Eating something and shoving something else in his mouth Quiggley asks, "What's a Hinox again? It's slipping my memory. .. Good to see you all again too." He says with his mouth partially full all manners cast aside.

“From what I’ve heard, they’re huge, bad, and very strong creatures. I wouldn’t doubt that we’d be able to defeat it,” Theo says while looking around at the group, “but I wouldn’t want to risk an encounter if possible.”

Cloud does not speak but does give you a nod of acknowledgement Quiggley, with a wave of his hands the two large dogs fall quiet. Rae looks over the shoulder of Praxius at her returned comrade, she too refuses to speak and simply waits to continue the trek forward. 

As you converse and catch up in the short time you have been serperated by Quiggley, all of you feel a sudden shift in the ambient temperature. What was a warm and pleasant day shifts to become colder.....far colder. In fact you can now see your breath clinging to the air as the Temperature rapidly declines. Then....you see a single snowflake drift down from the cloudless sky, then another and another. Soon the air is filled with softly falling flakes of the crystalized water. 

"Well this is......Odd" Cloud wraps his traveling cloak around him in an effort to keep from becoming too cold. For some of you, this is the first time you have witnessed snow falling. So Paca and Rae are in utter awe at the sheer beauty of the marvelous falling flakes of silvery white. 

Praxius and Theo, you two know the snow as it does snow in the greater plains of Hyrule during the winter months, however Winter is still some time away. So this phenomenon, while breathtaking is more than a little confusing. 

Paca looks upon the falling snow in wonder "Is this...Is this snow? Damn it's cold. Lizi, what can we do to warm ourselves here?" Paca waits for Lizi to come in close before trying to keep her warm as he then realizes she doesn't seem to be affected by the cold. "Well then you warm me up Lizi!" 

Quiggley stares around at the falling snow and the drop in temperature. It is more than odd. Quiggley casts Detect Magic looking around for any reason for the sudden cold.

"Paca, I was told in my visit that a Kokiri named Domino might have information for me, have you heard of them?"

Praxius smiles. "Yes this is snow, Paca", he says joyfully.

"Although it is unseasonable. Or at least it was before I went...away", he continues, a frown crossing his face. As he speaks his cloak grows larger and a fur lining appears and he wraps it around himself tightly to ward against the chill.

“As Praxius said, this is pretty normal for the greater plains of Hyrule,” Theo says, looking up at the sky in awe and puzzlement. “Though winter is still a good amount of time away, which is when it usually snows. It is peculiar that it’s snowing this time of year.” Theo furrows his eyebrows, and wraps his cloak around him to provide more warmth.

"Domino?" Paca ponders on the name for a bit before saying regretfully "Sorry Quiggley, the name does not strike familiarity. Is there more you can say on this Domino? A profession, age, anything?"

Seemingly distracted by something Quiggley stares out into the snow. "No, not really Paca. It was just a clue left to me by our mutual friend. They said he would know something of my past." Quiggley replies while pondering, then suddenly startled, " Oh! It's Domido. I'm sorry. By the by the snow is magical not natural and not a magical effect causing magical snow. It seems like foreign magic as if it is not native to our nature. I haven't seen it before, or maybe I have and don't remember, but I can not tell what type of magic it is and I usually can even if I don't know why. My guess is another reality is imposing itself on ours."

Paca,

At first look, It does not appear that the sudden change in weather is affecting your fairy companion. The small, glowing fairy seems just as awestruck as you. However after a moment the dull light which she continuously produces, noticably wanes and her small frame begins to shake uncontrollably. Fairy's are affected by the changes in temperature. "P-P-Paca, it's s-s-so c-c-cold." The small being huddles close to you, trying to stay warm. 

Cloud on the other hand, looks entirely unfazed by the shift in temperature. While he is wearing a simple traveling cloak, it is made of thin material and offers little in the ways of warmth. He lets out a sign and stands in the middle of the group, all of you immediately feel warmer. While not as warm as the ambient temperature before the snowfall. It is far more comfortable. "If your planning on traveling, It's best to go prepared for anything." 

