Grol swings his morningstar into the midsection of the archer, ribs being shattered are felt through the resonance of your weapon. He gets the wind knocked out of him hard and also coughs up blood as he clinches his side.
Ban successfully unlocks his shakles, but he's quite weak and not able to walk on his own without assistance. All you see in the cramped, dark cell is a small pot for a toilet, a very small amount of old hay on the stone floor for bedding, and a small container with water. There are no windows and the entire cell is made from rock and mortar, along with the heavy iron door with no viewing slit. He eats a couple bites out of the ration and says, "W..Who...are you...?" as you help him to his feet. He uses your body to brace himself from falling.
Og swings his greataxe at the fighter in front of him with added ferocity for not killing him yet.
Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
His attack misses, yet again, as the fighter parries it with the shaft of his maul.
There is only the archer in the rear rank engaged with Grol and the fighter engaged with Og, both are the only ones still leftover in the fight. The 2nd fighter is 30ft away, and running towards the main gate.
On their turn, The 4 slaves run over to Ban when they see you break the Captain's son out and take him from Ban. "Let us help him, shall we go through rhe fence ma'am?"
Milo:
Emerging from the treeline, you see a gaunt, undead figure walking towards the group. It is carrying a longsword and is moving slowly towards the fighter who fled. The fighter freezes in his tracks and as the creature stops in front if him, slashing him across the neck. The fighter falls over dead, and it looks towards the group.
Xander, off in the distance your bolt connects with the fleeing fighter. However, you see him start to fall to the ground just before the blast hits him. It's obvious that he was hit by something else, but you aren't able to see exactly what it is.

Princes of the Apocalypse -Leofir SylvaranthElf Rogue
The Windhovers' Call -Xellos Mazoku Tiefling Sorcerer
Suddenly, you all see an undead figure with skin hanging off it's bones and holding a longsword walk towards the group. There is a voice coming from somewhere behind it, in a raspy, old and malevolent tone, it says "Visitors have we? They must not leave here alive. Destroy them."
With a shrieking snarl, the undead figure charges with longsword in hand. Behind it, there is figure wearing black robes that completely covers its body. Swirling magical energies coalesce around it as the robed figure raises its boney hands slowly.
The magic flowing around him flashes brightly, then 4 skeletons explode out of the ground and run towards the group with shortswords. "Kill them." the robed figure says and the skeletons charge with ferocity.
The remaining slavers are completely terrified and attempt to run away, but one is killed by the skeletons, slashing their shortswords. The archer manages to get a little further away, but the robed figure points a finger towards him and 3 bolts hit. The last blows his head apart and his body falls.
Biscuit says with fear, "The rumor...it can't be true..."
You all see the 4 slaves leading the Captain's son through the hole in the fence as they look back in terror, but they sneak through without incident.
You may roll checks on your turns (in addition to taking actions) if you wish to figure out what you're dealing with. The skeletons are in a left escleon line, so whatever is controlling them must have intelligence.

The four skeletons are s1-4, the unknown undead figure with a longsword is L?, the unknown robed figure is R?
Currently, Grol can reach L?, s1, & s2 with his movement to get into melee range. Ban can reach L?, s3 & s4 if she wishes to engage in melee. For you both to get into melee range of all enemies, you'll need to move closer. Ranged attacks can hit any of them. Everyone else can potentially reach all enemies in melee (with a movement) or with ranged. Biscuit has a 5ft cushion in-between him and L? and is delaying his turn until he sees what you're all doing.

Ban will rush forward up to the right of Xander and ask, " We leaving or engaging?" Regardless the answer, she'll already on the move to a good position rightward of which to take the hide action while she will observe the situation.

Milo sees all this is happening and thinks that the Robed figure is the cause of all this. He looks to him and try to use his words and magic against him. "Dont you think it's a little unfair what you are doing? I Suggest you help us out cleaning the mess you made here mister. Fight with us against those skeletons and undead creatures you create please" and uses Suggestion on him (WIS DC13)
and milo's trying to figure out what's in front of him.

Milo
You're certain the undead figure with the longsword is a Wight and the skeletons are... skeletons. With your close eye for detail, when the robed figure pointed its finger earlier, it seemed unnaturally old. Judging from this and the controlling nature of undead minions— You believe it to be a Lich of some kind.
WIS ST 26
The hooded figure replies, "A futile effort. I think I would enjoy adding your corpses to my collection, instead."
Xander's blast impacts on the s4 skeleton and a few of its bones fly off, looking very hurt.
Biscuit sees that the group is attacking and attempts to damage skeleton s4 with his daggers.
Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Attack: 15 Damage: 1
From the combined efforts of Xander and Biscuit, skeleton s4 falls.
s1 thrusts its shortsword at Grol Attack: 23 Damage: 4 piercing
s2 attempts to stab Og Attack: 8 Damage: 7 piercing
s3 perceives Biscuit as a threat and attempts to run him through Attack: 19 Damage: 3 piercing
Grol parries the attack off his shield and Og with his greataxe. Biscuit, however, is stabbed through the shoulder and he cries out in pain.
The Wight stays in place, and swings its longsword at Og for hitting him with the greataxe Attack: 8 Damage: 7 slashing
Suddenly, a dark energy envelopes and coalesces around its longsword. After it takes the shape of a black flame, he swings it at Og
Attack: 21 Damage: 5 necrotic
Og takes a slash across his chest with the 1st attack and, thankfully, dodges the 2nd magical attack.
"OG SMASH YOU FOR DAT!"
The lich unveils his robed head, showing 2 glowing orbs of blue flaming orbs in its eye sockets, its past eyes long decayed away. The skin is mostly gone from its skull and it cackles manically. "Yes... let's see how your petty tricks work when you know true despair..." as it points a boney finger at Milo. It moves behind the wight, then gives a deafening loud shriek as it fixates its terrifying gaze on Milo. The blue flames for eyes erupt with malice as he stares...

Milo: The skeleton is slightly distracted by Milo's intervention and pierces Biscuit in a less vital spot, dealing 5 dmg instead of 6. While you summon all the bravery within you—the lich's Frightening Gaze manages to overwhelm your spirit. It's terrifying countenance proving just too much as you fall to one knee, clutching your head.
Milo frightened for 1 minute. You may attempt to break out of it with another WIS ST on your next turn (with advantage for Brave).
Grol: You slap the skeleton and one of its teeth flies out. When you swing your morningstar, you smash it directly over its head and it shatters into hundreds of pieces. Skeleton s1 is no more.
Ban: You successfully maneuver your way to a large piece of driftwood on the ground and throw yourself on the ground, successfully hiding behind it. (Where exactly were you trying to position yourself? I moved you forward a little bit.)
Og is up and follows Grol's lead, attacking the skeleton s2 in front of him. Attack: 7 Damage: 15
Eventhough Og lands a critical blow that should have smashed it to pieces, he hits the skeleton with the flat side of his axe and a couple bones fly off its ribcage. Though the skeleton looks hurt. (I hate criticals in 5e...)
