OOC: I accidentally deleted the /roll part, but both attacks missed regardless. Biscuit had a 12 and Grol a 17 to their AC.
I should have posted this sooner, Lich:
The Lich recovers from Milo's psychic attack and then cackles at the Wight (seeing it looks very badly hurt), "What?! Impossible!! Destroythem you bone head!!!!" (imagine said in the voice of Skeletor's voice from He-Man)
The Wight's eye sockets fill with red glowing orbs, then looks angrily at Biscuit for stabbing it and swings its longsword at him. Attack: 15 Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1:critical], =0, 1d10, 2{1d10}.expand()))+2[/roll Attack missed Biscuit with 12.
It then twirls around and attempts to slash at Grol Attack: 18 Damage: 7 Attack on Grol missed with 17.
Biscuit nimbly jumps back and avoids the slash, while Grol just barely manages to parry the longsword with his shield, using 2 hands to brace the impact.
The Lich yells in frustration from his minions' ineptitude and runs back to the fray.
He outstretches his arms and chants "Thunder in Paradise!"
An absolutely deafening blast explodes from the Lich, kicking up sand with it.
Thunderwave Need CON ST from Grol, Og, and Biscuit. DC 13. On fail take 105 thunder damage and be pushed 10ft away
Rustling through her pack, she will dig out a healing potion. Unstopping the cork, she chugs down the healing liquid with gusto. Looking to Xander, "You gonna kill that thing or what? Looks like regular weapons aren't effective."
Taking the Disengage Action via Cunning Action, Ban looks back at him as she moves her speed past him in search of cover.
Ban chugs the potion and a wave of relief washes over her hurting arm and her very soul from thr Lich's touch.
Og is up and he swings his greataxe into the Wight! Attack: 24 Damage: 10
His axe fails to slash through the collarbone of the wight, doing less damage than it should, however more bones fly off the wight and looks to be near its end. A sneeze from anyone on the Wight will destroy it.
The Lich looks quite angry and distraught that his minions have failed to kill anyone.
Ban please make a stealth check to hide in a small dip in the sand. DC 16 since the Lich is looking in your direction.
Milo is up followed by Xander and Biscuit. Map is the same except Ban moved to the left (and will hide depending on the check)
Milo's crossbow bolt hits the Wight sqaure in the forehead and it explodes into countless pieces as its longsword drops to the ground. A look of relief is on the face if Biscuit and Og. Suddenly, a blast of black crackling energy radiates out from the Wight and the Lich seems to be the only one affected! It is knocked clean off its feet and falls on his back.
It stands up and says, "Enough games. Time to die."
The lich appears to scream in pain when suddenly two gigantic skeletal wings burst out of its back through its robe. With another deafening scream of pain it grows to about 20 ft in height and its body transforms from a skeleton into something resembling demonic in skeletal form. Flames are bursting from within its bones and swirl around its body, yet the flames are black in color, but give off no heat. In fact, the area surrounding the Lich seems to freeze. Black flames coalesce in its hands as a massive, twisted sword appears in its right hand, while a spiked flail materializes out of the black flames in its left.
It swings the flail and several trees along the wire fence are uprooted, broken in half, and turned into splinters. It then sticks its demonic head out towards the group and belts out a deafening roar as black flames spew out of its mouth and kick up sand.
Biscuit is frozen in terror, but manages to throw a dagger at it. It embeds in its leg as black flames ooze out of the wound.
Watching this monstrosity transform before him, Grol looks over to Og and says “.... and I thought things couldn’t get worse!”
Grol uses his Lay Hands On Pool to heal himself for 10 points of damage. As a bonus action, he casts Sanctuary on Biscuit.
“Run! You’ve done well, but leave this to us.” He says to Biscuit. Persuasion: 8
Grol looks back at his friends and realizes that he must get the focus of the Lich if they are all to survive. Grol will then move closer to stand toe-to-toe with the now ginormous Lich. “You have seen your last day, wretched creature! Allow me to introduce you to my friend here!” He says, lifting his morning star over his head. Intimidation: 13

Biscuit is too terrified to move and the monstrosity before you pays no mind to your attempt at intimidating it. It makes eye contact with everyone with it's black flaming eye sockets and snarls. Black flames pouring out of what looks to be a nose as well as it's mouth.
(I also forgot to roll damage for Biscuit's dagger: 9)
From what you've all seen, it looks like physical attacks will harm whatever stands before you. Essentially, what was the Lich previously has traded all of its defensive power for full offense when transforming. It shattering and uprooting several trees with 1 blow tells you it can likely wipe people out very easily, potentially. Also, it appears this demonic entity was its true form and was masquerading as a Lich. What it is exactly, you cannot be sure.
All you know is it looks like a giant skeletal form of something not of this plane of existence and has bones for wings.
With her sandy hideout not as optimal as she'd like, Ban does her best to hunker down with what she's given using Cunning Action to hide. Putting the used bottle away while simultaneously taking out a new health potion, she rips it off with her teeth and guzzles down the contents.

Milo is visibly surprised at the development of this fight. For a moment the fear that he had felt returns. But his halfling heart gives him enough courage to ignore this fear.
Milo turns to Og "Og my friend, it's time for big Smash!!!" pointing to this creature. "I will keep you alive!"
After saying this, he will again shoot at this creature:
