Ozum and Arissa, to your left is the city wall; so, you must run to the right, off the road, and down the embankment toward the river's edge. The embankment is moderately steep but easily manageable even in the dark. As you make your way down the slope, you hear the distressed voice again; it's louder than before and it's definitely that of a female. You estimate that you're within fifty feet of whatever is going on. You're unable to see anything under the bridge from your current angle because a large stone bridge support is obstructing your view.
You estimate that you can dash, doubling your speed, and reach the distressed person in one turn. If you do so, however, whoever or whatever is under the bridge has a greater chance of being alerted to your presence. How do you proceed?
The blessing (or is it a curse?) of PBP is having lots of time to replay my DM decisions in my head. I believe both of you should make a perception check in connection with what you see in The Dwarven Stout. Thanks!
"Ozum, stay back and help me if I need it! And take this!"
Arissa takes out her cli lyre, casts fly on Ozum, and runs toward the sound.
"Who's there? I'm here to help!"

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Arissa, you rapidly move closer to the river's edge so you can make your way around the stone pillar that serves as structural support for the bridge. You look into the darkness, and your darkvision allows you to see two humans; one is a female, the other male. The man shoves the woman (she stumbles and barely prevents herself from falling) and turns to face you. He is tall, bulky, and as soon as he speaks you can tell that he is both drunk and angry. "Nuffin' here to see! Come a' lil closer and you'll find yer selves floatin' in da river!" He emphasizes his malicious intent by unsheathing a dagger.
(All parties--Arissa, Ozum, male drunkard, and female victim--should roll initiative at this point).
Drunkard (at disadvantage): 6
Victim: 2
EDIT: Re-rolling for the drunkard (correctly this time): 9

”We must talk to them. Go out and tell us if thereare a secondaty entrance that we can use” he say to the eagle as he walks towards the kitchen. With any luck the attendants would be so busy they don’t see them.
The Dwarven Stout is crowded, but as is often the case, crowded environments make it easy to get away with things (not that I'm encouraging you to take any particular action here). Making your way behind the bar and to the door in question will not be a problem; you would make it to the door long before anyone had the presence of mind to react and make any attempt to stop you. I think the greater concern here is interrupting whatever private meeting is taking place on the other side of the door. :D
Frandal, you pass through the door, and, as you expected to be, you are in the kitchen. Your entrance draws the attention of two human females, one of which is clearly the cook. The other has a few plates of food on a platter; so, it seems she is one of the barmaids. You do not see the old dwarf or Sariel, but you notice this room has two other doors. You can tell that one serves as the rear entrance and leads outside; the other probably leads to a storage area of some kind.
The barmaid scowls at you and cocks her head sideways. "And just what are YOU thinking, sir?! If you're looking for work, then you've come to the right place. Put on an apron and start serving some customers. Otherwise, use those long legs of yours and GET OUT OF MY KITCHEN!"
The cook just stares at you and the barmaid, slightly amused and concerned at the same time.
“Oh sure sorry just passing through. Kempis and Sariel went that one right?” He says pointing at the door that is not the exit.
((OOC: If they are at the outside for the other door I hope that my familiar notifies me. I am at the cell right now and don’t remember the specifics but I think that the telepathic communication extends to a mile. If it cannot be never mind.))
Ozum will use his fly speed to close the gap and gain line-of-sight while keeping a 15 ft. distance between him and the drunk. Knowing the scream came from a woman and seeing the drunk standing over the woman on the ground, Ozum will pull out his mistletoe and cast hold person on the drunk.
Frandal, the barmaid's scowl deepens, and she does not answer your question. "Go on! OUT of the kitchen!" she commands, as she begins to walk directly toward you. Celebquesse then communicates to you that she sees Sariel and the dwarf outside. They are engaged in conversation as they walk side by side.
My initial research suggests that 100 feet is the maximum range of telepathic communication between you and your familiar. I'll do some more reading to make sure of this. Nonetheless, Celebquesse is near enough in this situation to be in contact with you.
(DM will now pause this portion of the story until learning the actions of Xellos)

Ozum, you utter the words and make the necessary hand motion for the Hold Person spell. As you do so, you see the confusion on the man's face caused by your rapid and unexpected approach.
(WIS saving throw for drunk man...3)
Your spell is successful; he stands there, dumbfounded and paralyzed.
Arissa is the next to take a combat turn, followed by the woman who had been crying out in distress.
"Yes, it came from there! Under the bridge!" Ozum yells as he runs toward the sound.

How crowded is the bar area? I mean would be obviously be noticed if there are a bunch of patrons?
If the door is in a quiet part of the bar and we have a chance to sneak in: Stealth 15
If we're clearly going to be spotted: Xellos will suggest to Frandal that we look around the back of the building for a service entrance

He looks around to make sure nobody is paying attention, and darts into the kitchen!
