Tuuli runs out into the hall, and she and Baldar try to hold the door shut against the two charging farmers. Walt freezes where he is as the third farmer charges him. Bendrak is halfway between both fronts.
Initiative begins! Everyone may act.
Two farmers – a burly guy with a knife and another guy with a scythe and a scratched leg – are charging the door held shut by Tuuli and Baldar. (One can roll a contested Strength check with advantage to keep it shut, or one or both of you can do something else...)
The third farmer – the scrawny teenager with a knife – is barrelling toward Walt (and seems eager to engage him.)
Bendrak, ten feet from both, can easily reach either.
Tuuli looks at the very buff Baldar and says, "You hold the door,"and races towards Walt. "Do we even know if they can open doors!?" she shouts to the general group. When she gets to Walt, she goes behind him so she can see into the room, and pulls her second dagger out, while also drawing her rapier. "So, plan B is what, knock them out and tie them up?"
Move: to just behind Walt Action: Ready to throw a dagger at the boy farmer should he injure Walt.
Reaction: Saved for possible use of Shield spell

(If the door opens inward to the dining room) Baldar places the chair under the doorknob, hoping to jam it so it can't be pulled open. (If the door opens outward to the hallway) Baldar braces the chair against the door and tries to hold it in place by leveraging her legs against the wall opposite.
"If they can swing a scythe, I think we can assume they can open doors. Someone close that door between the kitchen and dining room! And yeah, that sounds like a good Plan B to me." Baldar yells, gritting her teeth against the expected barrage on the door.
ACTION: to hold the door (If that doesn't use my whole action, then I will ready action to grapple a farmer should they get through the door.)
Tuuli stops in the midst of the mayhem, "I mean, yes, but they were stuck in the kitchen, so it's not such a stretch to think maybe they can't open doors. Okay, fine, maybe it is a stretch! Good throw, Walt!"

It's too much for her. The door slams open. Baldar is face-to-face with two silent red-eyed farmers - the burly guy with the knife, and the man with the scythe and the cat-scratched leg, their eyes swirling with crimson.
"Uhh Plan B it is! Or was it Plan C? Whatever, knock them out and tie them up," Baldar grabs her axe and swings it at the burly farmer with the flat of the blade, aiming to bludgeon him unconscious instead of slashing him.
ACTION: 12 to hit to 9 damage (non-lethal)
MOVE: IF the burly farmer drops, and as long as the other farmer is far enough away that it won't invoke an attack of opportunity, Baldar will move down next to Bendrak. Otherwise, she stays where she is.
Walt see’s The farmers burst through the door and Baldar smack one with the flat of her axe. He runs through the kitchen, bursts through the door leading into the dining room and hurls another magic stone at the another farmer.
Move: run through the kitchen and step into the dining room to get a clear shot at a farmer.
action: ranged attack with magic stone. 13 to hit for 8 non lethal damage.

Baldar wallops the big farmer on the head with the flat of her axe. He huffs and staggers, but somehow he's still standing.
Walt hops over the unconscious body of the teenager and through the kitchen, before throwing his stone at the scythe-wielding man. The arcane-imbued rock cracks him off the top of his skull, sending him reeling. The farmer gets up again, but is clearly in bad shape.
The two farmers, both seriously injured and one badly dazed and barely standing, continue to charge Baldar, their unblinking eyes filled with bloody tears, their weapons raised.
Tuuli rushes after Walt, but where he stops, she races in to the dining room, drawing her rapier as she goes, and she tries to slam one farmer across the back of the head with the basket hilt. Then, her dagger in her other hand, she tries to do the same with the pommel.
Move: 30’ to the square north of both farmers. Action: bop the first farmer she reaches over the head with her rapier, rolls in game log. Bonus Action: offhand strike at same farmer, or the other one, if the first one has gone down.
Rapier, 15 to hit for 6 non-lethal bludgeoning damage Dagger, 19 to hit for 2 non-lethal damage
Reaction: reserved for Shield (which manifests as a sudden gust of wind deflecting the blow)

Tuuli races past Walt into the dining room. With a swing of each hand, she manages to knock both out. The big guy crumples where he stands; the guy with the scythe bounces off the frame of the doorway first before sprawling backward onto the flat of his back. Both are now unconscious.
Barely pausing, Tuuli rushes back into the kitchen, her face a panic. “Walt! I think I really hurt this one!” She slides to a stop kneeling over the body of the first farmer she felled with a knife to the neck. “Is he dead? Can you help him?!”

Tuuli runs far enough to shut the door behind her, helping Baldar hold it shut and barricade it, though we didn't plan well for that...

Walt cleanly knocks out the boy with a magic stone to the forehead. His knife clatters to the floor as he collapses near the older man. Two down.
