Gewyn clasps his hands over his stomach, feeling queasy, and slowly lowers himself down to his knees. He takes a few deep breaths to suppress his gorge before shuffling over to check on Vin. He places a hand on his forehead, ignoring any protest from Nef. "Bwuh, that was... not great. But... all limbs attached. Hello there," he says, still kneeling, to blue elf. "My name is Impression. First Impression. My twin brother, Second, will be along shortly, and I think you'll get on far better with him."
"Sorry," Sam says with his hands spread and a sheepish grin of apology on his face. "They're not used to drinking..." He means it as a joke but the thought that these people from a different realm may not have the same kind of humor doesn't strike him until it's too late.
"Perhaps there's still a few kinks left to work out?" He adds a bit more seriously. "Give them a minute and I am sure they will be fine..."
"Or two..."
"Oh, umm..." Sam adds when he sees Griff evacuate his stomach. "He'll clean that up, I'm sure..."
But besides awkward small talk Sam has little to offer and mostly waits uncomfortably while his companions get themselves in order.
Neferox remains on the floor acting as a cushion for Vin, but turns to look at the elf with faintly pale blue skin. She growls and bares her teeth. She is not happy at what has happened at all. It might easily be surmised that it is only the fact that Vin is unconscious and lying on her that is stopping her from approaching the elf and really showing her displeasure.
Muir lands firmly on his feet and catches his bearings.....or at least he thought. The trauma of this trip has been too much and the teleportation is the icing on the sour, months old moldy cake. Muir holds it together just long enough to turn his head and not vomit on Sam in fear of losing more limbs, but in doing so the pale blue elf gets the brunt of Muir's leftovers....whatever has been churning in his stomach has now emptied not once but twice onto the pale elf who greeted them.
He falls to a knee and wipes his mouth. "Oh dear....Apologies....So very sorry"
The elf, just about to open their mouth tho respond to gewyn is quick to close their mouth as Muir hurricanes his last meal over them. The surprise and disgust in their eyes is seen only for a short moment before they turn on their heel and run out of the room likely toward the nearest cleaning station. They drop the sending stone as they go and Ingram laughs out loud, "any of you got that prestidigitation thing? I think Muir and Griff need a magical soak down"
The other white clad scientists in the room look at eachother awkwardly, before an air genasi steps forward and picks up the stone, hesitating before asking the group to step out of the now messy circle.
Griff stands once again. "We have been scaring off our welcoming party it is seeming... Ugh, I am needing to sit down somewhere." He steps out of the circle and starts asking the genasi for some kind of aid for the group, using the auran language.
Gewyn roll off his knees onto his butt and draws up his pipes. He takes another steadying breath and then plays a little tune, clearing away the mess one section at a time. As he finishes the song, a faint whiff of floral perfume rides in the air.
Then he stands up, claps his hands on his cheeks twice, and says, "Okay, enough sitting around. We've work to do and a pretty elf lady to apologize to." Gewyn starts to move toward the door, looking to see if any armed guard is about to try to stop or escort him.
"Better out that end than the other I suppose," Sam says. "Though I suppose only marginally..."
Sam happily steps away from the befouled circle, taking careful steps to avoid any splatter, and looks around expectedly to their hosts. "So, I believe we were expected? Perhaps show my friends here where they can find some clean water to splash on their faces and regain their equilibrium and then we can get the show on the road, so to speak?"
The air genasi bows their head a few times, a little overly polite really, before uttering, "of course, my apologies, thank you for cleaning up the mess I was afraid I was going to have to..." He looks to the sending stone in his hand and then glances to the runes on the ground before looking back to the group and giving an awkward chuckle, "...Well, that doesn't matter now, if you'll follow me. You are expected though ah, things are a little hectic around here." Once the group fully step out of the circle, the genasi speaks into the stone a single word, "received" and the other scientists in the room start moving once again taking measurements of the matrix sphere and noting things down, beginning set up once again for the next teleportation.
They lead you out of the room and into a large corridor, it seems that either ginro had a hand in designing shenoh's home at the core or perhaps the other way around, the biggest notable differences are the mass of white clad scientists running around, and an ever present hum, a vibration that seems to be constant throughout the corridor.
