Kvothe collects his equipment and climbs the rope to the base of the tower. Like Yellow he spends the hour climbing to the top of the tower. He is looking to see if there are any major landscape features (rivers, cliff lines, mountain chains. etc) he can see?
As you make your way into the tower, near the front are a lot of dead zombies and skeletons, you count 43 to be exact. It seems the Order was very busy the other night fending off the undead and fighting for their lives. The entrance room is a large circular room, around 50' in diameter. All the rotted wood and furniture is pushed into one corner of the room near the door and the rest of the room is empty. It looks as if the Soldiers made room to fight for themselves.
There are circular stairs going up to the next level. Each level looks the same, rotted furniture and foodstuffs scattered around the rooms, as well as a strong aroma of decay and rot. On the fourth floor is where the Soldiers probably camped while staying in the room. It is completely empty except some bedrolls and scattered garbage of used rations and feces. There is a trapdoor leading to the roof that is open.
As you make your way to the roof there is a large iron cage with a flame that is lit. You've heard about these. The iron cage is a large 10' square contraption that has magical glyphs and runes etched all around it. The flame is shooting 10' high into the sky and acts as a beacon for all to see. This flame will never go out due to the powerful magic used to create this.
The view from the top of the tower is breathtaking. You are standing twenty feet over the treetops in this area of the jungle and the sun is just rising towards the tops of the trees. (it's around 10ish am) You notice to the North of you there is another Tower like the one you are standing on with a flame shooting high in the sky. Back to the east the way you came you can see the ravine and if you follow the river going south it opens into a huge basin near the horizon.
If you follow it to the north you notice the Tower. And you notice just barely, far in the distance, another tower to the north of that one.
Looking towards the west you see treetops and a sea of green. Far in the distance you see a pyramid rising up above the treeline. There is a dark cloud over the top of the pyramid that when you look at it for a little bit it's not moving at all. Its staying above the pyramid. It must be the work of foul sorcery or something that you might not have heard of. That is the direction you are going.
Ooc: I need the party order, Panwan is leading when you head out.
Kvothe will be near the front of the party in case he is needed to quickly scout out anything. As he walks through the jungle he is constantly scanning both sides of the path, the trees and sky above as well as where is he is placing his feet for traps, tripwires and anything out of the ordinary.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Drita walks with Yellow, Yellow will do her best to ignore the aasimar. She won't be downright rude, but she'll give very short answers to any questions she might pose, trying to discourage conversation. She'll also keep a watch out to make sure they're not attacked from behind.
As you all gather in front of the tower, Panwan gets up and brushes himself off and proceeds to head down the trail. The rest of you fall in line and begin the march. Panwan stays quite the rest of the morning and is busy searching the ground and nearby brush for any signs of danger. You can hear the various sounds of the jungle's insects and the occasional roar of a dinosaur but the morning is void of any special activities.
Around 1 pm Panwan calls a halt for a quick meal as he consults his map and sips on his waterskin from time to time. He ignores any questions or any kind of talk with anyone except maybe Yellow. After about 1/2 an hour he gets up and pulls out the Milky white orb he carries in one of his pouches and mutters a few words in Abyssal. Inside the orb, it becomes foggy and a small arrow appears pointing to the right of the way the party is going. Satisfied he puts away the orb and stands up. "Let us head out."
Kaslo you caught 5 lbs of fish before you left the tower area. I forgot to post that before.
After another two hours of travel, the trail begins curving to the south and you turn around a bend and notice a lone figure sitting in the middle of the trail about 100 feet away with some kind of blanket lying next to her. As you get closer the figure stands and pulls the hood off of her face and you notice it is Eku. The Blanket at her feet is covering something rather large.
Panwan bows deeply to Eku and she gives a small nod of her head in acknowledgment to him. Eku notices Lethandaar and scowls. "It seems you have lived. A shame."
Panwan turns towards Lethandaar with a look of hatred at Eku's words.
Eku notices Kaslo and Krav and greets them with a smile that doesn't reflect in her eyes. "Hello, children. I am glad to have finally found you."
She pulls the blanket off of the thing on the ground and you notice the mangled up corpse of Thor. It looks like he fell from a great distance. "I couldn't leave Thor's body there with that moron,"she says nodding towards Lethandaar, "He got everyone killed. If I was you I would be careful with him. Do not let him speak for you if it is an important matter. He will get you all killed."
Eku turns towards Panwan and growls. It sounds like a low deep sound that a woman should not have. "Do you know he looted the bodies of the other Order members that were under his command and just left them where they fell from the cliff trying to save him. No service or burial. I thought the Order had better standards. I am deeply ashamed."
Eku walks away from them and sits on the side of the trail watching the groups reaction.
Panwan turns towards Lethandaar, where his eyes once were are now small flames.
Eku ignores Lethandaar as if he doesn't even exist then thinks better of it and stands up and walks over to Lethandaar.
"You are the one that should be dead. Not Thor, not your men. Thor did everything in his power to keep you guys alive with Inas and you kept opening your mouth almost getting everyone killed a few times."She rams her finger into Lethandaar's shoulder and he can feel her nail dig in deep.
Panwan is beginning to look nervous and you have never seen the man nervous since you have met him.
Eku continues shouting at Lethandaar. "If you paid more attention to your men and your responsibilities instead of treasure and yourself, your men would still be alive. Thor would still be alive."
Ekus incisor teeth begin to grow and she lunges at Lethandaar and sinks her teeth into his neck where it meets the shoulder, biting down hard digging into his flesh and pulling a chunk out of it and spitting it on the ground. Pus beginning to form within the wound. (8 piercing damage. Lethandaar makes a Con save DC 13 or be poisoned and fall unconscious.)
Kvothe just sits to one side watching the interaction between Panwan, the new character whom he doesn't know but surmises is important in the Order, Krav and Lethander. He thinks to himself "this could get interesting."
Taggart looks on in quiet silence observing the events unfold. “Lethandaat’s actions don’t seem to match what I have seen from the rest of the order, not when it comes to respecting the dead” Taggart thinks to himself.

As Yellow descends the tower, she prays to Ubtao for the souls of the fallen.
She will travel as rear guard.
When it comes to traveling, Drita will stay near the rear with Yellow, the tabaxi is a race she isn't familiar with and they intrigue her.
Mavi Göz Mal - Half Orc Monk Level 1 Not Another Lost Mine of Phandelver
Drita - Aasimar Hexblade Warlock Lvl 3 Tomb of Annhilation

Krav stays towards the front, not caring to talk with Drita. He scans left and right as they travel, hand often on the hilt of his sword.

And that's all I have to say about that.
Taggart will walk with Kvothe, you never know when one might need another taxi *wink*

Lethandaar will travel just behind the "fronts" of the party (basically the barbarian and anyone else that's all about melee combat).
Kaslo shrugs. “I guess I’ll take the middle then.”

Krav's eyes widen, but he says nothing, merely watching in surprise.
And that's all I have to say about that.
If Drita tries to approach the situation, Yellow will hold her back (or at least attempt to).
Strength if needed: 9
Also, Yellow remembered to put on insect repellent after checking out the tower.
