In lieu of knowing which direction to go, Roland pointed right. "Looks as good as the other way," he shrugged as he headed toward the stone door and opened it.
The party enters room 2. There is a stagnate pool in the corner of the room as well as as door beneath the waters. There are stairs that are covered in rocky debris. There are several statues of different craftsmen. They seem so lifelike.
To the north there are stone double doors that are locked.
To the left of the double doors is a fortified door covered in chains.
The pool is 20ft deep the the door underwater is standard size. Big enough to fit a medium sized creature. The door with the chains are trapped with arcane runes that glow briefly as Zhernon approaches.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Roland tried his best to avoid the cobwebs as he crept into the room. He'd gone rather quiet as the group investigated the structure. "I'm going to check that out," he announced as he pointed at the alter. The farmboy slowly and carefully crept toward it, trying to keep his eye open for trouble.
Twig frowns at Roland as he pushes past her. "Hey I opened it! I want to see be the first to see!" She tries to take in the room while at the same time dashing past Roland sneakily.
Tilsu notices the incredible details on the statues. From the life like hair and even the eye lashes are present. From the stone tools you surmise there is a blacksmith, carpenter, stone mason, brew master, and an alchemist.
The alter has ornate stone carvings of life at sea. The bowl is silver and the coins are almost the same as the one the party holds. There are slight variations on the different coins.
Twig stares at the coins with large starry eyes. Feeling that familiar itch in her fingers she starts to reach for them. Then she remembers that they are probably cursed and quickly recoils. Spinning on her heal she goes back to room 4 to examine the door with water leaking under it. She examines it to see if she can find any traps. If she can't she will try to open it. If it is trapped she tries to disarm it.
Yes it was trapped with poison needles. Twig expertly disarms the trap on the door to room 5. Revealing a chamber half filled with water and an elevated area where a women sleeps bound by seaweed and a circle of runes. There are 4 statues. 1 looks like a king with a crown, cleric, wizard, and Druid. Each of them holding tightly onto one of the seaweed that binds the sleeping women. In the water you see the bodies of 5 adventurers all with with a terrified expression. Half of their bodies have turn to stone while some of the chunks of flesh were torn off as if by some massive creature.
In lieu of knowing which direction to go, Roland pointed right. "Looks as good as the other way," he shrugged as he headed toward the stone door and opened it.

What do you do next?
Zhernon will once again inspect the room for any obvious traps and such. (Investigation: 19)
If there is nothing too suspicious they will check out the door in the pool. How deep is the pool? How big is the door?
The pool is 20ft deep the the door underwater is standard size. Big enough to fit a medium sized creature. The door with the chains are trapped with arcane runes that glow briefly as Zhernon approaches.
Zhernon will point out the glowing runes on the chains to the others. "Careful here, magic trap."
Twig looks around to see if there is any way to disarm any traps in the area.
Investigation: 5
Twig can't quite figure out how, but there is no trap on the locked double doors.
Twig will try to pick the lock on the double doors.
Tools: 19
The double doors unlock with a satisfying click. Cobwebs covers room 3 and against the far wall is a small alter.

Rolands sees large spider statues among the webs near the alter. There is a bowl on the alter with coins similar to the one the party holds.
(Back from holidays as well.)
Tilsu takes a moment to examine the statues in room 2 before joining the others.
Investigation: 21 (Crit)
Tilsu notices the incredible details on the statues. From the life like hair and even the eye lashes are present. From the stone tools you surmise there is a blacksmith, carpenter, stone mason, brew master, and an alchemist.
Twig, seeing nothing interesting about the statues, rushes up to the bowl holding the coins to try to get a better look at the alter.
Perception: 5
The alter has ornate stone carvings of life at sea. The bowl is silver and the coins are almost the same as the one the party holds. There are slight variations on the different coins.
