Sneak Attack: 18 Damage: 53 Commander's Strike to Evelyn again: 2 to damage on hit
Let me know if that doesn't hit something.
Well, Evelyn is unconscious and bubbling (sounds like someone else we know, doesn't it?!), but you can certainly direct someone else to attack.
With 53 damage, pick anyone you like. I'll even allow multi-kill of the smaller grunts. The only thing that won't lose one of it's numbers would be a troll as they have 78hp each.

I would agee with Taliesin's use in this case, but also consider this: Szazzul is 15' tall standing (Huge creature) and flying while the portal is 10' off the ground and looking down. If the dragon lands next to the portal, no problem. Otherwise, it you may need to stick your head out to yell (which would be comical to see).

Crispy looks over to Evelyn, wondering why she doesn't make her move, realizing she's unconscious. Crispy redirects it to anyone else, then, doesn't matter who.
And, I would prefer a multi kill if you're ok with it. Otherwise whichever you decide.
Let's clear the board a bit, then: the bolt pierces through the last shaman's head and lands square in the remaining ogre's chest. Both fall limp to the mud.
The drums in the distance grow greater and you can make out a large group approaching from the northern treeline. Szazzul roars from the sky, "Death comes for you all!" With a hiss, the water churns from the swamp and rises around you. Solomon's wall is extinguished as the mire becomes a small lake. Something is odd about the polluted water, though: it seems to stick and hold to your legs. Just as the realization sinks in, the water rips back into the swamp, pulling everyone northward.
Need a STR check from everyone, DC 15, or be pulled 20' and knocked prone.

Black dragons have a nice regional effect of poisoning water sources that induces violent vomitting. That may have come into play with that nat1...nothing like getting knocked down, then getting a big drink of puke juice.

Nope, you should be good with the rope trick loophole. Man, I really wish I had rolled out Szazzul as a Green Dragon...that CR bump from 14 to 15 would let him drop a dispel magic.

Evelyn been taking hits like she's a tank unfortunately. The giant dragon flew into the air and she was unlucky enough to be chosen to take an acid breath attack. Failed the save and took a whopping 60 points of acid damage. Now she's bubbling away in the swamp.

OOC: Oh no, I was just wondering why you were using a bonus action rather than a reaction, but no worries.
