Hoard of the Dragon Queen

(Which way, north or south?  You see the arrows are coming from the top of the cliff where the others climbed up, and the early arrows all are targeted at tents on the opposite (northern) side of the ravine. And along cliff edge, or past groups of tents?

I want to go south towards the entrance of the ravine. What tent number was Pops closest to. I am kind of lost where I am.

You're at number 3 on the map (there's a copy of hte map image in the campaign public notes, as well as various posts in the thread here).  Basically the far southeast of the camp in the open area.  The entrance to the camp/ravine is in the far northwest.  So if you want to go along the bottom of one of the cliffs, you can go south a bit to the cliff face there then follow it west/northwest from there to the entrance, go north to that cliff face and follow it instead.

Ah then Leosin and I would like to travel north and sneak along the edge of the ravine trying to get out of the exit. Hopefully using the shadow of the cliff above as cover.

 As soon as the alarm goes up from the first arrow, Pops and Leosin jump to their feet and start moving as quietly as possible towards the shadows of the tents to the northwest.  There's a tense moment as an arrow flies just over their heads towards the command tent, but another arrow quickly follows it and lights another tent to the northwest on fire, distracting everyone nearby.  Using the confusion of raider in the area running to put out the flames, Pops and Leosin make it across the open arrow from the shadow of the tent to the shadows at the base of the cliff. Using the distraction of people looking for the attacker and trying to put out the burning huts, they're able to sneak around the northern most group of tents to reach the brush in the north end of the camp about the same time that Dawn fires his last arrow at the raider before dropping his bow.

After reaching the ground, Rock and Maythus head east along the cliff face to go around the tents to get to the prisoners.  As they clear their line of sight from the last tent, they see Pops and Leosin apparently lying on the ground, seemingly unaffected by the commotion in the camp around them.

Dawn fumbles his bow as he tries hastily to fire at the raiders climbing towards the top of the cliff.  As he tries to control where the bow falls and draws his rapier, the first two raiders reach the top of the cliff and climb to their feet, with the other two right behind (right at the top of the cliff, but not quite able to get onto the plateau and stand).  

Approximate locations of each group.  Red is Dawn, with the raiders coming to the top of the cliff about 30 feet north of him.  Rock and Maythus are at the bottom of the cliff at green, Pops and leosin at the buttom of the cliff just moving into the brush at blue.

Dawn will try to hide in the shrubbery and rocks. Stealth 17. After hiding I am ready to attack anyone who approaches me position, if I think they have spotted me.

Dawn retreats away from the cliff into the brush to try to hide from the raiders who just reached the top.  The two raiders at the top of the cliff (14) peer into the darkness, unable to see anything.  As the other two finish climbing over the edge, the first two pull out torches and light them.

Rock and Maythus head towards where they spotted Pops and Leosin, only to arrive and discover that they aren't really there.  Looking around, Rock is unable to spot where they've gone, so they turn around and head back towards the cliff (8) without running into trouble.

Pops and Leosin creep through the brush along the cliff edge until they reach the other side.  (I'm assuming you're continuing along the cliff to the exit.  Assuming that's the case, give me a stealth check to get out without being seen, otherwise let me know what you're doing)

Dawn will continue to hide until either he is discovered or there is only one opportunity close by. (The others leave to search the rest of the cliffside)

he will hide in any bushes nearby and watch looking for any sign of Pops.  If he sees the men looking for Dawn he will watch that to see if they find dawn and go to help if he is discovered

The four raiders on the cliff split into 2 pairs, one in each pair carrying a torch and all four with scimitars in hand.  The two pairs head off to search for Dawn, heading away from each other and from the cliff at an angle.  The first pair, going the wrong direction, see nothing.  The second, heading in the general direction where Dawn is hiding...1 just miss out on spotting the Tabaxi, ending about 15 feet shy of where he is hiding.

Rock and Maythus move back along the cliff to where they climbed down.  They reach the spot without incident and being to climb (will take a while).

Pops and Leosin continue to make their way along the cliff face, trying to sneak out the front entrance of the camp.  They're almost to freedom when a guard spots movement in the shadows and a voice calls out from the guard tower.  "Halt!  Who goes there!"

(How far away are we from the exit)

(Whoops, sorry, meant to specify where you were in the post.  You're basically right on the 'P' in the 'Raider Camp' text in the top left of the map.  Basically the closest point of the cliff face to the guard post, about 40 feet away from the tower.  In the tower are 4 kobolds equipped with light crossbows and horns for sounding an alarm if needed)
