Without hesitation, Hazel reach for the creature, trying to memorise the strange feeling. « That’s not everyday that we befriend a shiny creature! »
((just sent a message to Hazel explaining what happened to Hazel))
You can see how the orb rested on Hazel's open hand, she glowed faintly for a couple of seconds and then she went back to normal. The orb whispered something and then went back to the well.
Hazel feels some dandling sensations in her fingers but welcomes the warmth from the creature. She tries to feel if she is any different, but cannot see obvious sign. " I am fine, no big change. The orb wants me to get rid of the Hag, which I'm fine with. There is a funny feeling though, very similar to when Seer uses his musical magic to inspire us. I feel it, like a something an energy I can draw from."
If you need to know:
It is a d4 I can use for save, attack..etc , Recharges after a Long Rest.
NOTE: if someone else get this boon (if it's possible), I created a homebrewed Feat for the character sheet :D "Magic Boon (Orb - TWBTW)"
"That's a relief that you aren't beholden to that orb. One hears some strange stories about the happenings in the feywild. Shall we continue on to that crashed balloon?"
The orbs will retreat once its clear that no one else is interested in making contact with them.
As you continue walking towards the balloon's direction nearly an hour you'll notice at the distance a slanty tower with the balloon at the very top of it. The balloon is destroyed so it looks like a big blanket covering the tip of the tower.
At this point you simply need to walk some 20 o 30 minutes more the fially reach the place where it crashed.
The crumbling stone tower rises out of the swamp, leaning at such an angle that it threatens to keel over. Black brambles surround the base of the tower and cling to its lower half. Hanging from the crenellations on the lower side of the tower’s peak is a large woven basket at the end of a tangle of ropes and tattered fabric. The basket dangles thirty feet above the surface of the swamp.
you can see that black brambles cover the ground within 30 feet of the tower, clustering in a dense patch around the open doorway.
As you approach the edge of the bramble patch, you hear a whispered voice say in Common, “Psst. You there, I need your help.” The whisper comes from the basket that dangles from the top of the tower.
Do the brambles block access to the door? If the basket were to fall (or something were to fall from it) would it land in the brambles? Just getting the parameters here.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Yoli ties his rope to one end of his fishing line, and then sends his owl up to the basket with it. Then he calls up to the person in the basket, "Hey there, I'm sending my owl up with a fishing line, pull up the rope with it, then you can tie off the rope and let yourself down."
"Ho there, in the basket!" Peppermint shouts when they are within sixty feet, but she continues to approach.
((Kind of missed the shouting part of this reply...but that's fine, you'll notice that whatever replied from up top whispered and he did that right after shushingPeppermint, since Yoli's action can be completed without risk of making a lot of noise. We can continue with the assumption that whispering at this point might be better to communicate))

Once the owl reaches the top of the tower, you can see the interior of the basket, there's a small Violet Faerie Dragon inside a birdcage and the corpse of a bullywug dressed in a formal attire.
“I’m in a bit of a bind, as you can observe. I, Sir Talavar, as one of the Summer Queen’s loyal servants, ask that you free me. You see, I was in the midst of a daring escape from the vile Bavlorna Blightstraw when our balloon was set upon by an ill wind and sent plummeting to its current unfortunate location. My pilot, the honorable Wigglewog, did not survive. I’ve been trapped up here for a while now. Help me. I must tell my queen of the fall of Prismeer!”

The basket looks very secured from many ropes tangled now around the tower. If it were to fall, it could land on the brambles.

‘Is there a price for your favours?’ asks Seer, mindful of some of the stories he’s heard on the matter…
"It seems like we'll find out soon enough if there's a price! Bravo Hazel!"

‘Be careful everyone, those brambles look dangerous…’ says Seer, investigating them more closely, but being careful to keep a respectful distance…

'Great idea Yoli. We'll need to tie the rope off to the side once it's up, so they stay clear of the brambles on the way down...'
Seer looks around, suddenly wary. 'We are making some noise, we should keep an eye open for predators that might be drawn to us.'
Peppermint nods, and keeps an eye out. Perception: 10

Plus Seer's advice also makes sense here :D

Outside the tower, about 10 feet from the door, two giant constrictor snakes lie together, asleep.
The basket looks very secured from many ropes tangled now around the tower. If it were to fall, it could land on the brambles.