He taps a small brass lantern affixed to the back of his belt, within which a barely there flame produces the warmth you now feel. "Got this from a band of merchants shortly before I arrived in Hyrule, It'll keep us warm as long as we travel together." 

You press forward under the warmth Provided by Clouds magical item, trotting through the quickly building snow. Rae at one point expresses that the snow is slowing your pace, so you may not reach the orchard before nightfall. 

Still you press forward, in the hopes of reaching your destination despite this new and unpredictable obstacle now in your way. Then.....

You all hear the far off and unmistakable sound of bells ringing, Not like the large bells used within the city to warn of the attack. No, these bells are far smaller and seem to Jingle twice in a direction, then vanish only to Jingle again in another.

Quiggley will wait until he hears the bells really close then casts Faerie Fire on the area hoping to reveal anything unseen.

Paca scoops a pile of snow and forms a snowball while telling Lizi to target the jingle and lock on to whatever it is. Once Lizi is locked Paca will launch the snowball that direction in an attempt to reveal whatever it may be. Paca lets the snowball fly and it lands softly in the snow without hitting anything. After all it is the first snowball he has ever thrown so go easy on him.

Praxius also waits for the sound of jingling to occur again, then opens up his senses to try and see beyond the mundane.

He feels the usual itch behind his eyes as his senses widen to encompass the magical.

Action: Magic Awareness:

Theo will try and use his senses to be able to tell where the jingling is coming from, and in which direction it seems to be heading towards.

Perception: 16+6=22

Paca, 

You hear the Jingling and immediately whip around to toss a freshly made snowball at it. However you end up pelting one of Clouds dog's right in the snout, the dog sneezes and growls at you. 

Theo and Praxius, 

You both are actually able to follow the same trail, Theo using his natural perception and Praxius using his magically enchanced eyes. While Theo is able to follow where the Jingle is coming from, Praxius is able to see what appears to be a small Kokiri-like creature jumping from snow bank to snow bank. However it is leaving no trail whatsoever behind it, It is standing atop the freshly fallen snow. 

With you instruction, you direct Quiggley and he releases his held spell. Casting out small lights of a greenish pink hue, they cascade and slowly drift down with the falling snow. Landing atop the unseen creature. Immediately the Creature freezes up. Then it thrusts its hand out towards all of you. 

I need EVERYONE to make a Wisdom Saving Throw.

Paca throws another snowball quickly once Quiggleys faerie fire take effect. This time he take a moment to aim before launching the frosty sphere.

To hit: 15

Wisdom Save: 9

Praxius smiles at the antics of the now exposed Kokiri-like creature.

”The magic appears strange to me too”, he says echoing what Quiggley had also said.

Wisdom Save: 5+1=6 (if this is a charm effect he has advantage: 6+1=7)

Quiggley is extactic that his fire has revealed the creature but the smile soon leaves his face as the creature uses an ability. Quiggley dodges behind Cloud.

Wisdom save 19+2= 21

Paca slings another snowball, smacking the Kokiri-like individual right in the stomach. However it only causes the individual to giggle a little, unable to break his concentration away from what he is doing. 

Quiggley, 

You stand dumbfounded as you watch each of your allies.....start to dance. While they are performing different dances, Cloud and Praxius just seem to be moving as it is clear neither of them have any knowledge of dancing. Uncontrollably, they prance among the falling snow. 

The individual busts out laughing, a hearty chuckle replacing the soft giggle from before. 

Cloud's face is painted in worry and embarrassment as he spins on his back foot, clapping his hands together twice. "W-what's happening!?!" 

Quiggley laughs with delight. "I think your trying to dance..., badly. Except for Theo. He's quite good."

Turning his attention to the creature he casts Fire Bolt into the snow a centimeter from where its body emerges from the snow bank. "Ok. That's funny, but I do not want to hurt you to let them stop dancing, so please stop the effect. It takes quite a bit of effort for me to miss you."

Persuasion 18+4= 22

Fire Bolt (very uncomfortable close miss with advantage from the Faerie Fire?) 12+7= 19 for advantage or normal. 3+7= 10 if at disadvantage somehow.
