Your bat reports that a small horde of zombies have appeared and they are beating down various doors. Minutes go by just listening to them beating down the door.
Finally after about 5 minutes, a wolf finally breaks through with help from the zombie!
(A zombie enters room 5 and two zombies will enter next round unless you oneshot the wolf. Go!)

The wolf's body barely makes it out of the broken window before it lays there dead. The zombies beat on it's limp body, but it doesn't seem to be helping their cause. (The one where they are trying to come inside and beat you guys up instead.)
Another horde of zombies comes, your bat reports, but they aren't well organized. They are animated, but it seems the only directive they were given was: beat down the house. And so, they all gather at the reinforced windows and try to beat it down. Thanks to your planning, it seems despite their best efforts, they merely beat some of their hands down into bloody stumps.
You can hear all around you the sounds of howling, moaning, and groaning. The wolves and zombies attempting to work in tandem, but without an actual controller, it looks more like chaos outside the walls.
That is... until you see it through your bat's eyes. The hulking figures of bestial humanoid creatures - werewolves!

Darya, you witness as those werewolves rush over to the music room windows and begin to beat on them. They are reinforced, but near the end of the wailing, they nearly break in. However, all of the attackers stop in unison and look around as if they hear something you do not. Your bat doesn't hear it either. Then... they retreat and disappear back down the street.
"Is... Is it over?" Ireena wipes sweat from her brow. "It's... they usually don't come for a round two..."

Darya moves to the room ready to cast the few spells she knew in an attempt to try and scare the werewolves away from the windows. She pauses as they start to retreat, flinging a few cantrip at them as they retreat but using it more as a warning then actually attempting to hit any of them. She makes her way back into the main room and leans against the wall.
"I don't know but I for one am not going to be taking any chances...." Darya says as she moves to look over the room where the horde of monsters had almost broken through.
In that room (5), you find a study now that you can take the time to appreciate the surroundings. Likely this is where the burgomaster does important business involving the signing of papers and reading of documents and... whatever else it is that he does. The corpse of the wolf still rests on the bottom of the broken window. It looks like the glass had already been completely removed and simply the wooden boards that served to block this room from the outside simply gave into the attacks during the assault. It won't take much effort to set it back up.
"I hope that our lord will cease these attacks after tonight."Ismark murmurs as he enters the room alongside you. "Resting has never come easily to us, but these attacks have made the very thought of going to bed a dreadful experience.

Darya nod as she motions for Ismark to help her push the wolf out of the window so they could start fixing the makeshift barrier incase any of the creatures came back for another siege on the manor. "As hard as it will be I think that it would be best if we at least attempt to get some rest. My more powerful if you can call such base spells that are expended..."
"We're lucky you were here to help us."Ismark said as he helped shove the wolf's corpse to the ground, then he got to work placing the wooden planks up for nailing. "My sister is more affected by all this than she lets on. I can't thank you enough for being here. Rest easy. I'll sleep light, as I always do. Darya will nod but make sure to help Ismark get everything back into place before she moves to head off to try and get any semblance of sleep. She will make sure to sleep close to Ireena, keeping their weapons and her spell focus close at hand in order to be ready if anything happens.
In the muted light of the obscured sun, you rouse from a fitful slumber, plagued by restless dreams that leave you more weary than before. The manor, an ancient behemoth, groans and creaks around you, whispering secrets of long-forgotten tragedies. The wind outside sighs mournfully, its whispers entwining with the unsettling sounds within, setting your nerves ablaze.
With trepidation, you rise, your footsteps echoing in the hollow halls as you join Ireena and Ismark. Their faces, like yours, bear the marks of a sleepless night haunted by something unseen but understood by all. The burgomaster, a somber figure with eyes veiled by shadows, conveys his gratitude, his voice heavy with unspoken fears. In the subtle exchange, he presses 50 fangs (gold coins) into your palm, a bribe to fate, perhaps, for meddling in the affairs of the cursed land.
Together, you and your motley group makes its way to the church, a sanctuary marred by the stains of time and the lingering scent of despair. Father Donavich greets you. The air is thick with anticipation as the time arrives to commit your father's weary soul to the earth's cold embrace.
Donavich, Ireena, Ismark, and even Parry, with his gaunt countenance and eyes haunted by shadows darker than the night, stand somberly. His presence raises unspoken questions, but he deflects concerns with a feeble wave, masking his own darkness beneath a veneer of prideful strength.
The serenity of the church is shattered by a heavy silence, broken only by the whistling wind. All eyes turn to you, their weight heavy as the congregation waits. Donavich's voice, like an ancient dirge, invites you to share. The Morninglord, he says, listens in the shadows, waiting for your words to guide your father's soul, lest it be lost to the eternal night that shrouds this land.
"Speak, and may your words pierce the mist as you bid your final farewell to the man who once was your father," Father Donavich says.

Darya kept her speech short, merely saying a few things about what her father had taught her. Her words mentioned his skill in magic and the tales he told of places he had been, this being one of the few times where the melancholy caused by the hopeless land of Barovia seemed to fade from him. Finally as her speech ended she made a gesture he had shown her, having to do with the diety of magic he had claimed to worship in his youth.
