Nemean's tail twitched, he gripped his Scimitars, and suddenly made two quick cuts with his blades in an attempt to take down the remaining Redbrand. "You should have let these people be!"

Tarok Second Wind: 3 Tarok Greatsword Attack: 13
Tarok's greatsword and Nemean's scimitars hit nothing but air as the Redbrand frantically dodges.
Turn 3 Order: Redbrand Ruffian <===== Players
The remaining Redbrand takes stock of his situation, noting that suddenly he stands alone against five warriors who easily dispatched his companions. "You're done! You have no idea what's coming your way once Glasstaff finds out about this," he says, and bravely tears off to the east (using Dash as his action), toward the large manor looming in view.
Turn 3 Order: Redbrand Ruffian Players <=====
Tracking: The Redbrand is 60 feet away from Nemean, Sildar and Tarok, 80 feet from Argos, and 100 feet from Cinis.
OOC: You have the option of initiating a chase. Attacks can be made while chasing, but since your quarry is likely sticking with Dash, that means he'll be outpacing you unless you're also Dashing.
Exhaustion Penalties: Argos - Disadvantage on Ability Checks Tarok - Disadvantage on Ability Checks & Speed halved
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nemean watches his quarry as the Redband tears off into the distance. His his tail twitches back and forth and he leans back flexing his hind legs right before he bursts into action tearing across the road and quickly catching up with his prey. As he closes distance, he takes two savage swings at his foe, then his primal hunter instincts take over and despite his exhaustion, he rips away slashing again wildly on the back-swing of each scimitar, twisting his body into a chaotic frenzy of blades a before he regains his balance and composure.
OOC: Borrowing from Argos's method here to make sure I'm accounting for each action correctly, but pretty sure I can pull all of this off with Feline Agility and Action Surge.
Seeing the Redbrand begin to run away, Argos moves forward 25 ft in chase, stowing both his shortswords while doing so. He then speaks an arcane word, casting Hunter's Mark upon the Redbrand.

OOC: Lol Tarok. All good except for the final bonus action Nemean - Action Surge only gives you a new standard action in a turn.

Fear registers on the Redbrand's face as the tabaxi's claws vastly outpace him. After the first scimitar strikes him, the battle-tested human is able to evade two more quick strikes.
Meanwhile, Argos moves his Hunter's Mark to this new target, and Sildar's longsword clatters to the ground as he pulls his heavy crossbow off of his back, loads a bolt, and fires down the road, striking the Redbrand in the side while he dodges Nemean.
Heavy Crossbow Attack: 6 Piercing Damage: 1
Turn 3 Order: Redbrand Ruffian Players <===== Cinis and Tarok are up
Tracking:
The Redbrand is engaged with Nemean. Argos is 55 feet away. Sildar and Tarok are 60 feet away. Cinis is 100 feet away.
Cinis calmly walks in the direction that the Redbrand was running in and felt at that new power in him, pulling it out and unleashing it at the man with a casual wave of his hand as he felt a surge of confidence from the power.
The magical energy sizzles directly into the Redbrand, doubling him over in pain.
Turn 3 Order: Redbrand Ruffian Players <===== Tarok is up
OOC: Not sure if Tarok's conversation was all you wanted to do on his turn because his speed is halved, so just let me know if that is the case, otherwise we'll wait some time for his action.
OOC: Action Surge does give you a possible bonus action, "...you can take one additional action on top of your regular action and a possible bonus action."
OOC: The "possible bonus action" mentioned in the feature is the one that already exists in each turn. It's saying that Action Surge gives you a new action in addition to the Action and possible Bonus action that you can already take in each turn.
"One additional action on top of your regular action and a possible bonus action" rather than "One additional action and a possible bonus action on top of your regular action".
Tarok follows Sildar's lead and drops his sword. He draws his light crossbow and aims it at the escaping ruffian. "I really should have thought of this instead of running for hours after that bugbear.." he says, casually lining up his target and loosing the bolt.
Attack: 7 Damage: 9
OOC: Am I able to spend my inspiration token? These rolls are terrible.
OOC: I typically say you have to call an Inspiration use out before the roll is made, but don't worry, because this dude done.
Tarok fires a bolt that sails down the road, missing its target.
The Redbrand is bleeding from a cut and a crossbow bolt in his side, and holding his eldritch-blackened chest. Facing a tabaxi swinging scimitars at astounding speed, two arbalests firing away, a magic-wielding tiefling, and a dwarf running after him with arcane gestures, he drops his shortsword to the ground.
"No, don't! Spare me,please!" he shouts, frantically backing away, "I'll leave, Glasstaff doesn't need to know."
He kneels, one hand raised in surrender while the other continues to clutch at wounds.
OOC: 80 XP to all characters for that battle. Sheets are updated.
Argos approaches the Redbrand, pulling back out one of his shortswords. He holds the shortsword to his throat. "So, you want to live? Then tell us about your base." Argos gestures up towards the manor. "And don't try my patience, I would put you down for what you've done to this town."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: No worries.
Tarok reloads his crossbow and stows it in it's holster before he picks up his sword and puts that in it's scabbard. He walks over to the ruffian and stands over him, cracking his knuckles. "Where is Glasstaff? and where are the rest of you holed up these days?" he demands.
Cinis makes his way to the others surrounding the Redbrand and helps Tarok intimidate the Redbrand by making his own eyes glow with Thaumaturgy, causing him to look even more demonic.
I really hate doing this, but it's definitely effective. Maybe we can get him to lead us into the Redbrand's base of operations and avoid any traps they may have set.

"Where is Glasstaff? and where are the rest of you holed up these days?" he demands.
"Our hideout is in the cellar of the manor," he says, pointing to the giant structure. "I don't know where Glasstaff is, only that his office is in the west end. He's cautious, he doesn't trust anyone. But don't make me go in there, please. Glasstaff finds out I talked, I'll do much worse than time in a jail cell."

"He's a real wizardy type. He has a magic staff, nothing hurts him. Don't know what he wants, exactly...we just follow his orders, and he follows The Black Spider's. There's bugbears in the hideout, sent by The Black Spider as 'reinforcements'. They aren't much use to us, really."