You are led to a long hall where it appears folk are eating, it seems like a cafeteria set up, buffet style, but some groups in here are talking loudly in jovial auran clinking glasses. Both Sam and Gewyn spot the unmistakable signs of a bar at the far end of the room. The genasi points over to a set of doors to an adjoining room, "there are wash and changing facilities in there, we have food and drink available for gold if you have it, but it is fairly attainable prices.. I'll let the parties that should have welcomed you, know where you are"
Ömertyr seeming comfortable in his surroundings says something in giant to the group and stroll off toward the bar hi grows slightly in size having the room to do so and stretches as he approaches the barkeep.
As the others file out, Neferox waits patiently for Vin to come to. If anyone from Ginro approaches, she bares her teeth and growls. If they get within biting distance, they get bit.
Sam replies to Ömertyr in Giant briefly and follows him. "Seems our friend needs something to settle his stomach," Sam notes to the others before following the Giant. As he walks he eyes the food and drink being consumed around him with a suspicious eye - Sam is much more a meat and potatoes type as opposed to a foodie so trying new things is not his favorite route when it comes to food. These wonky days equal hours equals whatever time frames, however, have his stomach all confused and for the time being he settles on a liquid lunch, asking Ö what beverage would be most palatable...
Elthana is about to go tend to Vin when she sees Muir start heading that way. Happy to see him engage, she leaves them to it and follows the group out of the room to the 'cafeteria'. "A little hectic and the group that was supposed to meet us... I wonder what all they know and what is going on? I do hope Ginro is reasonable and we don't waste precious time in convincing again."
"My guess, they have a vampire situation. Maybe not as bad as Shenoh but I can't see it being so widespread there but not affecting here," Sam speculates. "And if they have vampires here and don't want to listen to the bigger picture then I say we just cut bait and go see the Giants Ömertyr thinks may listen..."
Muir smiles “No, no just took a bad turn from the teleportation. Neferfox of course would not let anyone near you to check so I tempted fate once again. Take a moment before you sit up.”
Having followed Ö to the bar, he looks over to Elthana and Gewyn and kind of signals them over with a jerk of his head and then accepts a drink from Ö. Sam sloshes the drink around in the large crystal glass a bit before giving it a tentative sniff. When Ömertyr takes a sip of it Sam shrugs and takes an experimental one himself, now that he knows it's a sipping drink instead of a shot to be downed all at once. Given the Giant's size Sam wasn't sure but as they are just sipping Sam figures it definitely best he just start off that way as well...
"They all went inside. I stayed here to make sure you were ok and help you get to your feet. Plus I figured Neferfox would attack anyone who approached. I believe she and I have at least an understanding that I would not hurt you. Here have a little drink of water. They have some food in the next room or possibly a little something that can bring back your color a bit"
Elthana feels sick as she takes it all in, what kind of ride was that? Seeing Sam stand tall, she leans against him, letting the wave of nausea pass.
"Where, where are we?" Seeing Griff get sick on the floor makes her feel a tad bit better.
Gewyn clasps his hands over his stomach, feeling queasy, and slowly lowers himself down to his knees. He takes a few deep breaths to suppress his gorge before shuffling over to check on Vin. Vin is out cold.

Muir stands up and sees the others shuffling out but Vin behind on the floor. Muir stomps his staff and approaches Nef speaking in dog

Vin's eyes slowly open as Muir finishes examining him.
"Did I die again?", he asks weakly.
Neferox turns to look at him and nuzzles at his face.
Muir smiles “No, no just took a bad turn from the teleportation. Neferfox of course would not let anyone near you to check so I tempted fate once again. Take a moment before you sit up.”

Vin slowly sits up, allowing Neferox to stand. "That's a relief". She also seems a little unsteady, but being on four legs seems to help.
Looking around and seeing only Ginro folk, Vin wonders aloud, "Did the others not make it?".
"They all went inside. I stayed here to make sure you were ok and help you get to your feet. Plus I figured Neferfox would attack anyone who approached. I believe she and I have at least an understanding that I would not hurt you. Here have a little drink of water. Vin stands, leaning on Muir and Neferox, and let's himself e lead towards wherever the others went.
"Thanks, Muir. I think she has warmed to you a bit. As in, things are not frozen solid any more", he says with a chuckle.
