As Karrigg follows the blood droplets it leads him further down the 'tunnel' and soon the droplets started to look like small puddles. After following the trail for a couple minutes he finds a severed arm laying one of the pools. The arm has three bites and two scratches on it and on it's ring finger on it's hand there is a Ring of necrotic resistance just like the one that Andnon has.
Bow nocked and ready, Flutter glides quickly after Ludolf given his renewed sense of urgency. If Karrigg doesn't grab the ring on the way, Flutter will--best to use every advantage against whatever undead resides down here...

Hearing what Karrigg said Andnon began to think the worst. "A ring that matches mine..." He looked at the arm for a couple seconds and he went pale. He quickly looked away before whispering, "It... it looks to be Xavword's, although maybe someone stole it from him?"

Hearing what Eglar said, Andnon looked up quickly and nodded slightly. Turning his attention towards Ludolf, he grasped the dagger that had been given to him and carefully followed after him and Flutter with a worried expression. "I-I have an idea of who it might be but... but I hope I'm wrong." He said in a voice just above a whisper as he made sure to keep up with them and the rest of the party.
As the party continues onwards in an attempt to locate the person who needs help they hear a metallic sound that almost sounds as though a gate or a heavy metal door had been scraped across the stone floor and ceiling.
"I think that was the gate to one of the secret entrances that have been added over the years. But he might be right..." Andnon trailed off slightly as he thought about the possibilities of what could have caused that sound.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ludolf considers quickly what Andnon says and tries to think of what could have made that sound, a gate closing, any sounds of a lock turning… “We must move quickly and catch them!” he thinks.

{With an 11 Ludolf can discern that the sound more like a gate opening rather than one closing. It doesn't appear to be in the immediate area but it was loud enough to suggest that it wasn't too far away from the party's current location.}
As the party continues forwards into the tunnel they come across what looks to be a split in the path. The secondary path looks to be an offshoot of the original path, it goes forwards then takes a sharp turn to the left. The path leading forwards continues straight and about thirty feet ahead the color of the torches seems different, they appear to be giving off a purpleish light.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Eglar quietly says "I'm no rogue or ranger, but lets see." He looks to see which way to go and if there is any gates nearby Or if the trail Ludolf has been following continues."
{With a 16 Eglar doesn't see any gates in the nearby area but the boot prints and blood trail continue down the path ahead of the party. There's a set of clawed footprints that lead from the secondary path and seem to be following the other prints.}
Karrigg continues a cautious pursuit, trying to remain hidden. This looked to be the effect of a nasty beast, not a man. Best not to wind up food for whatever ripped the arm off
Ludolf continues forward, hoping to find the gate and the source of the sound. He quietly whispers “Everyone get ready, hurry up now…”. He keeps his other hand on the dagger at his side.

Karrigg scoops up the whole arm and returns to the others. "Alright, Andnon... whose is this? The ring matches your own."

Eglar says to Ludolf as he passes Andnon and takes second only to Karrigg "Keep an eye on my Squire, help each other."
and he follows Karrigg readying his Maul (Note Due to Stone Rune, Eglar has 120ft darkvision.)
