High times at low tides

Xander will take their hands, looking around what does he see.

Ban and Milo, Biscuit says, "You two are very strange...oh very well. Like I said it's not like I can go back, or what to." He follows along. Following the stream, you 3 trot along for 5min and come to a hole in a barbed wire fence with a stone building just beyond it. You believe you see Xander being pulled through the underbowels of it. Grol and Og are much easier to spot, their backs are both turned and they are looking towards the North, in the direction of the main gate, keeping watch over something. Rosie is carrying 4 shortswords in her arms as she walks to Grol and Og.

Xander they pull you up into the building. You look around and you're in one massive cell with pretty horrid conditions—human waste, no bedding, no running water, etc. Indeed as the voice told you, there is a locked cell door on the inside where they're all held. Some slaves are just sitting staring off into nothing like a PTSD patient would do, others simply wait for the building to be blown up by whatever is going on outside, and a few others looked to be scratching at the window slits and the grate with their fingernails. Off in one corner, you find what you've been looking for this whole time—some familiar faces on some children (upper teens in years, approximately) huddled in a corner. They have silver hair and one has a tattered blue ribbon in her hair, the other girl has a mole under her eye, and the boy also has a mole. They are malnourished like all the rest, but alive. They have not noticed you yet.

The woman who helped you up says, "Who are you and what are you doing here?"

He ignores the women and goes to the silver haired ones and speaks in elvish. "Rinn, Mai, Sai it's me Xanthos! I've been looking everywhere for you!" He will hug them in a huddle and begin to cry... "I thought I  lost you forever..."

Xander will tell the woman he ignored "I am sorry, I am their brother... I've been searching for them for years. I am Xander we are here for them and someone else. We've come to free you all."

He will speak out loud in common "I am looking for Captain Quinn's son is he here! We've come to liberate the isle of the scum who kept you here! Anyone who can handle a sword join the fight with us and anyone else we will lead you out of here, my companion are outside ready to fight the pirates. Our guide Rosie is just outside, Please we must hurry!" 

They raise their heads and Rinn puts a hand on your cheek in confusion, as if she's thinking it's a dream. Their demeanor suddenly changes from blank expressions and overwhelming grief to absolutely uncontrollable crying. They're so choked up that they can't even form coherent words at the moment, but they all 3 embrace you simultaneously, crying into your clothes.

The woman says, "Are they yours??? If you're actually here to help us too then we have to go! I think I heard of a valuable prisoner in solitary—it's right across from this building!" She begins ushering other weaker prisoners out through the grate, a few of the more mobile ones hop through first. There are approximately 20 crowded in this small space, including your siblings. Rinn, Mai, and Sai stick by your side.

When they get near the fence, Ban states "This looks like they went through there. Quickly now," ushering the two through the fence and then pointing towards Grol. When Biscuit goes through, Ban pats him on the shoulder, "You can be a hero. It's actually quite fun." 

"I think Og and Grol are up ahead. Two halforc together. So we have a full orc and a human being," Milo says and looks over amused to ban. "Not good? Humor isn't mine yet, but I'm practicing. That should be my next big thing when I finish my story here." Suddenly milo seems excited. "Yes! That's it, I'm gonna write a comedy! What do you think?"  He seems to have completely forgotten the situation you're in.

Grol yells or Xander “That blast is going to draw attention for sure! Get everyone out, I’ll give em something focus on!”

Grol heads over to the blast area and looks for any additional barrels of petrol or weapons. While at the barracks, he tries to swing his warhammer at the locks to bust them open. Strength Check: 15

You both crawl through the opening and clearly see it's Grol and Og ahead. Rosie sees you both and says, "Xander went in there from the sewer access. The slaves should be in here! The door has complex locks on it so probably better to go in through there."

Both of you see the group of 6 men charging from the front gate and are maybe a couple hundred feet away.

Xander will make sure the slaves are first then he will take his armored coat (light armor) and give it to the woman, who is organizing the slave and a dagger. "Here just in case." He will cast Mage Armor on himself. He will tells his siblings to go first and he follows behind. After they are all out he will mutter something to himself in infernal. "After they are safely taken to my Uncle then you can have it..."

[Due to Armor of Shadow invocation he can cast it at will.]

When Milo asks about his comedic capabilities, Ban will do her best to dodge the question. "I'm sure you'll get a good grip of it soon, but I think we should focus on the situation at hand." Hurrying to the group, Ban will slip inside with a nod to Rosie. As soon as she's inside, she'll be looking for Xander. 

Rosie gives the 4 shortswords to the able-bodied slaves that grab them as they steadily crawl out from under the building through the grate. Ban you start to crawl under the building, you see Xander and 3 teenagers with him (2 female, 1 male) that make their way out of the grate.

Grol, you see nothing left after the kegs Xander detonated, as Rosie went over and grabbed the weapons off their bodies already. Just a mostly destroyed cart and wood everywhere. (I'm not exactly clear on where you went, there is a small supply depot with nothing of use and another unknown stone building. Both are across from the holding cells, where everyone is currently located. As well as a group of 6 men running directly to you all) 

Ensuring that Milo is following, Ban goes to the grate. When close enough, she calls out excitedly while nodding in the grate's direction; "Great! Xan, this them?"

"Yes, but we still have to get the captain's son. I believe he is in that other building." Seeing the lead slave he will tell his sibling to follower her and he will also tell the leader slave to follow the stream and there should be life boats down it.

Focusing on the situation "Let's go guys we've got to buy them time let's finish these scrum off once and for all! Ban head to that other build and get him out! Man up Og,Grol!" 

Grol lets out a howl as he sees the men approaching. Armed with his morning star and shield, he charges the group of men. Grol ducks down behind his shield and attempts to plow through the oncoming group.

Initiative: 10

"Understood, we'll get 'em," Ban says as she dashes off to the building. Flipping her hood overhead, she'll take to sticking to the shadows, looking for danger and cover, and moving swiftly towards the building's direction.

Those attacking the incoming men, roll initiative if you haven't. They close on your position and see the slaves escaping so they immediately move in to attack.

Rosie will go with the slave group in case there is danger along the way.

Ban you approach the door and there's a lock on it from Grol's hammer. It's still intact
