This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
While the others are talking, Corvus will send his familiar over to retrieve the books. He isn't really listening to the rest of the group at the moment.
The party hadn't seemed all to interested in the books, the dragon silent as the wind grabbed the books and placed them in Corvus's pack. Ready for him to peruse whenever he saw fit. Drez wanted to know how many they could take out with stealth. Six wolves could be seen in the room. It was true sneak attacks could do some serious damage but it was a higher risk than standing ground. However Drezmir wanted things to be quiet for this operation if possible. What would the group do?
OOC: Taking the book while they aren't looking? Well with a Nat 20 I'd say they don't notice. (Unless someone rolls a Perception of 24 or higher but I doubt that)
(OOC: Corvus wasn't really paying attention to the party so he wasn't really trying to hide it. The fact that they weren't paying attention to him either is a plus, he won't mind if no one notices, but he's not going to say anything if no one questions it.)
Once the psuedodragon places the books in his pack, Corvus' attention returns to the task at hand. Now he is listening to the party.
"Perhaps those of use who are skilled in the art of stealth should slit the throats of any beast we can, while the less quiet members wait for us to get into position. Once we are all in position, those who stayed behind will choose a target, then attack directly after we strike our chosen wolf."
“Wait a moment. We shouldn’t attack just yet. I have the ability to speak with these guys. Let me speak with the wolves, and if that fails, we attack.”
“No, speaking to them is too risky. We would lose our element of surprise. We need to maximize our chances of getting to Simon and completing our goal, and much as it pains me to say it, these wolves stand in our way, and must be removed.”
(OOC: So with the silence spell, no one can make noise in the sphere.)
"Good thinking Sloden, lets all kill one wolf at a time inside the circle of silence, they can make no noise as we kill them." "We can deal with 1 or 2 at a time this way."
(OOC: Corvus was suggesting that those of us with stealth should sneak up on them, while those without stay back and wait for the rest of us to get close to our chosen target. Once we have, the non stealthy people can choose a target closer to the door and attack those at the same time we attack the farther ones. If the assassins can make it back to the door, great but if not we'll just have to deal.)
Corvus notes the sphere, and Vex's idea, "Or we could just slip by them and not mess with them at all. We will need our strength for confronting Simon, I would prefer avoiding fighting if possible."
"Well that's convenient," Drez says, smiling. "Well, now we shouldn't have a problem so long as we mind where we step." He looks to Corvus, "We could, though we have to consider that these wolves still have other senses besides hearing. The last thing we need is for one to catch our scent and lead the whole pack to track us into the manor." He pulls out his longsword, "I say we deal with them as quickly as possible to avoid any possibility of things getting out of hand." He waits until everyone seems to be on the same page.
"I suppose you are correct," Corvus replies. He flexes his metal talons, before looking to the others, "Unless of course, one of you happens to have a spell that could cover our sent?"
Gilded agrees with Drez and Jess. "Yes, lets deal with them now. Using the silience spell is a perfect opportunity to go ahead and eliminate the issue."
So under Silence it says it's a 20 feet radius so which 20 feet of the room does he do that in? Over one of the wolves? Or just the first 20 feet of the room? You could cover two of the wolves so those two can't hear anything.
Roll for advantage in stealth but only the wolves that are in that 20 foot radius
(OOC: the stealth should be over the wolves, but no sound will escape the sphere, so the other wolves would hear nothing unless something goes out of the sphere and makes noise, correct?)
Gilded will stay in the sphere of silence and move up to the closest set of wolves (the center ones I would presume). He puts up his Javelin and takes out his Sword. When everyone is ready, he will swing down on the first wolfs neck
To Hit w/adv: 22 Damage: (should be a crit right.) 13 + 5 = 18

Stealth(for dragon): 23

Corvus had offered an idea of attacking with stealth. Those using stealth could retreat into the defensive line of Kocino's idea at the entrance.

I think he's committed the perfect "crime" (Not really a crime) no one can really notice that. They might notice the books are gone but not to where.
Was that what Corvus was saying? A mixture of both ideas? Risky for the assassins cause they'd have to make it back to the team.
Sloden nods, steps up and casts silence over the room, before giving a gesture to everyone to step up and remove the threat without concern for noise

“If that is what we must do, then I will agree.”

(How far away are the two wolves in the centre from each other? Are they next to each other or not?)

Jess says,
“We should absolutely not leave potential enemies behind us as we progress through this place. It could be a fatal mistake.”
"I suppose you are correct," Corvus replies. He flexes his metal talons, before looking to the others, "Unless of course, one of you happens to have a spell that could cover our sent?"
“I can make this place have the odor of a skunk, but that probably isn’t much use.”
“By means of magic, of course. If any of you thought otherwise, what is going on in your heads?”
Gilded agrees with Drez and Jess. "Yes, lets deal with them now. Using the silience spell is a perfect opportunity to go ahead and eliminate the issue."
"Very well then," Corvus replies, "Let us take care of this quickly."
(How do you want us to roll for this? Stealth with advantage?"
