"Your armor and weapons can be upgraded as you wish. We have plenty of that stuff to go around. As for components for spells and such. You should've gotten that before you left Port. Any herbs and such we need for our medical supplies and will not part with it as for other components, we do not have any wizards on the payroll just yet so when we do get one he will be coming with the supplies needed for him to get the job done."
Panwan gives the Commander a confused look but says nothing. (It was one of those what do you call me looks)
Would flaskssss be off the table for purchassssing....?
I only need two....
" I said you can have arms and armor. That is it. We do not run a general store. If you need flasks you should have bought them in Port before you came into the jungle." The Commander looks to be getting annoyed at this requests.
He is not going to give you guys anything but armor and weapons. I told you once you posted your character is finalized. I gave you 200 gold to buy your stuff. You chose to forget things and what not. Now you have to wait until you get back to port/steal it/find it in the jungle. Stop asking the commander for anything but Armor and Weapons.
"Once the alterations to my armor are made, I will be ready as well. Do not let weight limit the gear you wish to bring. With 10 minutes time I can conjure a floating disk that can carry 500 pounds for an hour at a time. I can do that indefinitely, though the disk isn't very maneuverable in tight spaces" Ezio says.
Panwan gets up and stretches to his full 6'4" height. His lean body is fully covered by a Green and tan robe today, made of a silky looking material with a brown colored belt tied at the waist. An ivory wand hangs from the belt on his right side and he is holding that milky white orb in his left hand. He lifts a backpack off the ground and slips it on. "We will be leaving shortly, Gather your belongings and meet me outside the gate."
It takes you a bit to gather your stuff but you manage to do it rather quickly and meet Panwan outside the gate. It's close to 9:30 am and the heat is unbearable. Panwan looks everyone over before speaking. "We are heading out into the jungle and as you are aware it is very dangerous. Undril was going to accompany us but the Commander has a more important job for her so it is going to be just us."
Panwan pulls out the map and shows it to the group. "This is the path the patrol took. We will follow the path and hopefully come upon the patrol or the remains of the patrol. Once we get the tube we will continue on to the creature's lair and observe it. I will not run in blind and get killed."
Panwan wipes his brow and continues. "We will not be getting a boat so we will have to travel on foot. It is a lot more dangerous traveling by foot because there is a greater chance of getting lost. Let's go."
Panwans holds up the milky white orb in his hand and mutters a few arcane words. A dark arrow begins to point away from camp so Panwan turns towards the opposite direction.
Panwan points to the chest on the ground. "And you really think carrying a chest through the jungle is wise?"
“Since we are going on foot, lugging this chest around will be more a problem then a benefit.”
kaslo kicks open the chest “krav should have first pick since it’s the rest of our old party gear, but after that, it’s now our gear. Take what ye need, but the chest should stay here.”
As Kaslo kicks open the chest you look inside it and see:
2 Rain Catchers Tent (two-person) 73 Rations 10 Waterskins Book (Tap's Journal) Crowbar Silk Rope (50ft) Fishing Tackle 100 Crossbow bolts Costume Clothes (Chultan bard's dress with a multicolored feathered cape; fits Tap so probably only the dwarves could wear the outfit with the exception of the cape) 2 Bedrolls Dagger Insect Salve (35 uses) 10 Torches Tinderbox Backpack Hempen Rope (50ft.)

"So are there any questions for me or do you think you're ready to go?" The commander asks as he looks everyone over in the group.

Krav, still wearing simple traveling clothes, adjusts his backpack.
He looks firmly at the commander.
"I'm ready."
And that's all I have to say about that.
I'm ready assss well....

"Yep" says Kvothe as he applies his insect repellent.
DM - Stopping a god in his tracks
After eating breakfast, kaslo will apply his insect repellent for the day and take a swig if water.
“Thanks again for the map Commander” and he tucks it away with his other gear.
“We will find this holy water, and put this undead scourge to rest for good”
looking to Panwan, “will we travelling by river or land?”
Following post #957. "Bad idea" grunts Kvothe.

Krav grunts.
"Why don't we leave the chest here?" he asks Kaslo.
"I don't think there's anything that important in them."
And that's all I have to say about that.

Krav stares down at the items, immediately reminded of the companions who used to own them.
He reaches through the piles of stuff and grabs a small book (Tap's Journal), placing it carefully in his pack.
"I have all I need," he says finally.
And that's all I have to say about that.
"Can always find a use for this" says Kvothe picking up the silk rope.

As the party moves along the path, Kvothe continually scans the sides of the path and above, whilst also watching where he is placing his feet.
