Happy that her new friend, Kysa, has joined her she readjusts her bow and aims for the tiefling as well. Pulling back on the bow, she looses the arrow at her chest, bringing forth the hail of thorns if the arrow hits
Attack: 17 Damage: 6
Both guards need DEX save of 12 or take 1 piercing damage, half if saved
(Sorry, I was unclear. The tiefling (mage guard) is down. If it's Ok, I'll redirect your attack at the dwarf guard).

Jhaartael turns to Larry, "I think you are right. They are playing a game! - Albeit a rather precarious one. Maybe you and I can go inside and cheer them on from the saftey of this building?" He gestures to the door suggesting that he would follow Larry inside.

Kyrsa moves around Mina to aim at the dwarf with her longbow. Weighing her options, she takes the shot.
Attack: 16 Damage: 6
After firing, she ducks around Mina saying "You've got this right?" Without waiting for a response, she rushes at the dwarf. When she is face to face with him, she suddenly disappears leaving behind a chilly puff of white mist comprised of ice crystals. (Fey Step: the dwarf must succeed a wisdom saving throw. DC: 10 or be frightened of Kyrsa) She appears again in another chilly cloud just next to the door no one has entered yet (preferably one that is outside of melee range so as not to give the guard attack of opportunity).
Mentally she says to Akyan: I am going to check some other rooms. Can the two of you deal with this dwarf? We are supposed to be quick about this mission, so I figured I'd take this opportunity to search for our box of secrets.

"There is no way I'm getting left here to deal with this." Akyan thinks angrily. Directing his thoughts towards Kyrsa he replies, "Aren't you the soldier? I'm more suited to looking around!" Irritation clear on his face, he throws his blades at the dwarf then tries to rush past him to keep up with Kyrsa.

Seeing the female guard be struck unconscious by Akyan, Mina directs her ranged attack at the dwarf, and successfully wounds him.
Back outside, Jhaartael the wizard tries to coax Larry the guard into opening the backdoor, but Larry is concerned about his friend Gordo, who has arrows sticking out of him.
"Gordo, are you ok?"Larry turns to look at Lyndaran. "Hey! you shouldn't be here!" He rushes at the newcomer with his longsword drawn.

Gordo looks at Larry, at Jhaartael, and then shrugs and fires again at Lyndaran, figuring to finish off one opponent before attacking the one that isn't fighting back.

Meanwhile indoors, the dwarven guard rushes at Mina with his remaining handaxe, making two vicious slashes at her
First handaxe Attack: 22 Damage: 9slashing
Second handaxe Attack: 10 Damage: 2slashing
Following this charge, Kyrsa fires her arrow, seriously wounding the dwarf. She disappears in a sparkly mist (Guard WIS Save 6) reappearing about 10 feet behind him, next to the door in the west wall of the corridor.
Outside, Tamryn's blunted arrow catches Gordo in his unprotected flank, causing him to sink into unconsciousness.
Akyah in his frustration hurls two more bolts of psychic energy at the dwarf, who slumps to the ground, leaving the second floor free of visible opponents, for the moment.
Kyrsa finds the door locked, as does Akyan, when he arrives. As there are no more hostiles indoors, we can stop initiative order there.
Outdoors, Larry is still hostile to some of the PCs, and so initiative continues there, with Lyndaran up, then Jhaartael, followed by Larry, then Tamryn.
Right after the dwarf sinks his two handaxes into Mina, Kyrsa rushes past saying you've got this right? and then she sees Akyan run by as well irritation written all over his face. Happy that both guards are down, Mina is confused. Weren't they a team? They weren't competing against each other... this wasn't how things worked back home, but well, maybe here? She hoped not. She walks over and picks up her net. She then sees that the door the two were going for is locked.
“I apologize for attempting to leave,” Kyrsa says, mostly to Akyan who is obviously frustrated. “I saw an opportunity and took it, though it seems I wasted my teleportation. Under any other circumstances I would have suggested that anyone other than I be the one to proceed.” She nods to the door, “This is one reason. Akyan, would you mind picking the lock?” She looks to Mina, “This is not how I am used to doing things. I’m used to having at least a vague plan before rushing in.” She sighs, “I really should have waited on using my teleportation.” Since the guards are out, she walks over to one of the other doors no one has checked yet, “Perhaps we should split up? We should try to make up for lost time.” She turns back to look at her companions, “Thoughts?” We really need to figure out how to work as a team. Otherwise we will never get into the field. She thinks as she waits for a response. This isn’t a game.

Akyan grunts but says nothing as he pulls out his lockpicks. "I was planning on doing the same thing, she just beat me too it. Now lets just hope i can actually open this door."
Jhaartael frowns as he looks at the unconcious pin-cushion named Gordo. "Oh, this game became quite rough indeed. Gordo, are you alright?", he feigns concern over the fallen guard while checking his person for keys to the building.
Seeing that the other guard is still hostile towards him Lyndaran notches another arrow and aims at him, reading his action.
"Do not make me do it "he says in a rather calm voice due to the situation. "Drop your weapon and kneel." The bowstring is near his ear, the point of the arrow directly pointing towards the guard's throat.
Nothing to loose to try it.
I let here an intimidation roll just in case. 6
If possible he would like to ready his action. In case Larry decides to attack he will fire at him.

(Sorry, can be a little bit confusing when posting is out of order...)
Last round, Larry the charmed guard attacked Lyndaran by closing to melee range and swinging and missing twice with his longsword.
So, now, is Lyndaran readying an action waiting for another attack, or is he going to move forward? In addition, if he is attacking at close range with his longbow, he will be attacking at disadvantage unless there is a feat involved.
Either way, pointing an arrow or firing the arrow at a person constitutes a hostile action, and therefore the charm person is broken. So maybe Jhaartael wants to change his action?
Jhaartael grumbles about course actions and shakes his head.
He raises both hands and moves them in an intricate weaving pattern while incanting something in an almost hissing whisper. A mass of thick, sticky webbing starts to layer itself along the ground and amongst any nearby branches in a 20 foot space around Larry and the newcomer, but not the body of Gordo.
