"Offense taken." Elthana responds to Spyro - still feeling the affects of the drink.
She sighs as she realizes the flower dragon is right. Turning to Vin, "I'm afraid I can't think of a good way to stop her. And not only can I not be in the meeting, you can't tell me what is discussed or what the plan is, right? Unless I'm missing something?" she sighs again, much deeper as the thought depresses her.
"I would hope at least one of the Djinn knows of ways to protect you from her spying, at least. Shenoh had the thing she put you in when we went off with Sol, that might do the trick. Invading memories, if she can do that, is a little more difficult. The workaround for that is to make a decision and move so quickly even if she finds out she doesn't have time to act against us. And let's be fair, she already knows we are coming", Vin says in reply to Elthana, and is also interested in the answer to Muir's question.
The hours while away (and for those under the truth telling effects of Gewyn's concoction It has been 6 hours since the effect started by the time...) the wind outside begins to quiet, the speed at wich Ömertyr is flying has slowed and the falling isle of Duun can be seen growing in the distance as you approach. In his enlarged form big Ö is big enough for the roc to land upon him and Daudi peeks her sallow purple head in through the window "It has been years sice the Djiin have seen hide or hair of me, I have done them nothing to draw ire but I thought you should be aware..."
Vin looks across to Daudi as she pokes her head in to the pack and speaks.
"Do the other Djinn know that Gojiin went insane due to something you said?", he asks of the giant. "Because that might well draw some ire from them. Even if they know it was after a visit from you that it happened".
"I do not want to be left out of the conversations, out of the plans that are made as we hurl ourselves towards this awful confrontation. But I also understand if I must be. And Vin has a point that it probably doesn't matter and she probably has eyes and ears everywhere, we just need to continue charging forward." Elthana sighs as she rests against the wall of the pack. She finds the ride on the giant's back to be fairly smooth surprisingly and closes her eyes for a moment.
As Vin asks Daudi his question, she looks to the giant, wondering the same thing.
"I don't actually know..." Daudi says after making a curious but thoughtful face, "I guess we'll find out."
As Ömertyr lands in the wind sheild of the mountain upon Duun you all find yourselves once more in the crystal garden, a path winds around large areas of the garden which are covered in small round crystals which have been meticulously arranged in geometric patterns like that of a Zen garden. Several monks, one of them hooded and larger than the rest, sit in a circle in the swirling pattens of crystal not paying attention to the landing of the Giant and the rocs, they instead carry on with their activity, humming in harmony, the vibration of their music resonating around them and reverberating from the very ground itself.
When they are about land, he and Neferox leave the pack whilst still airborne, surveying the scene below with the monks in the crystal garden. He uses his elevation on Bry'ze to see if he can spot any movement from anyone coming to greet them.
If not, he will at least check for the most likely path to lead them where they need to go. Unless Ingram lands and takes the lead, or people are approaching, he will motion in the direction he thinks they should go.
Muir gets out of the pack wondering if Elthana missed his question or intentionally did not answer. He will ask again another time, but for now he helps himself to a crystal laying around the garden.
As Elthana follows Muir out of the pack and finally responds, "The last time I was aware of Nivara was when she made me try and hurt Ginro. It's been quiet ever since." She stretches and is happy to have her feet on solid ground again. She hangs back as she worries about Nivara and if she is hanging around.
As the group disembarks, the vibrations from the group of monks resonating through the stones can be felt in the body, in the mind, like their sound is the manifestation of the monk's mental reach around the area. Muir picks up a stone and his eyes wide for a moment. Then then suddenly all noise ceases, the larger monk stands and takes down his hood revealing Duun himself. "Your meeting with Daudi went well then, I assume from her presence here. Greetings Daudi, it has been much too long" Duun states calmly, almost in a reverie greeting the group. The rest of the monks rise and exit the gardens as their meditations seems over.
With Duun now revealed, Vin brings Bry'ze down to the grown and dismounts.
"Can't complain, although it wasn't all cordial", he replies to Duun. "But yes, Daudi has some information to share with the Djinn and the Elders from the Shattered Isle. And we have some serious planning to do. We would like to get everyone together in as secure a location as we can, as soon as we can", he adds.
He watches to see Duun's reaction to including the Shattered Isle Elders in the meeting.
“Indeed. I’ll need a little more time to understand it but the things here and their properties are different, like the moss that grows food here. It could be a boon to people back home if it works in our world.”
Before disembarking, Gewyn says, "I think there is value in hearing El's contributions in the planning. I could stand by and be ready to wipe her memory, the moment I feel Nivara's intrusion, but I expect the planning will last too longer for me to effectively erase with my current power. But I also don't think we should be separated during the meeting. If Spyro goes in with you, I can remain outside of the proceedings to keep an eye on El, but still participate as long as I am not too far."
Daudi greets Duun and the group as a whole are led back into the inner halls of the smaller isle, passing through large traditional arches and into long hallways of multicoloured mcrystal mural. Everything here seems steeped in cultural importance without becoming materialistic, a minimalist but respectful approach to keeping alive the acheivements of the past.
in contrast the Teleportation room seems to stick out terribly, modern arcane sciences being what they are. Ginro appears in a flash and gives the group a friendly wave. As the plan to meet is explained Ginro makes the arrangements and suggests holding the meet on his isle, though one glaring issue is presented to the group, "If you want all of the Djiin there then we are missing one of our number, Gojiin has not been seen nor heard from in an age..." Ginro claims, Daudi clears her throat and hunches uncomfortably.
Ingram, who has been translating things for Ömertyr stops the questions for a moment to interject, "Big Ö here has a suggestion, for a place to meet. a place on even ground for all, Lumithor's lair, it would mean that the djiini could see the extent of the damage there and that Kohso and Serafina would not have to travel. what do you all think? that is if we can find a way to get Gojiin."
Vin follows Duun, scanning the murals as he moves along the hallways, Neferox padding along by his side.
He plays his part explaining the plan to Ginro and Duun, and is not surprised when Ginro wants to take the lead and have the meeting on his isle. He is a little more surprised when Ingram offers up Ö's solution of using Lumithor's lair.
When talk turns to Gojiin, he looks at Daudi wondering if the death giant will speak up about what happened to Gojiin.
"In truth, I am not sure we have any major opinion about where we have this meeting as long as everyone is there. Of course, if you can't reach out to Gojiin, then there is not much that we can do about that. Would Gojiin bring much to our efforts? You mentioned their isle was in somewhat of a decline, no pun intended", he says thoughtfully. "Anyway, besides that issue, the main thing for us is ensuring we take measures to stop Nivara from spying on our discussions, and allowing Elthana to be present without risk of Nivara using her. We believe that being on another plane might stop her abilities in that regard", he adds and looks pointedly at Ginro. "I was hoping you might have some solution to that issue".

Muir pockets the crystal and rejoins the group nodding along in agreement with Vin
Elthana notices Muir's reaction to the crystal and as he pockets it, she asks, "What was that? Something interesting?"
She stands back with her loxodon friend, letting Vin take the lead.
“Indeed. I’ll need a little more time to understand it but the things here and their properties are different, like the moss that grows food here. It could be a boon to people back home if it works in our world.”
