 Your convincing masquerade as a mad prisoner who is mad at the gaurd taking the slaves to another location is very succesful. The gaurds are very convinced that Rus is one of them.

Rus yells out at Clarion, "Pipe down and get in line!" He shoves Clarion toward a line with the others and moves towards the guards."Hey, one of the prisoners just grabbed my sword and ran off that way," he says pointing away from the group. "Do one of you have an extra club or something? I am going to march this," his voice gets louder as he looks at Clarion, "RIFF RAFF, down to the pitts. Maybe a little work will quiet them down."  Rus attempts to gather up the others, trying to get them to behave and quietly march them out of the cell.  "Maybe you guys can go assist with the attacks."

Arigar will play along as he realised the deception  and he ll surrender. He shouts at the guards "i hope you rot in hell dogs! "   ( performance 18 )

 One of the prisoners hands you a hand cross bow , and a single cross bow bolt coated in drow poison. Because of the decpetion that all of you have performed most of the drow get back to working, it is now possible to get to the armory without being stopped.

Tharivol gasps and Jack sparrow runs towards the back of the group with his hands held up in the air. “Ya caught me meanie…” (is there a time where we’d not be watched? When the chance arises I’d like to cast disguise self to make myself look like a drow guard. Can be when we get to the armory or before just whenever the coast is clear.) 

"In line, in line," Rus says as Tharivol falls in. "All of you now," he adds, selling the cherade, "Time to get what comes to those who don't behave!" Rus pulls as many of the prisoners together as he can marching them out and toward the armory.

(Are we out of initiative order now?) 

Clarion snarls at Rus, though he is inwardly extremely pleased at the masquerade's success. 

"This was a good idea,"  he whispers secretly to Rus.  "If we go to the armoury, keep an eye out for spell-casting components. We might need those."

(Sorry busy weekend for me, but we’re in the armory unattended correct?)

Arigar looks straight in the eyes of Rus..he spits and continues to pretend that he dislikes him handling him the pipe in defeat only to whisper 'I don't know how you did this but good job..may the gods favor you'

(I haven't been posting cause I wasn't really sure what more to do, and they others weren't active, but if we're in the armoury, then:)

Clarion would like to look for a rapier: (investigation): 8

And spell casting components/spell casting focus of some kind: (investigation): 5

Tharivol will also search the room for his crossbow and spell components, and dagger. Investigation:  2

If/once he finds his stuff and If we’re alone in the armory, Tharivol will cast disguise self to appear like one of the drow guards he saw from earlier. “That was an excellent show of deception my new friends. Good job, where to next? Out of this dingy basement of a jail yeah?”

 You cant find any of your weapons or supplies, but all of you realize that there are is 1 mean looking Drow guard right in front of you. He says "Oi why are you bringing all the prisoners in here, do you wish for death."

 You dont find a rapier but you are able to find a shortsword,  you cant find any spellcasting components in here.

Arigar will look for two battleaxes  and a greataxe as it's his preferable weapon..he looks thoroughly for any armor that might help him ( investigation roll 2 ).he ll look also for anything that might help them like a rope or torch etc

Clarion pockets the shortsword, and then turns to adress the drow guard in front of the armoury. 

"Please, you have to help us! This man," he cries, gesturing to Tharivol, "Is going to torture us with these weapons! He forced us here so we could watch him choose his instruments of pain - please, if you have any mercy..."

Clarion collapses into sobs, once again trying to pretend that he is the prisoner of his companions and that they are supposed to be in there.

OOC: So sorry I've been missing; Will catch up in a couple of hours and post. Busy few days at work and honestly lost track of time.

“Oy now, pipe down you filth or I’ll make one of your fellow cell mates do my job for me ehh?” He smiles a devilish grin playing along with Clarion.
