looks around at the others -- the ones who actually stood their ground. "I say just leave it by the side of the road, next to a pile of goblin bodies. Might persuade his friends to seek easier pickings."
With that, he walks over to each body checking for things of note or value, and tries to replenish his own arrows perhaps gathering a few extra.
