ooc: How far away is the leader, and is it possible to reach her without taking opportunity attacks by the bandits?

She is within your range, so yes you can attack her without provoking AOO. Remember advantage if you attack her

Taking the pommel into her palm in one motion, Ban will press the rapier's steel tip to the leader's throat, if successful, by using her Fast Hands. "Give up. You can't beat us. Me in particular." She adds with a flick of her hair.

Raphael takes the disengage action, dodging the incoming attack from the bandit and with one big whoosh of his wings, soars directly upwards, above the rooftops to pursue the other criminals.

(Raph will use all his movement to fly upwards and in front of the bandits who are fleeing. He will remain 5' above them, out of reach for now)

Seeing the bandits, Grol brandishes his morning star and shield. He grins an unsettlingly toothy grin.

”Looks like an opportunity to do some good!”

With a flourish of his weapon, Grol will begin to walk towards the bandits. 

Shove will either push her away or knock her prone. I'm assuming prone if successful.

The bandit leader sees Ban rush towards her and attempt to shove her to the ground.

Contested roll (acrobatics): 24

Ban shoves her, but she nimbly places her hand on the ground and in one fluid motion, regains her balance. You have your rapier pointed at her

Bandit #4 will lunge towards Ban with his shortsword after seeing him try and shove his leader.

Attack: 20 Damage: 3

 The shortsword plunges into your right bicep, but not a deep wound.

Seth (who understands Elvish) nods in acknowledgement to Xander, attempts to bash the Bandit Leader in the head with the butt end of his greataxe.

He smashes her on the head and with the massive damage roll, that is just enough to knock her out cold.

The other 4 bandits drop their weapons, coin purses, and run away "She made us do it! We're out of here!" They bolt in different directions down alleyways since Raphael is up in the air watching them.

Xander, Ban has her sword to her throat as she regains consciousness. "D-Don't kill me! I'll do whatever you ask!"

Seth says, "Never try and muscle me out of my shop again, for one. Or I will kill you easily next time." She nods in agreement with earnest.

 Grol moves closer and holds his weapon to her neck as well.

Oh, sorry! I thought I saw the trails of people fleeing on the rooftops. My bad, I must have misread.

Yeah, hey, in that case, instead....

Raphael throws an arm back and withdraws his spear from his back. With a flourish, he makes a two handed thrust at the nearest bandit in front of him, deliberately narrowly missing his head- but slashing him across his face on the return thrust: Attack: 20 Damage: 6

He quickly then shoves the end of the spear into the ground behind him and unleashes a powerful double kick at the same guy, attempting to push him back into his fellow thugs (Flurry of blows)

Unarmed 1: Attack: 25 Damage: 8

Unarmed 2: Attack: 9 Damage: 5

If either unarmed strike hits, he needs to make a dc12 strength save or be knocked 15' backwards.

As they are fleeing, you hit both bandits and they fall on their faces. One gets up and wets himself at the sight of the massive bird who descended upon them and cowers in a corner while the other holds his resolve and keeps running.

"Well sinister Lady, i suggest you should be honest and answer all his questions. I wouldn't mess with him" Milo puts some magic in his word and cast Suggestion to make sure she's really honest with Xander, since it seems to him to be really important.

OOC: she must make a wis saving throw 13 or do what i suggested for the next 8 hours. This means she must be honest to Xander and answer every question he make.

Grol watches the other bandits flee with utter disappointment on his face. He turns his attention towards the bandit leader.

Holding the pointed end of his morning star on the female bandit leader, as he motions with his morning star, he grumbles “This is Vadok Vir. Today you were fortunate. Choose another way of life or our paths will cross again.”, Grol pushes the point of the morning star just slightly into her shoulder causing a slight welling of blood from the wound “Vadok Vir will remember you.”

Intimidation: 20 

Grol then withdraws to the back of the group, keeping an eye on thier surroundings. 

Perception: 2

Milo, with your Suggestion and with Grol's intimidation, she is completely complaint

She starts crying and says, "T-There were some half-elf siblings that were sold to me at a low price! I sold them to a smuggler who masqueraded as a merchant! H-His name was Glumgold and he owned a black ship! He was headed for the Isle of Despair where slaves are openly sold and that was a week ago! Here take the ribbon and all my money, just let me go!"

She puts her coin purse and the ribbon on the ground and puts her hands up. You all notice two guards passing by on the main road looking down the alley in curiosity. They both approach the back of the group.

"Having trouble again Seth? ...Hey she looks familiar, she is a wanted fugitive. And judging by the looks of things she had help. We thank you for taking her alive—we can handle things from here. You're welcome to keep their possessions as payment, we'll look the other way."

They begin shackling her and her other bandit cowering in the corner for a witness.

Xander grits his teeth and his hands begin to glow with fire as the fiend Oriax begins to instigate "Do it, let's watch her burn." Then he sees the guard come up and speak about the rewards. He calms himself and takes the ribbon. "Thanks Seth if we ever come back to I'll buy you a drink next time we meet." Addressing the group "Just give my share to Ban, I got what I wanted." Xander beings to walk back to the cart and wait for the others get done dividing the loot.

As for their possessions, there are 4 shortswords, 1 longsword, and 2 daggers on ground

Going through the coin purses you all don't find much, but there is 12g 18s and 36c total. There is also a crude map with an unmarked island with a large X in the center of it. 

Being interested in cartography, Raphael picks up the map. "I'll see if our sailor friend knows something about this island... and the isle of despair.

(Can Raph conclude where this island may be? Are there others around it?)
