Grol turns toward Xander. “You think they need a distraction?”
"If we distract them then the whole camp my be on alert, let's believe in their ability. I've known Ban for a long time she can get them out if there's trouble."
Ban will stay ready to dash out if Milo takes action. She doesn't want to get caught, but otherwise, she'll observe. This guy looks like he could use more swords. Wonder what they're loading up in here.
He continues moving cargo out of the way and his back is still turned. He is armed with a single dagger and no armor. You believe that you hear at least 3-4 voices (if not more) and repeating, loud thuds outside the ship probably on the dock with your passive perceptions, though you do not know for sure.
The footsteps from the 2 sentries on deck start moving away from you and onto what sounds like the dock, probably towards the larger group of voices.
If you decide to attack the guy down there with you—there is advantage and more than likely will be surprised.
Grol and Xander, both of you with Og and Rosie make landfall near the clearing at the mouth of the brook. After securing the lifeboat you all notice there is a faint smell of what is likely sewage. You're surrounded by palm trees and beach. A few crabs are scurrying around at the edge of the waves, though the clearing appears to be safe for the moment. There is a break in the trees following the length of the brook leading inland.
Since it appears it'll be some time before he leaves, we can't afford to take too much time. That's how people get caught after all; gotta get in and out quick. Ban will act fast, seizing the opportunity left to her. Dashing from behind the man while upholstering one of her serrated daggers, she reaches and attempts to grapple him. With the grapple, taking his arm and sinching it behind his back, pinned between the two of them. With a free hand, the dagger is ready to cut his throat.
Athletics grapple check: 22
If successful, she'd like to say a few words while pressing the blade to his neck, "The name's Ban and I get respect. Your silence and cooperation's what I expect."
Milo comes out of his hiding place with his crossbow outstretched. "You should listen to the lady. Then nothing will happen to you" he whispers to him as intimidatingly as he can:

"Let us wait for the bombardment to start and then we go in taking out any remaining guards. Rosie, is there a weapons supply some where near here?"
She says, "They keep weapons and supplies in the camp, but they will likely be heavily guarded. Especially at night. They used to be kept by the barracks, which is on the Western side of the camp. This brook leads to the Eastern side...right near the slaves' quarters."

Do everything you can to keep them away from here and than be quiet."
OOC: Suggestion on him. He need to make a Wis-ST DC 13 or do whatever Milo suggested
Ban will hold steady, believing in Milo's magical abilities. "Ya know, he might be small, but he is a powerful magic user. If you value your life, I'd do as we say."
You hear the quick pattering of many footsteps above and he calls out, "Sorry, false alarm!"Above your hear the footsteps stop and several voices cursing and then one says, "Lay off the grog you brainless ****! Guess I better check anyway."
The sentry calls out, "No, no just a false alarm. No need to waste your time. It was just Fritz and Urnst rummaging through the food barrels again!"
"Tell those drunken wastes of skin to get back in their bunks!"You hear the footsteps move away above you.
Turning to Milo, "Hey, good job working this guy down. We'll have to work up a good tale for you to tell. If you don't mind, would you take our cargo from my pack in just a sec, and put it in a good place where they won't forget it. So it's all ready, we can leave, and we can secure us some transport."
"Look, I don't wanna hurt you. I'll even put my blade away," Ban says; sliding the knife home with practiced ease. Moving to a more friendly shoulder hold, "I'll tell ya what. Milo here said you'd be a good boy and be quiet, but, and this is important; he also said we wouldn't hurt you. Calling off the others was good, so I'll give you a treat. You wouldn't happen to have a small boat we can borrow? Maybe just a lifeboat or something." Turning him away from the room, she leads him more towards the exit. Not too far out or overly aggressive, just going as she talked.
Milo takes the Cargo from Ban Pack secretly (so that our Guest dont see it) and will search a good place to put it down.

OOC: How does the bomb work? How much time do we have before it blows up when we arm it?
While doing so, he hears the seemann say the above sentence. "Didnt i suggest you to be quiet? We dont need your thoughts about the Lady. Just answer her questions and dont ask any" he says in an intimidating tone
OOC: The fuse is however long you want since it was custom made. You can cut it to shorten it. The max time is probably no longer than a couple minutes though otherwise it would be impractically long. Just place it on the floor and its lit with a simple flint and steel spark, no skill checks needed.
Looking around you clearly see their cache of gunpowder which is probably the best place to put it. Not only will the explosion be amplified, but it's at the keel of the hull which will basically break the spine of the ship.
"Bah I already did, there's plenty on the dock and one at the bow. There's no point in running, the men outside will see you."

Sentry says to Ban, "There's also one on the bow, but it's all tied up with rope above the water. It will take multiple people to lower it. It seems I am at your mercy for now."
Grol, you scan the surrounding area, but you clearly smell the sewage and it's not hard to deduce that it comes from humanoids. There are also pieces of garbage in the brook as well. The water is slow moving and not very deep—a couple feet at most. You see the brook leads further inland and directly towards the faint glow of what you assume is campfire glowing off the leaves of the trees in the distance. In addition, you see a few crabs feeding off the waste in the water and some coconuts on the sandy ground, as well as torches by the docks that are still moving.
