Praxius, moving across the square and threw the crowd of onlookers as another heavy bag flies up into the air. You nudge your way through, apologizing with every step as the crowd applauds another throw. Breaking threw the front you stop at the edge of a sandpit, This area looks like it was specifically made for the sandbag toss. Roughly measuring 20 by 15, you can see a Gerudo standing in the center. Her muscles bulging as she heaves another bag overhead and tosses it vertically...****y to come up just short of knocking off the wooden pole held in place by two metal posts.
A Hylian woman applauds the Gerudo as she takes her place under the pole, this is the announcer for this particular event. "Well done, solid effort Doru. Would any one else like a chance to concur this daunting challenge of strength?" She extends her arms out, welcoming any who would care to try.
Paca and Quiggley, Taking Quiggleys direction you move to the western side of the square where a large stage has been constructed. A gallery of people are sat at a table in front of the stage, holding up some sort of card. The crowd around them applaudes as the Goron takes a bow and walks off, his performance finished. A Longear Hylian stands from the center seat at the table and turns to address the crowd. "We have room for one more performer before we make our final decisions, Please consider your own skill when entering. We do not appreciate ametuers participating" The individual, who appears to be neither male nor female has a rather noble virtue to their voice, speaking as if they are well versed in performance.

"We have another challenger! Step forward sir!" The woman shows you to your spot, directly standing under the wood pole. Now that you are standing beside it, you can get a feel for just how high the pole is. You are not a small individual Praxius, but this pole is easily hanging three times your height over your head. To knock it down would require not only strength, but precision aim as well.
"You have three attempts sir, after your third attempt you will be asked to step aside." A Goron, smaller than Dagoro but still a big individual lumbers up to your right side. Dumping three heavy bags of sand at your feet.
"When you are ready, make your first toss!" The woman slinks back, watching you with intent. The crowd around you grow silent, the hush akin to a held breath, ready to take another inhale at any moment.

Quiggley lands next to Paca. "I like to think I can sing but given their seriousness of only taking one more, I think it should be you Paca." Quiggley tells Paca before flying back up just above Paca.
"Right here! Master Paca will take that spot!" Quiggley will shout trying to get the judges attention while ushering Paca up through the crowd.
Praxius nods to the woman and surveys the challenge. Looking up at the pole above him with narrowed eyes, then reaching down and picking up a sandbag to test the weight.
He sets himself into position, feet apart and grasping the sand bag in both hands. He leans down and then brings the sand bag up, trying to lift his head first to get sight of the pole. The unfamiliar movements catch him off guard, he doesn’t quite see the pole which distracts him from fully exerting himself and the sand bag travels wide and low.
”Hmph!”, he exclaims, immediately picking up a second bag, disappointed in his attempt.
He follows the same motion, but once again as he looks up at that last moment he doesn’t quite lock his aim into the pole. The sand bag travels higher this time, but not high enough and certainly not in the right trajectory.
He stops for a moment to consider his strategy. For his last attempt, he sets himself again, legs a little wider, the sand bag swinging between them. This time he performs a couple of practice movements, and each time the sand bag swings up, he inclines his head to get a better and better view of the pole.
On the third swing, happy he has a better idea of when to release the sand bag, he hefts it with all his might, and…
Paca applauds the performance he has seen and perks up and says "I would like to enter if you will have me. I've never performed professionally but I feel as though I am quite good at my pan flute."
With each toss the building crowd of onlookers let out an excited gasp, watching as the first and second bags fall short of the pole. The Announcer remains silent, awaiting the toss of the third. There is a small yelp in the crowd, growing silent once more as they watch Praxius pick up the third bag. There is a confidence to him this time, as if his first two attempts were merely practice throws. An effort to get used to the weight and the height he needed to reach.
With one more mighty huff, Praxius tosses the bag overhead. Everyone watches it sail up into the air and actually go higher than the pole itself, there is a slight dissapointment as most believe it to be yet another failure. Yet as gravity takes over, causing the bag to fall back towards the ground. The edge of the heavy sangbag strikes the wooden pole, causing it to splinter and break in half.
The crowd erupts as the two pieces of the pole clatter softly in the sand behind Praxius, who raises his arms in victory.
"HE'S DONE IT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!!!" The announcer screams out over the crowd, she practically leaps towards you Praxius. "Sir! for winning the sandbag toss you now have a daunting choice ahead of you!" The crowd grow silent, eagerly waiting to hear the ultimatum and what decision Praxius will make.
"You can take a mystery prize.....OR you can go head to head with the winner of the Arm wrestling contest later today in hopes of winning the Grand Prize!!!!" She is reaching towards a table set outside the sandpit, the prize you have won is covered by a large blanket.
"What will it be?" The crowd await your decision.

