Since they have yet to be noticed, Doran would like to use his Sleep on the two guards on his and Gronk's boat.

Gronk waits to move (readied an action, attack) until Doran has had a chance to cast but he is ready to board their ship now that he has heard fighting on the other boats.

Kreak takes the first crossbow bolt in the shoulder, gasping in agony as the cold steel punctures his armor but manages to turn the second with his shield. If he can, he attempt to board the ship and charge the nearest guard, strike at him with his warhammer.

Doran you quickly hear two loud *THUD*s from the deck above,

For Combat sake the boats are close enough to the shore line, leading up them is a 35 foot ladder, if you’ve managed to make it to the edge of the boat you can climb it, for Kreak and Ignis you’re each 20 feet away from the boat and if you haven’t already, roll initiative 

As a reaction, Ignis cast Hellish Rebuke on the guard that attacked him. (Damage: 12) 

Norbert flies in the face of the other guard, temporarily blinding him. Taking advantage of the distraction, Ignis threw an [spell[Eldritch Blast[/spell] at the blinded guard. (Attack: 24   Damage: 12   )

After he reacted so quickly to the combat, he fell backward, finally noticing the crossbow bolt in his leg.

Ignis quickly aiming a hellish rebuke at the guard then standing up taking advantage of the situation blasts him in the head causing him to quickly fall to the ground dex save 22 

the other guard soon follows after being consumed by the flames, the final guard still up drops the crossbow and throws up his hand, you hear a very scared and very frantic surrender

the remaining guard on the boat quickly rushs to the edge to see two people standing bellow he aims his crossbow at Doran before retreating back to check on his fallen allies

Ignis pulled Vos to his feet (if he's still conscious) and headed up onto the boat to disarm the fallen guards and tie up the one that surrendered. Norbert alighted on his shoulder, looking pleased with himself. 

Ignis searched the bodies of the fallen guards to look for any valuables. Perception: 17

Vos is quickly pulled up with you and you eventually reach the top of the boat tying up the guard is easy enough. Check around the boat you find a few crates most seem to be void of items but you find a few crates that still have some food in them, 

Doran rushes to the ladder, throwing a Fire Bolt towards the retreating guard that is still awake. "Gronk, take him down!"

Fire Bolt: Attack: 24 vs. AC. Damage: 9 fire damage.

Using all your movements you can’t get up the latter all the way and no the guard is on the deck of the ship which is above where you are

Fair enough, I'll take a dash action to get atop the ship instead then.

Sleep is active for 1 minute (10 rounds) and yes you can move

 I will climb the ladder and board the boat where the two guards are unconscious. I will attack the closest one on my next turn as I assume I've used all my movement getting up there?

The guard uses his action to wake up 1 of the sleeping guards it's now Doran's turn

Doran rushes in, incanting the effects of a booming blade onto his dagger as he swings at the waking guard on the floor.

Booming Blade Attack: 21 Damage: 5 piercing damage, and if the target willingly moves, it takes 6 thunder damage.

"Any time now, Gronk." He says, facing off against the two awake guards. He'll use any available movement left to get himself between the sleeping guard and the other two, so long as it doesn't cause him to become open to attack.

(OOC: we didn't have enough movement to get up onto the ship and then still attack... At least I assume so because it was your turn after I asked about attacking and didn't get one.)

 The guard already used his turn to wake up one of the sleeping guards so you’ve already made it up the latter and can attack

Gronk swings his axe high over his head, attacking the other awake guard. With a yell he brings it down on him.

"Save some for me Doran! Hahaha"

Gronk quickly moves up to the guard as his axe quickly makes into his back he falls onto the ground, as the other guard tries to stand a loud BOOK goes out as he falls back to ground
