"Well we best find someone that could fix it then, that information could be crucial to getting to our next clue to help figure this thing out. So let's keep on going gentlemen, unless anything else of value has been found or one of you think could be found here we should keep on moving and try to find out this piece of information we are missing."
Nathanael quickly grabs the rest of the books and hands them to Nestor, he seems like a smart fella so he might be able to understand them better "You think you can understand them?, If so get to it we don't have time to lose"
Nestor made a slight "hmph" sound as a slight chuckle at the smart fella comment giving the impression that he was happy from Nathanael's comment. At that he takes a few books to then scroll through them, "Cheers Nathanael, I'm on it." At that Nestor will start reading through the material in the books, skimming through them where he's looking for certain words that might catch his eye and help us gain more information.
These following words, phrases and excerpts catch your eye: "The Rebirther" "Pocket watch" "The pretiositas of using it is becoming a puppet of it, to fuel its lust for interitus" "After seeing humanities actions that have been thrusted upon nature, The Rebirther sought it out to destroy the world before recreating it by using the pocket watch to turn back time to the days of which there were no 'superior' beings to ruin the thriving nature."
Nestor would look again seeing the pocket watch, it was of extreme interest to him as our ally Art had been frequently looking to one. Nestor originally just seeing it as a tool to ensure we kept on eye on how much time we had left now knew it's true potential, our ally Art could very likely be under it's influence right now. It was important Art did not know of this yet in case his mind was already lost. Thus Nestor simply told what he could without revealing this to Art, Nestor would question though if he should let Nathanael know of this for yes he had started to trust this man more so but Art and Nathanael have a history together and who is to say that he would believe any word I say even with proof. At that Nestor told the two men what he could without tipping off Art he knew of the curse of holding that pocket watch. Now to his knowledge Art hadn't used the pocket watch for this intended use but simply owning it could mean something nefarious about Art could be possible. "I've just read here something interesting, the pocket watch has some level of time reversal that shall be used to turn back time before there were superior beings, I do not know whether this means those with magical talent or perhaps certain races of people who may be a threat to the one who shall not be named and their cult. Anyway there's something I quickly wanted to ask Nathanael regarding this text something I can't fully make out and seems religious in nature which seems up your alley." Of course this wasn't exactly the truth as I wanted to pull Nathanael away to show the scripture to ensure that Art did not see that thing of using the pocket watch makes one a puppet. I rolled a 19+2 so a 21 for deception as I wasn't really telling the truth there, so whether you think Art would trust Nestors words can just go off of passive insight or ya can roll for it if ya think Art would be distrustful of Nestor here.
Art would fully trust Nestors words no matter what they were, so you basically didn't even have to roll for deception. Art believes your words and fully trusts you.
Alright grand so, well I call Nathanael aside to look into this thing I lied about. Pointing out the part of those who use the pocket watch are said to get possessed. Saying this quietly to Nathanael, "Just keep an eye on Art, he's had that thing in his possession for quite some time." That thing of course referring to the pocket watch.
Nathanael looks down for quite a while (about 3 minutes) before whispering "I see... Thanks for telling me this Nestor..." He then sits by a random bookshelf and looks down again
After seeing the note Nestor stares only for a moment and then looks down for a few seconds as he thinks to himself, maybe we are completely ****ed. Even sending a letter back home at this point in time wasn't worth while as it would never arrive on time to tell my loved ones that I loved them. This was do or die now, either there is a slim chance of victory here or this is the end. After having his few moments of thinking on this Nestor responds to Art, "We probably should."
Nathanael rubs the ink on his left armor hip "Hey Art, you got a spell that can fix this?" (Prestidigitation can fix this by the way)
"Sadly no,"
"Well we best find someone that could fix it then, that information could be crucial to getting to our next clue to help figure this thing out. So let's keep on going gentlemen, unless anything else of value has been found or one of you think could be found here we should keep on moving and try to find out this piece of information we are missing."

"Hmhh, Allowing Nestor to come with us was a good call Art" He pats Art's Back once and goes to Nestor and pats his twice

Art looks at his pin and says "The time is currently 4:36, we should get moving,"
everyone make a perception check real quick.
I rolled a 17+3 for perception so a dirty 20.
You see a note hidden in a wall, it reads "It seems the watch has been found and used, may whatever god you worship help us all."
After seeing the note Nestor stares only for a moment and then looks down for a few seconds as he thinks to himself, maybe we are completely ****ed. Nathanael stands up and says "Where to?"
"Let's search town for some more leads,"
"I'm pretty sure running around like a maniac with your dancing lights will lead to some distrust"
"Yeah, so this time I won't cast dancing lights, wanna try to interrogate that shop guy?"
