Bardan, ripping the shovel from his belt, points it at the frog that had been according Brac. The wooden shield pulled from his back, as he screamed a mighty battle cry. "KIAI!"
How such an old man as able to act so spritely would be one of life's great mysteries.
pulling out his short swords and with his primary sword he does a downward slash followed by a stabbing move with his offhand "Take that you slimy beast!"
As Galfaen weaves his spell, the frogs are illuminated in an eerie purple light, the dim glow casting weird shadows across the water and trees. The glow makes them much easier to see, especially for those with normal vision. "That should help us a little in the dark", he calls out, rallying his companions against the foe.
(NB attack rolls against the frogs affected by faerie fire should have advantage - I should have made that clearer for those less familiar with the spell.)

In round 2, on his turn Galfaen...
...intends to cast produce flame, hurling the mote of summoned fire at the frog that bit Brac (unless it is obscured behind allies, in which case the other frog): Attack: 7 Damage: 1. As a bonus action, he will cast healing word on Brac, restoring 4hp.
(It would appear that I too have offended the dice gods)
(Per post 113 above) Galfaen casts produce flame, hurling the mote of summoned fire at the frog that bit Brac (unless it is obscured behind allies, in which case the other frog): Attack: 7 Damage: 1. As a bonus action, he will cast healing word on Brac, restoring 4hp.
(Unless he is hit and fails his concentration check, faerie fire will remain on the frogs for its duration, continuing to grant advantage on attack rolls)
(I believe Buxton said something about Galfaen casting a spell or something along with his initiative roll)
"Arghh, the damn thing has got me"
(Can I roll to escape now or wait for my turn?)
Yes you can roll to escape the grapple.
Your right so its Alhorn turn now.

"Thanks brother! That has stopped the bleeding a bit!"
(This is the roll from above, I didn't have enough actions for an attack in first round so this will be for second round when my turn rolls around.)
Brac lifts his greataxe high and brings it down hard on the frog.
Attack Roll : 18 + 2 = 20
Damage = 8+2= 10
