As Karvian produces a single note of his lute that makes the one still in the shadows to curse him, Dr. A. launches his magical darts that strikes true in all their enemies.
Seeing that things are not going as they initially thought, the last of them moves forwards to help his friend, trying to take out the autoproclamed defenders one by one.

Surrounding their enemy, and limiting Gorm's capability of movement, seems to be more effective and both cultist connect a couple of hits on the savage nomad. She doesn't seems to feel the pain of the cuts, though, as she keeps moving as if nothing happened. A part of her mind tells her that she will not last long, but she knows that, once the dance has started, only death will stop it.
At the back of the other alley, Logan fights against the cultist. The skilled, educated fighting style of the warrior contrast with the dirty style of the cultist. Still he managed to wound Logan once more.
Karvian, seeing that his friends are in trouble, throws a dagger towards one of the cultist that are attacking Gorm, while he gives her some comforting words.
"Stay strong Grom! You got this worms!!"
Karvian's turn:

Attack: 21 Damage: 4
She grins, for the words are encouraging and she feels her strength renewed.
Logan knows that he must end this quickly or he could be in trouble.

Logan:
Barely deflecting the first blow, Logan leaves himself vulnerable to the second! He takes another significant wound, only partially blocked by his stout armor. Retaliating, he swings his peace-bound sword down at the cultist's head, then follows up with a strong bash down low with his shield as he tries to knock the foe to the ground!

It's been too long, Gorm thinks to herself as she seems to take blow after blow. Too long without serious dance partners...
But this was no time for thought or recriminations, the dance had begun and it must be completed. Gorm steps and slides and dips and swings and stabs and sways... Gorm focuses her attacks on the 2nd Cultist, only swinging at 3 if the other one falls.
The martial prowess of both warrior proved superior to the frantic style of the cultists.
Logan hit his enemy at the shoulder, hearing the bone of the clavicula breaking as he fell to the ground.
The swirling figure of Grom is hard to follow in her dance and she got the first cultist on the knee, making a deep cut into the man's knee, almost cutting the leg in two. The man fell, bleeding but the other couldn't do anything to help his comrade, for he had troubles too. Gorm blade cut deep into his belly. He takes a step back, trying to catch some air but the tiefling can see his resolution flatters and the fear in his eyes.
Dr. A. sees that the fight is almost won by his new friends. Still surely he can do something to help them finish it.

"Ahbut it looks like you've not taken the advice of your betters and run, well so be it. But you may still be useful" Dr A comments as he once again calls upon the power patron and commands Command the only remaining cultist to lie down with single word 'drop' (Wis DC14).
If it turns and runs, the next round he'll send a Fire bolt Attack: 22 Damage: 7 which it wont be able to outrun!
Dr A turns to Gorm and says "ahbut my friend perhaps you would be good enough to convince this rodent it is in their best interest to answer several questions that I have?" as he pulls out a notebook and starts jotting down something.
Moving over to the surrendered cultist, Logan puts the tip of his sheathed sword against the back of the man’s head. Prepared to swat the man if he tries to escape, he says, “Anyone have some rope or something else to bind him with?”

Gorm pulls out some rope and quickly binds the downed cultist. With that done, and Logan covering them, Gorm carefully searches first this live cultist, and then the corpses of the others. She pays special attention to their blades - their designs are new to her but they proved annoyingly effective. She has the wounds to prove it…
“Ask your questions,” she says during this. “And be quick. I am sure this cities authorities are already being alerted…”

"Ahbut lets see if we can get a better understanding of who our opponents are and what they want then" Dr A says as he pulls out his notebook, pushes his spectacles on his nose - do tortles have noses - licks the stub of his pencil and turns to the cultist "right you are supporter of dragons, some sort of cult follower perhaps! Why do you do follow this cult? What do you know of your organisation's objectives? Why were you sent to retrieve the scroll? What were you supposed to do with it once you had retrieved it? And don't think of trying to pull the wool over this old tortle's eyes because I'll know if you are obfuscating!"

((Gorm will head over to the captive and glower and perhaps poke at their wounds with her foot in an effort to add some Intimidation to Dr. A's interrogation, if needed.))
The cultist, even immobilized by Logan’s weight, opposes a little it of resistance to up but he cannot do nothing to prevent it.
He scoffs at Dr.A.questions,
”You are powerless to stop what is coming. It will happen as it has happened before. It is written. Only that this time, with our help the Dragons will rule forever… “
“Ahbut exactly where is written and how do you know this. More importantly when will it happen?” Dr A asks the cultist. He then thinks on what the cultist has said “Ahbut you said it would be done with your help. Tell me what form will this help take?”
(Gorm finds nothing of interest in the bodies, they carry nothing except their weapons which are indeed curved in way that reminds her of a fang of some reptilian creature)
“First by stopping you” the cultist say to Dr A. last question as Gorm comes back to the tortle’s side with one of the weapons “You are nothing compare to the power of the..”
The man’s words are cut short by a passing shadow that suddenly crosses the field of vision of the two interrogators. Logan, also caught by surprise, feels the body of the prisioner going limp in his arms and something that hits him hard in the chest, pushing him away. The sound of flapping wings at their back makes them to turn only to discover that the bodies of the fallen cultist are missing. Logan struggles briefly with something or someone that makes his vision blur and when that somehow lifts off the cultist has also disappeared. The only thing that remains of the cultist is the flapping sounds of wings coming from up above and one of the weapons at Gorm’s hand. It has been too swift, even caught by surprise they should have been able to react somehow but they weren’t so they suspect some kind of magic has been involved in the unnatural speed of whatever grabbed the bodies. They only could see but a blur.
"Mish Kwayis!" Gorm spits out as she stows the fang daggers she was inspecting and instead pulls her swords once more. But it is too late, she realizes, their foes... even their dead foes even... have somehow escaped.
"Did their own clothes grow wings and fly them away?" she asks fruitlessly, turning a 360 to scan the area and the sky for sign or indication of what may have happened.