Praxius looks around the crowd a little taken aback, the press of so many people making him uncomfortable. When the announcer rushes across to him, he takes a half step back before he realises she isn't attacking.
"What will it be?", he repeats looking towards the blanket. He then looks across to where he last saw Dagoro.
"I will choose to pit myself against my friend Dagoro, who won the arm wrestling", he says, more interested in the challenge than the prize in truth. He scans the crowd to see if the big Goron was watching.
Unfortunately you are unable to see Dagoro within the crowd around you, It is likely he is still over by the Sumo ring awaiting the beginning of that contest. The Announcer steps away from the table, nodding as you choose to face Dagoro later in the day. "He will face the mighty Dagoro, later today in the Sumo contest folks!" The crowd begin to talk among themselves, most seemed intrigued by the choice. You are led away from the sand pit as a Zora comes out to place another wooden pole between the two posts. The contest starting again.
Paca and Quiggley, Immediately the Pureblood Hylian turns to find the source of a child-like voice. At first they are looking for an individual who is as tall or perhaps taller than himself so he does not see you immediately. After a moment his neck cranes down, meeting your gaze Paca. His expression does not change, it is one of dissapointment. He has not felt the performances thus far were worthy of his time, It seems that same thought is extended to you.
"If you insist..." He takes a step back with his arm stretched out, showing you to a small set of stairs leading up to the stage. Once you climb up the stairs and take your place, you can see the droves of people staring at you, patiently awaiting a performance that would put all others to shame. The Pureblood Hylian takes his spot at the table, folding his arms into his sleeves.
"When you are ready..."

Paca, facing the crowd on stage now, realizes just how many ears are out there waiting for him to please them all. He shakes his nerves off and begins playing.
At first, Paca's soft harmony floats over the crowd. Lulling them into a state of solace, the low notes causing each of their faces to noticably relax. Then Paca stomps his foot, playing a high note that causes that solace to break. In a flurry he begins to tap his feet with each note echoing from his flute, as if recognizing the tune. A Zora to the side of the stage begins plucking at her harp, while a young Hylian girl begins strumming her violin.
They soon join the Kokiri on the stage, each stomping their foot as the Goron who had performed on his drums bangs along within the song. The crowd start forlicking, some raising their mugs and drinking as the infectious electricity cause by Paca's Ballad rallies the lulled crowd into a thunderous showing. They in turn begin stomping their feet in complete tune with the performance.
You twist and pivot across the stage Paca, surfing through the other performers who have joined you. Feeding off the energy you are giving, recognizing your song as one to bolster. Two of the three judges have stood from their seats, joining the dancing crowd as they too have succumbed to the thunderous performance you have started. The Hylian Pureblood, while he appears to be unmoved has begun stomping his foot lightly; even this snobby individual is unable to contain themselves.
With a sharp high note you finish, the violin crecendos and you bow.
The crowd go absolutely wild, jumping and screaming for joy as you take in big gulps of air. Immediately the two dancing Judges hold up their scorecards, each giving you a perfect score of 10.
The crowd rumbles to silence, murmuring among themselves as the Third Judge. The Hylian Pureblood is sifting threw his cards. After a tense moment, in which those who had joined you osntage took their departures. The Pureblood looks upto you, revealing his card.
The third 10 out of 10. The crowd once more explodes in a roaring applause, with many chanting for an encore. The Pureblood and the other judges have stood up from their table to give you a round of applause.

Paca is overwhelmed with emotion has he receives his scores. A tear of joy runs down his cheek as he bows and thanks everyone who joined in his song. "Thank you everyone. I think that was the most fun I have ever had playing my music. I am so glad you all liked it!"
Quiggley applauds along with the crowd. He will lookaround for the others to try to bring everyone back together for the next part of the festival but won't interrupt Paca's prize presentation or Praxius in the Sumo event. He does wonder what happened with Theo and Rae.
Praxius manages to catch the end of Paca’s song as he comes looking for the others, and although he doesn’t join in the dancing and singing he does clap when it finishes.
He spots Quiggley as the fairy is looking around for him and the others and makes his way over to him.
”Paca has a real gift”, he says motioning towards the Kokiri who is receiving the adoration of the crowd still.
“What next for you, Quiggley? I a little time before I face Dagoro in the Sumo”.
Theo watches the performance from the sidelines with his new cloak on, hood up above his head. He isn’t very good at dancing (especially when full of pie), but he is entranced by the music. When it is over, he walks up to Paca. “Well, that was beautiful,” he says. He messes with his eye for a second. “Just a bit of dirt, that’s all.”
As the applause slowly dies down, the Hylian Pureblood joins you on stage. He is a towering, imposing figure. The soft smile on his face has faded by this point, with his arms tucked into the sleeves of a long royal blue robe. He takes a moment to gather his words before addressing you.
"Young Kokiri, you have certainly put on quite the performance. I think no one would argue that your music lifted the spirits of all those who could hear it, It truly embodied what the Centennial Ballad represents. Hope." The crowd erupts once more, cheering you on to the point that you cant help but feel a little embarassed by the attention. The Pureblood's hands slip from within his sleeve.
He holds out his left hand, within his palm you see the left half of a soft blue, woodwind instrument. At first it does not appear to be anything special but as you take it from him, you feel a slight tingle in your hands. "A Hero of legend once held this instrument, used it to fight the very evil we are celebrating the defeat of today. I have searched for it's missing half for many years, Perhaps you will be the one to find it and hear it's forgotten melodies."
