Larry the until-recently-charmed guard suffers a deep cut from Lyndaran's blade. He begins his turn trying to avoid being caught in a sticky web that has suddenly appeared.

DEX Save 10
He is unsuccessful, and is now restrained by the sticky webbing, unable to move. He does, however, begin to loudly curse at Jhaartael for having charmed him in the first place.
Since the guards are out, she walks over to one of the other doors no one has checked yet, “Perhaps we should split up? We should try to make up for lost time.”
The only remaining unchecked door that Kyrsa knows of on the second level is the locked door beside her.
Tamryn's blunted arrow smacks Larry in the back of the helmet, rattling his brain around like the clapper of a bell. He sinks to his knees, still looking at Jhaartael in an offended way, and then keels over face-forward onto the ground. No more hostiles outside, you may now post in whatever order.
The wizard searches Gordo's pockets and does indeed find a key. Tamryn, in a shrill whisper, invites the groundlings to climb up to level two.
"Thanks"says Lyndaran to Tamryn trying to avoid the sticky substance that covers the ground.
"I was suppoused to join you in your efforts. Lyndaran Hewssar it's the name. Would you help me secure the guards? They will wake up sooner or later..."
”Well, you finally did something useful,” Akyan thinks to himself as he opens the door. Stepping inside he looks around. “I agree, we should split up to search. We’ve already wasted enough time.”

(Oh, I forgot that Akyan already checked the third door)
Kyrsa curses, finding the door locked. “Anyone want to help with this? I’d rather not have to try and kick it in.” She is pretty sure kicking it in wouldn’t work.

Akyan stands after picking the lock, opens the door, and confidently walks through. The room he enters is furnished nicely, with a bookcase in the southwest corner, a nice blue rug on the floor, and a desk on the north end of the room. The windowless room is lit by torches mounted in sconces on the walls. It is approximately 15 feet wide and 35 feet long, and another door is in the northern end of the west wall, behind the desk. There are also two chairs in the room, one at each end, both occupied by humanoids who immediately notice Akyan, as he made no attempt to be stealthy. The guard at the south end of the room stands and draws his weapon. The burly blue dragonborn in the north chair, immediately stands and exits through the northwest door, closing and locking it behind her.
Everyone on the second floor please roll initiative.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(I think I misunderstood something. Sorry, so there were only 3 doors on the 2nd floor: 1: The one we came through the window to enter. 2: the one Akyan checked by himself and 3: the one he just opened? For some reason I thought there were 3 doors outside of the one we entered through.)
If there are no other doors, disregard everything I just said and Kyrsa will follow Akyan into the newly opened room and looks around:
"Stupid, stupid." He thinks to himself angrily. "Hey you two, I might need you in here." Akyan calls back to the others. "We got one guard in here and one just ran out another door. We probably shouldn't let her get too far."

(Welp, I didn't see the map before posting my last post...crummy internet on my end.)
Kyrsa, realizing their mistake immediately, says to Akyan mentally, "Follow the Dragonborn. Mina and I can deal with this one." She then lifts her bow, preparing to fire at the guard--arrow knocked and ready to draw. If Mina enters she says to Mina, "The last two were easy enough, we can handle this one yes?"
To the guard she says, "Stand down, you are outnumbered. Don't make us put you down."
Akyan nods and rushes after the dragonborn. "Hopefully this door doesn't give me any trouble." Pulling out his lockpicks he quickly tries to open the door.

The Insightful Fighting roll is moot, since Larry is restrained.
Tamryn, due to Larry's restrained condition, you may roll this attack at advantage. (So roll one more attack roll and we'll take the better one).
Up on the second floor, Akyah, sweating nervously, finally manages to pick an actual lock successfully.
