As Narstin and Fionn touch the book simultaneously, you get the same vision as what Bayrith got: a man sitting on a throne, in a throne room, dressed in regal clothing and he points at you and then you return. What seemed strange though, is that you tried looking around during it but you see that you are alone.
Bayrith, as you touched the book, you didn't get the vision again. It seems that whatever magic made you see it, only works once per person. You do however, notice something on the book you haven't seen before until now... (give me an Investigation check).
Bayrith, you notice some Elvish writing on the cover that means "spellbook" and on the spine you see another set of Elvish script that reads "history".
The two who had the visions have been ina trance for only about a minute.
Bayrith finishes checking out the book then with it in his hands looks at the others. "I was to interested in the arcane symbols before, but this script here on the book, it is Elvish. The spine reads History, while the cover says Spellbook. What do you all think? HHmmmmm.....I wonder." Bayrith turns towards the front of the book and begins to look through it.
I'd like to take a quick glance to see if there is anything my little Level 1 wizard notices about spells that are contained in this spellbook? Just tell me what you'd like me to roll for that.
OOC: starting at the front cover and moving through the first few pages. Bayrith will wait till a short or long rest to look through it more thoroughly.
As you read the first starting pages, you can't understand a bit because they are written in the ancient language that you've seen on the corridor walls. But a few of the entries after that are written in Elvish, and they seem to read like a sort of introduction to a history book. After that, you notice some symbols and you recognize it as formulae and descriptions of an archaic form of the spell expeditious retreat.
Bayrith closes the book after just a minute or two. Puts it away in his pack and looks at the rest of the group. "I'll look through it more thoroughly when we have more time. But from what I can see its definitely a spell book, or at least it has some spells in it, along with some history of some kind. We'd need to decipher more of that strange language in order to read it more. The only spell I recognized was a strange version of a spell my Master had in his spellbook, albeit his was a bit more modernized....Well gentlemen shall we continue on and see whats behind the next door?"
You open the door to reveal a fairly large room, and inside are what look like three, long, rectangular stone boxes or slabs of some kind in the middle. The walls around this place contain murals of what looks like the daily lives of several people. On top of the boxes, there seems to be faded reliefs of people. Though the old pigment paints have faded by now, the figures are still very much striking and look alive almost.

No need to roll. Are you actively flipping through the first few pages or are you just looking at like the front cover?

"Let's do it." Narstin leads the way to the hall and looks over the door again for any signs of traps before trying to open it.
Investigation: 4
Rosado fallows Narstin with his crossbow in hand
Bayrith follows right after Narstin, staying close but not going in front of him.
You check the door for any traps and you sense that there are aren't any that seems obvious to you.
"Looks clear to me." Nartsin opens the door.
