Does the great dragon queen have a name?

Dawn using his consideable knowledge of dragons as digs through his memories for information about this Dragon Queen. Intelligence 8

And relays Rockcrusher's question to the dragon (unless Rockcrusher speaks Draconic), paraphrasing to make it more flowery.

"She is Tiamat."

The dragon continues circling back around as you talk.

(Oh yea I don’t speak dragon)

(I'll apply that 21 int roll to any knowledge I know about Tiamat)

Dawn remembers that Tiamat is the lawful evil dragon goddess of greed and queen of evil dragons, currently trapped in the nine hells.

You seem bored any chance you would want to just leave? Go back to your great treasure horde?  Leave the silly skirmishes to us and the kobalds in town?

The dragon snorts at Teechu, little sparks of lightning coming from his snout as he does so, but doesn't otherwise reply.  He's circled almost all the way around the walls now and is about 40 feet away from the wall again.

"Deekin, maybe a  soothing song will do the trick"

I will try to play a Draconic song that I know in hopes to calm the approaching dragon    Perform: 23

      Deekin quickly grabs his lute and starts looking for the right chords until he finds the tune he is looking for. The tiny creature then proceeds to   mash out the tastiest rock and roll riffs that could only have been written by the divine Draconic gods of rock. "IT'S YOUR ONE WAY TICKET TO MIIIDNIGHT, CALL IT   HEAVY METAL!!!"

The dragon watches Deekin as he plays.  "I like you, I think I'll let you live," he says, just before breathing another line of lightning at the guards on the ramparts, killing 1 and injuring another 4 and flying past to start circling again.  7 guards arrive from below and take positions on the wall to start shooting at the dragon.

Pops knew Deekin was holding onto something special. He could see the Kobold's magic radiating off his Lute. The sounds he was able to create from such a simple object was impossible...

The force from Deekin's music caused Pop's cheeks to flap in the wind and he simply felt young again. At certain points of the song Pops couldnt help but create a flashing Light behind the Kobold Rock God casting his silhouette across the shadowy moors surrounding the fort. 

Dawn is getting tired of trying to placate this dragon, he pulls out his bow and, waiting to see if Deekin's song might have an effect, gets really to shoot the  dragon.

Unless the dragon appears to be heading off Dawn attacks after a minute.

rockcrusher throws another javalin 

Dawn's shot goes wide, but Rock's javelin manages to find a weak spot and sink into the dragon's flesh.  He gives off a roar of pain and anger, turning his head to glare back at the group.

"We will have to hurt you if you don't leave, is it worth it?" Persuasion 9

The dragon snorts back at Dawn, looking down at the arrow falling to the ground.  "I think I'll be okay."

(With all this talking I'm not sure who besides me and Rockcrusher have acted)

Pops will cast Minor Illusion to transform himself into a block of stone the mason's left on the ramparts.
