Xavier looks at his final obstacle, more than a little wary. This was a test of strength, and while he wasn't really weak, he wouldn't exactly call himself strong. But, he WANTED to win, so he grabbed the pole and began climbing
(Going to use the inspiration dice to succeed at that)
Gloix moves on to the next obstacle. He takes a moment to center himself, remembering the trial of just ther first one but also the inspirating music of his companion and leaps and jumps. He barely manages, but with that bit of inspiration he does manage.

Roy grunts at his second failed attempt, looks over the the section of the course again, slaps his hands together saying, “Maybe third time’s the charm,” and give it another go.
Acrobatics: 22
(BAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH!!!!)
Roy royally misses his third attempt, knocking himself silly in the process. As he goes down those close to him here him say something like “blow up the #($&@*#= course….” His voice trailing off as he slips into unconsciousness.

Rel rises from the ground with a groan and dusts himself off. He then looks at the levitating platforms with some hesitation, but mutters, "Nowhere to go but onward."
He then gets a running start and begins to leap from platform to platform like a mustachioed pipe-fitter.
(Is Roy actually unconscious? If so, Rel will kneel beside him and play a soothing melody while touching his forehead, engaging the Weave with his skilled performance (cure wounds for 8 hp)
[I think I'm going to impose a three-fail limit, i.e. your fourth attempt automatically succeeds. Especially in the high-latency PbP format, just having to keep rerolling because you happen to get bad luck seems unfun]
Xavier, through sheer determinations, ascends the slippery pole and rings the gong, completing the course!
Rel handles the platforms much better than he did the first obstacle, leaping between them with ease. Gloix has a little more trouble but finds his rhythm just in time and makes it across as well [even a 1 on that bardic inspiration gets it there, so that actual BI roll doesn't matter]. Roy slips and knocks his head on a platform as he falls; if he blacks out it's only for a moment as he is shocked back to consciousness with a zap as he lands in the electrified water [mechanically, all that happens here is you take 2 lightning damage]. An attendant fishes him out and dries him off with a quick prestidigitation, and he grits his teeth and makes it across on his next try.
[Xavier is done, but could perhaps use his Help action to give one other character advantage on their roll each turn. Rel, Xavier and Roy all now face the spinning maces, with a DC12 Dex save. Zaius is yet to roll his DC12 Athletics]

Zaius watches Xavier race away and climb up the pole with ease, then scampers off to follow him. He climbs the last obstacle, grasping with his hands and feet as he tries to gain the top and ring the bell. “I will beat you next time, Xavier!” Athletics: 5.

After having swung on the rope bypassing the maces, Rel now looks up at the greased pole with a sigh. "I'm sure there's a phallic joke in here somewhere, but I'm just too tired to think of it."He begins to struggle his way upwards.

After shaking his head, and making sure his hair isn’t pooped out like a head of dandelion seeds from the electricity, Roy attempts the mace portion.
Dex: 16
(Now this is just getting comical…… sign Roy up for the Keystone Cops)
Edit: original roll was another Nat 1, not sure why it’s now showing 21 to me
