Ugg looked around at the room curiously wondering what could have killed the goblins. Was it infighting or something else? He walked over and grabbed one of the spears and examined it for any tell tale markings that could indicate who or what wielded it.
"Only good goblin is a dead goblin, am I right?!"
He said looking up at his companions.

Varth, you notice that there is a trap behind a loose stone brick on one of the walls. You don't know what triggers it or what else it does.
POINTS OF INTEREST If anyone can read Draconic: Balrog. It says one word. "Ashardalon." DC20 Wisdom (Perception): ????? DC15 Wisdom (Perception): Varth noticed a trap in one of the walls behind a stone brick.
Varth relays the presence of the trap to the others.
"Careful friends, I spy what might possibly be the machinations of a trap behind one of those bricks in those walls. If someone is capable enough of identifying and disarming it, we'll have less things to worry about in our presence here."

Who else will be wise and highly perceptive? This last one is a DC20, who's got this one! Or, if you want to go into either next area, by all means.
OOC: Judas is extremely wise, but he already made his pathetic perception roll earlier (my lovely 9). So, I think we’re SOL. Rather, Ugg gets a Perception check (he rolled an investigation check earlier).
OH! So close. The spear does look kobold made, i'll give you that. Nothing else catches your eye.

“Hrmm..” Balrog muses, “Arggh.. I remember that bloody name now...”
He states to the group, ”Oi, listen here you lot and listen good!”...
“Ashardalon, right, he’s a bleedin’ ancient red...”
Balrog trails off and begins to whisper to himself... “Balrog...don’t say too much, you know where there be dragons there be treasure...”
Suddenly he snaps to and grumbles, “What’re ye all blood starin’ at! Mind yer business and get a move on!”
(OOC: Sorry for not doing the jump. Had some connectivity issues.)

Varth looks around for anything that he might note in particular.

As of this moment, there are two exits from this room. The door to AREA 6, and the door that opens up to the hallway where AREA 13 and AREA 14 are at.
OOC= Is this fortress a dwarven ruin? Can I use stone cunning for investigatons?
It is unsure which race built this massive structure, so I have to say no.
OOC= okay, thanks!
Balrog moves to the flagstone and inspects it with his keen dwarven eyes.
