Xander with your 15 (the magic number) and with some assistance from Grol (14 initial roll), you find an island that matches the crude drawing. Grol points to an area on the world map to the SE, but you take a closer look; finding an island among others in the area that fits the description. It's an island to the SE near the center of the map about 100 nautical miles away.
As you are about to walk down below to inform Quint, he comes back up to the bridge and notices that you find a match.
"Splendid work. I haven't personally been to that area, but it makes sense. It's an island just outside of one major trade lanes, so someone must have robbed a trade ship and stored their ill-gotten valuables away to avoid detection. If it's still there then we could score a major payday."
He puts his fist to his chin in contemplation briefly then says, "We would still be doing our job protecting Tarant ships since we have to travel along a major trade route... Alright, we will investigate this island. The symbols must give more information, but that's ok, we'll find out when we get there. Normally, I would refuse to sail without a name for the ship, but we can't delay. Just do me a favor and think on it. It's bad luck."
He steps out on to the main deck and whistles loudly to get the attention of the entire crew, they quickly gather onto the deck as he stands by the helm and says to everyone, "Preparations are done and the tide is perfect. We have an island to investigate SE of here that likely has treasure to be claimed and we won't be delaying any further! Our collective survival depends on your dedication and hard work, so if you slack off then that stinging feeling in the seat of your pants will be my foot up your arse! RAISE ANCHOR!"
Crew members scatter in all directions, some struggling to pull the anchor line, others throwing line all over in preparation for raising the sails, one goes to the helm and some go down below to distribute ballast.
The sound of grinding and clanging metal can be heard as the crew struggles to reel in the anchor. Ropes slapping the deck of the ship can be heard all over as they try to get the sails opened.
Quint says to the party, "Alright no standing around. Get out there and earn ye' pay. Navigator, plot a course to the island. Man the Crow's Nest. Assist at the helm, raise sails, and help raise anchor. I don't care who goes where; sort that out yourselves, let's get it done!"
Make Str/Athletic checks for whomever assists with the anchor, Dex/Acrobatics to climb the mast to assist with the rigging, Athletics or Acrobatics to climb up to the Crow's Nest (if applicable), Wis/Insight or straight INT for plotting a course, and Str/Athletics or DEX to assist with the helm. All rolls have advantage since you're at port and know where you're going.
Not certain what else to do, and also choosing not to lift things that might be considered work, she'll puff up and put a foot up on a railing. "Oy, you over there slacking! Yeah, you! My 478 old mum could heft up that anchor faster than you with one hand tied behind her back!"
As Milo is also a master acrobat he will climb the mast to help with the rigging: acrobatic: 22 (forgot advantage...I roll a second time, take the highest: 11)
“Hello Mister , can I help you? Did you see how I climb the mast? I‘ve learned the art of acrobatic from my uncle. You must know he was the best acrobat in our family show.:..“ he talks non-stop while helping
Armyl, the few sailors who see you walking around give you a scorn as they continue working. You feel as if you could easily assist at the anchor.
Ban, the sailors pulling the anchor line look at you angrily and one shouts, "How about back up that talk and help us?!"
Milo, the few sailors who are helping tie down lines and secure the sail look at your with awe as you climb up the mast, flipping and twirling all over to tie down lines. (Success) "T-Thank you," one says as he's pretty amazed with your ability, but can't get much of a word in other than that.
Xander
If you're wanting to get acclimated with Sick Bay, you may go down there and make a Wis/Insight or Medicine check to familiarize yourself with the equipment, manuals, etc. There are emergency medical books with improvised procedures used at sea, chests with medical equipment and supplies, as well as an operating table with other sanitary goods.
ooc: I assume raising the anchor is a process in which a number of people push against a spoked column. In turn, the chain connected to the anchor wraps around it and this raises the anchor?
The sailor in the navigation room who is assisting looks over your work and says, "Yes it looks fine to me. One or two small errors if I'm being picky, but looks good sir."(Success)
OOC: See my last post Xander, I threw in a last minute edit for your character

With a big gust of his wings, Raphael soars right up to the crows nest. He perches on top, keeping an eye out for any other ships which may be setting sail and looking to leave the harbour at the same time, or any smaller fishing boats returning or leaving. Perception: 17

OOC: Correct, the body applies more torque when pulling, so they are pulling on the spokes.
The sailors pull on the spokes on the anchor wheel, pulling and straining as they slowly inch backwards clockwise around the axis. The chain barely being reeled in around the short column.

Raphael, you effortlessly fly up to the Crow's Nest, a few sailors actually forgetting that you're a giant bird look on with surprise, but chuckle amongst themselves and murmur of approval. (Success)
There are several ships still docked and there are a few fishing boats further out in the bay presumably searching for bottom dwellers like oysters or clams. Off near the horizon you can a ship that appears to be moving away.
There were several sea gulls flying around squacking that now fly over and circle where you are in curiosity, as if they aren't sure if you're friendly or attempted to eat them

"I see thank you, I'll get the hang of it over time. I am actually training to be a physician of sorts so I 'll be heading to the sick bay if you need me." Heading to the sick bay he will say hello to the head doctor "Hello my name is Xander, I am looking to train in the practice of medicine. I have a few Herblism Kit's as well as a few healer's kits. I look forward in working together." Xander will begin to get familiar with the the sickbay with the doctors permission.
Raphael attempts to mimic the cries of the seagulls, imitating their calls through his beak. He wonders if maybe he can become an idol to the small birdfolk, maybe they can help by not pooping on the ship.

Regardless, he pulls out some parchment and a piece of charcoal and begins to make a quick sketch of the harbour with the morning sun.
Xander, you head to Sick Bay in the middle deck, weaving past the flurry of activity of sailors moving all throughout the ship. The woman inside, a half-elf with long golden hair and quite blessed in her figure, blushes slightly and says "Oh...well I could certainly use an assistant as there's no one qualified on the ship. Y-yes, please by all means familiarize yourself. (She watches as you demonstrate that you know what you're doing) "O-Oh my, you certainly have skillful hands. My name is Malon Liaberos. I look forward to working with you." (Success)
Ban, you pull on an empty spoke and the chain starts winding around the bottom of the wheel column much faster. The anchor comes up and the line is secured. (Success) The man who taunted you says, "Nicely done, I guess you aren't useless like the rest of this lot. Glad you're on board madam. The name's Brody." He is quite burly with short brown hair and has several scars on his muscular arms and legs as if he's seen action at sea for a while.
Raphael, the gulls (6 of them) all land on the Crow's Nest around the circular railing and begin cleaning their feathers with their beaks and tilt their heads slightly sideways looking at you when you mimic their calls.
Quint looks around the ship and satisfied that everything is ready, other than the helm, he yells to a sailor, "Hooper! Take the helm! ...Hooper?!" A smaller stature human with glasses and black & silver hair with a bushy beard runs from the Navigation table to take the wheel, but is clearly struggling to turn the wheel.
A few sailors push off from the dock with and hop back on board as it begins to bob and sway in the water as you begin to leave dock. Sails open up to full as they catch the wind and you begin to move forward. Hooper tries to correct course to avoid hitting the next dock 2
Quint yells, "Damn it Hooper! Turn the bloody thing!" (Grol and Armyl may assist with a STR Athletics or DEX check)
