Suddenly the calming noise of a rushing waterfall is replaced with the chaos of battle. Seeing that the intruders are preparing to act, a massive bugbear steps out from the second stalagmite, previously unseen, and rushes toward Argos. With a shout, he strikes with a morningstar. "Who dares defy Klarg?"
Morningstar Attack:23
The morningstar crushes into Argos's side with astonishing velocity, crushing him and crumpling him to the ground unconscious, dealing 16 piercing damage. The mangy tail has become a wolf as it rushes out at Tarok and lunges at him.
Bite Attack:21
Tarok Strength Save: 18
The wolf's bite finds meat in Tarok's arm as he tries to defend, dealing 6 piercing damage, but he holds his ground and shakes his attacker off. Three goblins hiding behind the supplies post up and loose arrows across the cavern, two aiming for Cinis and one for Tarok.
Shortbow Attack at Cinis: 21
Shortbow Attack at Cinis: 12
Shortbow Attack at Tarok: 15
Only one arrow finds its mark, nicking Cinis, dealing 3 piercing damage.
As Argos falls, Tarok tosses the wolf aside and brings his greatsword down heavily, slicing its skull in half and killing it instantly. Cinis launches a mote of fire across the cavern which lights hits its mark, lighting the supplies ablaze and effectively trapping the goblins in flame.
Tracking: Argos is unconscious at Klarg's feet. Klarg stands 10 feet from Tarok and Cinis, but is within reach of Bob and Nemean if they use their movement to catch up. The goblins are 30 feet from Tarok and Cinis, currently trapped within fire.
Turn 1 Remaining: Argos, Bob and Nemean (in any order)
OOC: Unfortunately the dice roller got extremely picky for some reason. The first two attack rolls and Argos's damage rolls are the only ones that didn't change, and everything else got mucked up. I've replaced the erroneous dice rolls with what actually happened on the first roll. They really need to give you the ability to preview dice rolls or fix how finicky it gets on edits.

Newman’s fur stands on end and his posture stiffens at the sound of the barking wolf and the sight of his comrade falling to the ground. He tosses aside the defective longbow and quickly draws a scimitar. He darts towards Klarg, with a scimitar in one hand, and bears his claws with the other, attempting a panicked swipe with his feline claws after strike with the scimitar.
Scimitar Attack: 22 Damage: 8
Cats claw melee Attack: 13 Damage: 1
OOC: I want to make sure I have the actions right here, and that Nemean is actually able to do all of this in one turn.
1. drops unstrung longbow = free action
2. draws scimitar with dominant hand = free item interaction
OOC: Tarok - Yep, Sildar has been chilling in the rear until needed because of his wounds. Waiting until all characters take their actions before I take his.
Nemean - From a RAW perspective all of that is perfect except for the claw attack (not that it mattered with how unfriendly the dice are being to you). Unarmed strikes aren't considered light weapons, so they can't be used as a bonus action attack after an attack with a light weapon, unless you have a monk level.
Nemean rushes forward, standing in front of the unconscious Argos. Klarg reflexively moves his shield to block the incoming scimitar attack.
(ooc: Healer's Kit: This kit is a leather pouch containing bandages, salves, and splints. The kit has ten uses. As an action, you can expend one use of the kit to stabilize a creature that has 0 hit points, without needing to make a Wisdom (Medicine) check.)

Bob rushes to Argos's side in the now-crowded hallway and begins to apply first aid, rapidly bandaging the wounds from the morningstar. Hearing the commotion, Sildar gathers his strength and makes his way towards the battle.
Sildar Initiative: 7
Turn 2 Remaining: Enemies <=== Players Sildar
Moving as if to strike at Nemean after blocking his scimitar strike, Klarg suddenly stops and stares wide-eyed at Tarok, who cuts a menacing figure, standing over the corpse of the wolf, greatsword dripping with its blood. "RIPPER? No, Ripper!" It shouts in fear, before disengaging and fleeing toward the narrow opening on the west side of the chamber.
At the southern end of the chamber, three goblins leap forward out of the flaming supply crates. Two have been singed, taking 1 fire damage each, and the third caught most of the flame, taking 5 fire damage. Seeing Klarg fleeing, they share a look of confusion before each loosing an arrow across the chamber at Bob, Nemean and Tarok.
Shortbow Attack at Bob: 21 Shortbow Attack at Nemean: 13 Shortbow Attack at Tarok: 20
One arrow grazes Bob's shoulder as he is leaning over Argos, dealing 3 damage. Another strikes Tarok dead center, dealing 6 damage as he falls to the floor unconscious. The third glances off of Nemean's scimitar, a near miss.
Tracking: Argos is unconscious but stable. Tarok is unconscious and dying, near Bob, Cinis and Nemean. Klarg is 30 feet away from Bob, Cinis and Nemean, fleeing to the narrow opening in the west side of the chamber. The goblins are 25 feet away from Bob, Cinis and Nemean, in the southern part of the chamber. Sildar is 20 feet behind Bob, Cinis and Nemean, running toward the chamber.
Cinis sees Klarg running away and the goblins that were still very much in the fight. It didn't take much thought to determine what the best plan of action was. He looked over at the goblins and mimed closing eyes with his hand, softly saying "Codail" as he did so. The Sleep spell was focused directly on the three goblins, attempting to get rid of the only aggressors so they could deal with Klarg. "Get the bugbear!" Cinis yelled, making his way over to his downed allies to help them.
All three goblins collapse where they stand, descending into magical slumber from Cinis's sleep spell.
OOC: Waiting to see if Tarok decides to use his Relentless Endurance to confirm Bob's action. If so, Bob can post a new action. If not, Bob will use his healer's kit and stabilize Tarok.
Turn 2 Remaining:Argos (unconscious), Nemean and Tarok (unconscious or at 1HP depending on his next post) <=== Sildar
Tarok takes an arrow straight to the chest and catches him off-guard. Blood issues from the wound, and Tarok lets out a wild, bestial howl. His eyes glaze over with defiance and rage. He quickly catches his breath, and despite his wounds, charges toward Klarg. He grits his teeth and delivers horizontal cut toward the Bugbear.
"Where are you running to coward? I'm not done with you yet." he says in his deep, guttural voice.

Crossing paths, Nemean and Tarok rush at their foes. Tarok cuts into Klarg's side with a heavy blow, and can now see that Klarg's destination is a narrow chimney in the floor in front of him that descends somewhere below.
OOC: Nemean's attacks are at advantage because the goblins are asleep. Because the attacks are within 5 feet, if they hit they are automatic criticals. So, I'm going to use the first two rolls in your post as the first attack, and the second two rolls as the second attack, and then use the corrected damage rolls as the base for the hits.
Nemean becomes a whirl of death, both of his scimitars simultaneously opening the throats of two goblins, killing them and spilling their blood onto the cavern floor.
Tracking: There is enough room for one more person to engage Klarg by moving next to Tarok. One goblin remains asleep on the south side of the cavern (Turn 1/10)
Turn 2 Remaining: Argos (unconscious) and Bob <=== Sildar
Bob makes sure the argos is all bandaged up and seeing that Tarok is on his feet, Maybe its time for me to get into the middle of the bugbear, My weapons tell me they wish for blood.
Bob looks down at his weapons as he draws his rapier and dagger " Pigsticker and stabber its time for some work, strike true for me!'
Bob takes off after Klarg in a charge, and right befor Bob gets to him he slides trying to go under Klarg's legs, as he slides under Bob is going to try and slice the back of Klargs calf with his dagger (bonus) and stab him in the Ass cheek with his rapier (attack)
