Kasandra joins the group at the fountain. Following Xorin's line of thought, Kassandra says "I think the left door said that behind it was death and darkness and behind the right door are ruins. I'd rather fight in some lighted ruins than in the dark where I couldn't see. The left door is the low road and the right is the high."
Turning towards the right door, she yells, "Right door, is there more light behind you or your neighbor?"
The knocker with the ring through its ears, the one on the right, says, "It's as bright beyond as it ever gets in this twilight nightmare!...errr I mean, what? I can't hear you..." it then begins to mumble nervously under its breath.
The left knocker laughs riotously at its discomfort.
As you all gather around the fountain you see its tired weary face brighten with a broad smile. It looks up and winks at he company. You all feel a warm tingling sensation settle in you skin.
Kassandra looks to Xorin, "The glowing spell that Corvin used? It's really useful, but my vision would still be worse off then in the twilight of an outside area. I would prefer the right, but I will lead through whichever path we pick. You all?" She asks as she looks at the rest of the party.
When the fountain animates, Kassandra frowns briefly and shifts uncomfortably when its magic effects them.
Grigor was fascinated by the whole conversation and watched. Now, finally, he seems to be getting away from his thoughts. "I am as lost in the darkness as Cassandra. But when I remember the Goblin King's words, we have to walk through the darkness. I also have several torches and can summon some light as Xorin can, we'll be fine. And we should see how we can use the rope in there. It seems to have something to do with the Goblinking-Riddle."
Kassandra nods, "Into the darkness then. Light my shield and I'll lead the way." She hefts her shield onto her left arm and presents it to one of casters. Once the party has a light source, she stands in front the left door, grinning in anticipation of the coming violence. "Open please."
“Wait a second “ says Ayrlin producing the rope from his backpack. “We don’t know if that is going to work. Better safe than sorry.” He gives on extreme to kassandra for her to tie it to her waist. “Let’s tie up together and tread carefully “ he says tying him up “ in case it’s pitch black we will be together. “

"The mongoose blew out its candle and was asleep in bed before the room went dark." —Llanowar fable
( I'll say Ayrlin should go first. Darkvision and checking for traps... someone strong behind, to assit in case of combat and to hold him in case of falling pits.. )
Grigor will be somewhere in the middle of the running order. He will use Light on his staff. "So we will have a second source of light if something happen"

Grigor's checking to see if he's ready. Mage Armor is on, his backpack is in place and the top of his staff is brightly shining to show the way. "I'm ready"

Kasandra laughs, "Then I say we go right. Fighting in the darkness is only disadvantageous to us, goblins and other Fey wouldn't have any issue."
Xorin looks to Kasandra, "To be fair, I can provide a light source if necessary."

Corvus readies mace and shield, "I'm with you Kas, come what may!"

((Well Kassandra is usually our front-facing muscle, so Braddik will be fine continuing to be our back-row anchor.))
Xorin places a hand on the front of Kassandra's shield and casts light on it, "There, that should do it."

Kasandra thanks Xorin and secures the rope around her waist in her spot behind Ayrilin. She motions she is ready to go when the elf asks.
Xorin gets himself tied on in the middle area, "Ready"
