Then she turns around and goes back to the window where she will do her best to help Tamryn get through. Once there, she takes note of the newcomer outside.
(OOC: hopefully I roll as well as I did for the one I didn't use...lol)

Tamryn sees Kyrsa come to the window, ready to help him up. He smiles gleefully, "It seems you beat me up here. I shall have to owe you a favor. Now please help me up."
(OOC: if he gets up): he suggests that Kyrsa go help the others and then leans a little out the window to watch the coming guard, attempting insightful fighting on him as a bonus action.
(OOC: if he fails yet again): he sighs, drops to the ground, runs toward the guard, and attempts insightful fighting against him as a bonus action.

(OOC: if he gets up): he suggests that Kyrsa go help the others and then leans a little out the window to watch the coming guard, attempting insightful fighting on him as a bonus action.
Suddenly overflowing with athletic ability, Tamryn easily scrambles up into the open window, making Kyrsa suspect he was faking helplessness all along.
As he peers out the window at the uncharmed guard, the wood elf notices a gap in his defensive technique: he consistently leaves his right flank exposed and vulnerable to attack. (Success).
Kyrsa raises an eyebrow at Tamryn, fairly sure that he dint really need her help, "No favor is necessary, I'm just looking out for my team." She nods, "I'm going back to help Mina. Akyan is on his own for now I suppose. What are you planning to do from here? I can tell Akyan what's going on to keep everyone on the same page."
Meanwhile she mentally tells Akyan: Tamryn is inside.
Once she gets a response from Tamryn, she will relay that to Akyan before making her way over to join up with Mina, ready to draw her short swords if needed.
On the ground outside the building, Lyndaran the would-be archer arrives unexpectedly and basically demonstrates the Pythagorean theorem with the trajectory of his arrow.
Up on the second floor, Mina the ranger runs around the corner and fails to entangle the guards she finds there in her net, although it appears she may have cast Mina's Hideous Laughter on them.
Jhaartael, not satisfied with hypnotizing his new guard pal, now successfully lays on the charm, gaining a BFF.
The guard's old BFF arrives, and in a tantrum of jealousy manages to put a crossbow bolt into the mysterious black-clad stranger.
Kyrsa, one of the U.T. (Unstealthy Trio), rushes to help Tamryn out of his precarious predicament, only to watch him vault over her like an antelope over a fallen log. Rolling her eyes, she heads back to Mina's side.
Tamryn, having received a perfect 10 from the judges after sticking the landing, uses his keen intellect to dissect the fighting style of one of the guards.
And finally, while hiding... I mean investigating the storage closet, Akyan rummages through several barrels, chests and crates, discovering that Breezy filled them with back issues of Barbarian Fashion Weekly, and Popular Alchemy (the swimsuit issue).
We are back to the top of the order, with all guards acting in the same Initiative position, for some supernatural reason.

Grunting in pain Lyndaran decides to try and return the favor to the guard. He hoped that this time his arrow will not ricochet and he had to dodge it again.
After firing he moved towards the wall looking for some cover.
Stealth no longer an option anymore, Mina's face flushes as the guards laugh at her feeble attempts. Frustrated that she can no longer do this without pulling a weapon, she draws her longbow and takes aim at the one on her right. Casting hail of thorns she hopes to hit them both. She pulls back on the string and releases her arrow...
Attack: 11 Damage: 10
If hit, both guards need DEX save of 12 or take 3 piercing damage, half if saved

Lyndaran continues his geometry lesson by demonstrating the shortest distance between two points with his follow-up shot. He scores a solid hit, piercing the guard's armor, and hears a grunt of pain from his victim.
Meanwhile upstairs, the guards settle down as they see Mina arm herself and fire. The guard on the right, a tiefling woman, bats the arrow aside with her staff and retaliates with a fire bolt aimed at the ranger. (Attack: 11 Damage: 2firedamage).
The guard on the left, a male dwarf, pulls a handaxe from his belt and hurls it at Mina (Attack: 14 Damage: 7slashing damage).
(If Mina is damaged, make a concentration check (CON Save DC 10) for hail of thorns if success then it will still be in effect next turn).
Jhaartael up, now, followed by the outside guards and then Kyrsa.
"Ah! Excellent shots gentlemen... a good sport between the two of you.", turning to more address the guard, "Larry was just telling me what an excellent shot you are and now I can clearly see so. But, come, now that we have had our fun, let us put away those weapons before someone gets hurt."

Kyrsa rushes to help Mina pulling out her own longbow rather than her short swords. Taking up a position just behind and slightly to the right of Mina, she drops to one knee and aims at the tiefling.

Akyan forces himself not to slam the last chest closed over the papers, "This doesn't seem a serious practice mission." He thinks as he hears the guards laughing. Standing he make his way back to the door. "Well at least I know it's not in here." Hearing Kyrsa's message, he relays the information to Jhaartael, "Tamryn's in, you can drop the illusion now." Opening the door, he looks around, before making his way towards the others. "These idiots are going to bring all of the guards in on us." If he can get close enough on this turn, he will attack the tiefling.
To hit: 16
Damage: 6 plus sneak attack if the guards are close enough together 6
Tamryn takes an arrow and blunts its point, attempting to make the barb non-lethal. Then he goes to the window, draws his shortbow and fires at Gordo, hoping to knock him out.
Kyrsa seriously wounds the tiefling guard with her well-placed shot.
Tamryn's blunted arrow misses Gordo, but does manage to knock out the tree just beside him.
Akyan exits the storage room, and presumably uses his psychic blades as thrown weapons at the wounded mage guard, causing her to fall unconscious on the floor.

Happy that her new friend, Kysa, has joined her she readjusts her bow and aims for the tiefling as well. Pulling back on the bow, she looses the arrow at her chest, bringing forth the hail of thorns if the arrow hits

Jhaartael up, now, followed by the outside guards and then Kyrsa.
Frustrated, Jhaartael waves his hands stepping quickly up to the wounded guard and putting himself between the guard and the newcomer.
As he approaches he gestures with the hand bearing his ring and whispers a few arcane words toward the wounded guard.
"Ah! Excellent shots gentlemen... a good sport between the two of you.", turning to more address the guard, "Larry was just telling me what an excellent shot you are and now I can clearly see so. But, come, now that we have had our fun, let us put away those weapons before someone gets hurt."

... and says, "Your Jedi mind tricks don't work on me." (OK, maybe not, but that's what popped into my brain ;)
Seemingly unaffected by Jhaartael's spell, he reloads his crossbow, moves 10 feet south to get a clear shot, and returns fire at Lyndaran.
