The crossbow bolts are loosed, one at Fro, one at Cyro. They both miss (12 and 10 to hit), the bolts crashing and clattering loudly into the stone walls of the cavern. The bandits curse, drop their crossbows, and draw swords. The other two that already had drawn swords advance with some hesitance. One snarls at you,
"You don't belong here, now you've seen too much!"
The other calls out with strange, high pitched sounds as he advances.
They slash their swords at Fro and Cyro, but they both also miss! (8 and 1 to hit).

Banyan is unaware that the two frogs from the previous cavern have followed the group. He’s focused on the bandits in the cavern ahead, nocking another arrow and taking aim. The frogs, perhaps summoned by the strange call that the bandit had made, attack him from behind, leaping at him and biting! He takes 4 damage and stumbles as one of the frogs latches on to his leg, won’t let go!
Bandit D smiles grimly and says, “There’s our backup, just in time.” Then he attacks Cyro with his sword! Missing again!
Bandit A’s smile turns to a grimace of pain, he’s got an arrow sticking out of him, but he still has a go at Fro with his sword. Missing!
Fro initiative: 7
Fro steps to the closest to her with Greataxe, swinging it over her head. "Surrender or suffer the wrath of Fro Zen."
To hit: 7 Damage: 9

I can just imagine Cyro the 2,9 gnome flipping a bandit over his back into the floor when he’s 2-3 times smaller.
Than the bandit, otherwise he’d be drinking shrinking potions.

on a crit you roll the damage dice twice, so roll another 1d8 and add it to the 7 you already rolled
