Drexon, you can neither hear sound nor sense movement of air from a particular direction. However, you can smell death permeating from straight ahead and slightly to the right. You can also see a faint sparkling mist at the end of the left corridor.
A couple seconds. I should have been more attentive...
Karm pauses for a few seconds before he continues
...Time is different here. It moves faster, to about a factor of ten. If the hole poses a danger to civilisation in... what did sir caelum say? two months and the hole grew from a spot to what it is currently? ... we might have months, even years to figure this place out
"Well, I would prefer to go left, up ahead wreaks of death, as does the right to a lesser extent. To the left I can see a silvery mist", Drexon explains to the others.
"I would suggest caution, moving quietly if possible, even if that means some go ahead", he adds remembering the attempts at being quiet around earlier, and the failure of some of the group.
{{I will need a marching order and a Stealth check.}}
The corridor is wide enough for two people to walk abreast. Going to the left, you can see three rooms on your left. The first is open and seems to have been wrecked by a storm. Simple stone and wooden furniture are scattered within the room, mostly broken. The middle room is closed by a stone slab. The next one beside that is open and just as wrecked as the first room.
Apart from two ransacked rooms and one seemingly sealed room, you can see that the end of the corridor branches to the right and to the left. To the right, you can see an opening to a chamber filled with faintly sparkling mist. To the left, you can see the start of another long corridor.
Drexon wanders to the edge of the room with the silvery mist, utters some words of Deep Speech to grant himself guidance, and takes a look at the mist and it’s surroundings.
Drexon, as you move closer to the entrance of the chamber where the mist is coming from, you see two small figures and one large lumbering figure staring at a large blue crystal in the middle of the room that is sputtering arcs of lightning and pulses of light erratically. The mist seems to be emitted from the large cracks on the crystal. To the left side of the crackling crystal is a pile of shattered grey crystals. You cannot see what is to the right of the cracked crystal from your place at the doorway into the chamber.
The three figures are docile and their state seems to have been caused either by the sputtering crystal or the mist. The two smaller one is wrapped in hardened leather armor with their long hands seemingly fused with a long sharpened blade. The large one is pudgy and akin to a misshapen flesh golem carrying a large maul. From the dent on the cracked crystal, the damage seems to have been caused by the larger one's maul.
Drexon, as you reach out to the smaller figure's mind, your own mind becomes a little bit muddled. It's not that you cannot reach the mind, but you get lost on the way. It could be the nature of the creature, or it could be the effect of the crystal or the mist.
Dvark, the Om-Com that you carry vibrates and flickers on. "Ch-ch-ch... Dyucpy..." The voice of Fredrick comes through the Om-Com. You can barely hear the message, but it sounds like he is talking without pause in a very rapid manner. The Om-Com flickers off, but it quickly flickers on again. "Dyucopy... duuungeeeooon...... teeeaaam......" This time, the message is stretched out as if he is talking very slowly.
Dvarks draws the omcom, and a little uncertainly speaks into it. "We.. uh copy? How are things on the surface?"
because of his unfamiliarity with the technology, and general dadness it ends up coming out a little louder then intended. Not quite a yell, but approaching it.
Dvark, you need to talk fast, otherwise it they hear you very slowly
{{i think the thought process here is twisted. Frederik should actually be talking faster so that it is normal to us. Karm waits longer than it takes his team mates to join him. that means one second real time is lets say 10 seconds. then if frederik speaks slower it takes even longer. So frederik should speak faster while we inside should be speaking slower}}
Drexon comes through the portal and takes a look around, half listening to the others as he moves down the corridor.
"Chalk? No I don't", he answers absently.
He stands at the crossroads of the corridor, concentrating on each direction for any sounds, smells or movement of air coming from one in particular.

Cob keeps quiet, caves and tunnels aren't something he's used to but he does fiddle in his pouch and pulls out a bottle of ink and a pen.
"Not chalk, but I can mark the directions we pick." Cob says. "Left sounds good to me. Less death the better."
Stealth if they move forward: 4

Eremoz will stay at the back of the group.
Stealth:4
I think driven by curiosity Karm would be at the front, unless someone interjects. Then he will take 2nd place
Stealth: 22

Dvark will go right behind Karm and be ready to throw the Wizard behind him if danger approaches.
Stealth: 8
(I get the strangest feeling we aren't going to be sneaking up on many people with this group lol)
Drexon will stick at the front with Karm if they can g two by two.
Stealth: 2+4=6 (Ouch, mostly terrible then)
That sticks Cob near the back, just in front of Eremoz - flying just off the ground.

{{Does Drexon enter the room?}}
Dvark clinks up behind Drexon and taps him on the shoulder. "do either you or Karm have a way of blowing out the mist? I don't trust it to be benign."
Karm whispers back
No, but i could get you a fan?

Drexon also shakes his head, "Yeah I agree, the mist or the crystal seems to be having some sort of effect on those things".
He reaches out with his mind to one of the smaller ones, "Are you ok?".
As of now he does not enter the room.
Drexon, as you reach out to the smaller figure's mind, your own mind becomes a little bit muddled. It's not that you cannot reach the mind, but you get lost on the way. It could be the nature of the creature, or it could be the effect of the crystal or the mist.
