Yostil's Wisdom save- 16
Although he's in rough condition the dragonborn chuckles slightly after hearing what Kaliden had said even though he was in a fair amount of pain. "Although that does seem pretty tempting I'll have to pass. Even if I was to surrender I'd be marked for death..."
After a couple seconds he glanced from Ratchet to Assarion and then to Victor. Then he tried to grapple Victor.

Victor's Strength Check: 16
If the grapple is successful he will then try to bite him.

Assarion
The fighter grimaces in disgust. "Peste! Esperspawn!" he hisses. "Careful, this salopard is undead!" As he moves through his next attacks, his grip shifts slightly. "Capo Ferro, don't let me down," he murmurs.

Attack 1: 13 Damage: 11
Attack 2: 21 Damage: 6
The first attack misses the dragonborn but the second attack lands earning a low growl from him.
"Perhaps you'd be marked for death. Perhaps not." says Bombil, "But perhaps you'd have time to make amends." He then hurls another firebolt at the Dragonborn. "Stand down!"
Keeping pace with Yostil so he is in the presence of spirit guardians Kaliden gives another retort, “Death is kind, for one of your crimes. Surrender and you may receive the justice you deserve!” [Tooltip Not Found] 17
The Fire Bolt misses Yostil and he glares up at Bombil for a moment before shaking his head slightly. "I'd rather not." He responded, keeping a somewhat firm grip on Victor. "Don't get me wrong, if the situation was different than I would but even if young Stoneclaw's father doesn't want my head if my master were to find out I surrendered or something similar he would surely kill me for doing so."
Yostil turns his attention to Kaliden and for a moment he seems to contemplate on what to do. "I don't believe that I'm worthy of justice. Death may be kind to most but I doubt it'll be kind to me. But perhaps your correct... if I am sentenced to death by Sir Stoneclaw perhaps he'd allow one or all of you to be the ones to do it." He thought aloud as he lightened his grip on Victor ever so slightly.

Assarion
The look the fighter gives Yostil is a mixture of loathing and mistrust. While the undead creature talks, Assarion uses the opportunity to get Victor's attention. Looking him in the eye, the swordsman nods...
And with a lunge, grabs Victor's arm and pivots. It's almost like a dance; Assarion swings his partner out of harm's way (+2AC) while stepping right up to Yostil's face. "Coucou, me voici!" sings the swordsman.
Maneuvers: Bait and Switch (Special)
When you’re within 5 ft. of a creature on your turn, you can expend one superiority die and switch places with that creature, provided you spend at least 5 ft. of movement and the creature is willing and isn’t incapacitated. This movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
Roll the superiority die. Until the start of your next turn, you or the other creature (your choice) gains a bonus to AC equal to the number rolled.
(OOC: This, of course, depends on Victor being willing. Also, as Bait and Switch is a "special" action, does Assarion still have attacks to use?)
(Edit: I had forgotten to put the French in italics; when I made that edit, the roll alert came up. I don't remember the original roll, though - I was too distracted by my oversight.)
As Assarion swaps places with Victor, Bombil readies up an incantation and holds, waiting for the Dragonborn's response.
(rolled in log) Create Bonfire damage: 7 fire Save DC: 16 DEX
Action is readying the casting of Create Bonfire if Yosil does anything but stand down. In case Yostil tries dragging someone into the bonfire, he'll drop concentration.

Yostil was just about to let Victor go when Assarion swapped places with him. He glared at him for a moment before shaking his head slightly as he seemed to give up. "Well that was unnecessary, I was going to let him go anyway."
After a couple seconds he turned his attention towards Tagreth for a moment and tilted his head slightly. "Lowclaw has been released, although not as I had intended. His blood was rather disgusting anyway..." He trailed off slightly as he looked back at Assarion, unsure of what he was planning to do next.
{OOC: Victor was definitely willing to do so. I'm going to say yes to him having attacks to use. (I do believe that the roll was an 8 even before the edit...)}
Victor pulled a scrap of cloth from his cloak and held it to his neck before glancing over at Bombil for a moment and nodded slightly when he saw what he was doing. Then he turned his attention back to Yostil and glared at him. "Disgusting... I've had a lot of insults thrown at me in the past but that's a new one for me."

Assarion
Assarion is neither distracted nor deterred. He's still face to face with Yostil and still trying to wedge himself between the dragonborn and the half elf bleeding out from the stump of his arm. "Back off!" he barks. If Yostil backs off, well and good; if not, Assarion will press the attack.
Attack 1: 15 Damage: 13
Attack 2: 11 Damage: 9
Either way, he'll appeal to the cleric: "Quickly, Kaliden," he pleads, "See to the fallen. Can you save the elf-brother?"
Bombil lowers back to the ground and dismounts the broom. "Anyone have some rope to tie him up?" he asks. As Assarion mentions the fallen elf he raises an eyebrow, "So this isn't Xavword? That's quite an unfortunate case of mistaken identity." he turns to Kaliden, "If it would help, I have a healer's kit in my backpack."

Yostil hisses angrily but complies and backs away, he glares at Assarion and Victor before glancing down at the half elf for a couple seconds. He looks like he has more or less given up but it might actually just be an act. "He put up quite a fight. That being said you'll certainly want to stop that bleeding." He said before snorting slightly. "It'd be a damn shame if he died from blood loss." There was a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
"Well," Tagreth says, momentarily lowering his weapon. "That was not very smart. You always were the impulsive one."
Tagreth then raises his weapon once more.
"It still doesn't change anything."
Yostil turned his attention towards Tagreth and cursed quietly as he noticed him raising his weapon after having lowered it. He growled angrily as he prepared for whatever they had in store for him. He lowered his head slightly, realizing that he didn't really have many options at this point.

That's quite an unfortunate case of mistaken identity." he turns to Kaliden, "If it would help, I have a healer's kit in my backpack."
Victor looks down at the wounded half elf for a moment before turning around quickly. "I wish I had some rope right now but sadly I don't." He sighed softly and tightened his grip on his dagger, preparing to possibly defend Kaliden and the injured half elf if the need arose.
As Kaliden casts cure wounds the wounded half elf's eyes open. A surprised cry escaped him and he looked around trying to figure out what was going on. The stump of his arm has stopped bleeding but it still looks rather rough. "W-what..." He trailed off slightly when he saw the party.
The swordsman seems less tense now that the injured have been tended, but he still never looks away from Yostil. His gaze is less malevolent, but no less mistrustful. "Thank you, master dwarf," he says. "And I have rope. It's lashed to the side of my backpack," he says to the others. "If it's for this dragonborn, though..." He gives Yostil a measuring look. "I'm not sure it'll hold," he admits. "But we can try. Victor, careful with that bite. This is no simple dragonborn. And do you know this half-elf?"
