"This is what I get for overthinking," I mutter to myself as I pull a bit of seaweed out of an eye socket. "That Amadeus guy better not be lying about how much this job is worth to him..."
I cast Invisibility again, this time using a spell slot. And I am just going to wait behind the ladies until the door opens this time...
Von stomps in, pretending to be independent or Chlorys and tries to clear as much space as possible behind her for Camus to follow in wake. She loudly orders a 🍺, taking notice of the interior, patrons, and barkeep.
A young human man stands behind the bar, pouring drinks for the inn's clientele. Von notes that, while the place certainly has its share of rough old drunks, it also has several individuals who are perhaps a bit more finely dressed, aren't quite as broken down by years of hard work, their hands not so gnarled and calloused. This place caters to both the average citizen and those who are perhaps a bit better off. This entire main room is in the main hold of the bar, and there looks to be both an upstairs, on the main deck, and a downstairs, in the ship's lower hold. There are probably more rooms behind the bar, such as a kitchen, a storage space, and perhaps an office or some other place where the inn's proprietor works. The prices reflect the establishment's clientele, charging 5 copper for a mug of ale.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
As I make my way inside, trying not to let my bones clatter too much from the chilly unexpected bath I just took, I tap Chlorys lightly since she's presumably close to the door.
"I'm going to sneak into the storage room," I whisper in her ear after glancing around the bar to make sure no one is listening. "You and Von buy me about 5 minutes to get back there, then I'll need you two to find a way to bring him to me. Maybe have Von grab him so that I can deliver Amadeus' message, and you can 'set the mood' with a bit of your Bardic magic; should really send a good chill down his spine and help cover up any noise he makes."

“Alright, Chlorys, time for theatrics,” Von whispers conspiratorially before shouting, “Listen here, elf! I saw the hot bartender before you did! If you want him you’ll have to go through me first!”, gesturing wildly.
Chlorys takes a moment to admire the buildings interior. It was by far cleaner and more well maintained than Amadeus' place. "No wonder hes doing so poorly," she thought even finding the atmosphere here more relaxing. She takes her time meandering in as to not draw anyone's conclusion that she and Von were together, Chlorys was just another patron pulling themselves off the bleak streets to get a drink and to warm the chill out of their bones. Chlorys tries to supress a shudder as the feeling of a death seems to tap at her shoulder, the breath of a whisper in her ear... "Buy me 5 minutes," Camus' voice reverberates low instructions, Chlorys let's go of a breath she didn't know she held onto. Yet as quickly as Camus whisper fades, Chlorys jumps, taken aback by Von's sudden outburst. She stared incredulously for a moment, mouth agape slightly; although she had to admit the barkeep's general appearance was attractive, there was no way to acertain that this was their man. "Think Chlor, think!" She absent-mindedly pulled at on of her ears ntil she had a sudden idea. "You might have seen him first but I without a doubt would have a better chance at bedding him than YOU!" Chlorys emphasized, gesturing to herself, "But to be fair let us ask him ourselves." Chlorys stood with her chest out and sauntered over to the bar, tucked her hair gently behind her ear and back over her right shoulder. She seats herself at the bar, and smiles brightly at the young man tending it. "Can I get your name sweetheart," Chlorys winks, "and a drink, please?"
The decidedly unattractive bartender smiles with a mouth of yellowed teeth, colour rising to his cheeks. ”I’m…. um, I’m Truy. N-nice to meet you, ladies.” He begins pouring a drink, as Camus begins dripping past him.
Camus, make a stealth check.

Chlorys still smiles at the bartender, slowly losing interest as his own smile reveals the true nature of his his mouth, she is slightly revolted but continues flirting. It was funny to watch the man become flustered under the attention. "Tell me Truy," she brushes his hand lightly as he hands her the drink she had ordered, "which one of us do you think is prettier?"
Screw it, the instant that it becomes clear this guy has figured out something is going on I'm going to try to scare him into shutting up and saying nothing. When/if he notices something I'll push a wet, boney hand over his mouth and whisper that he'd better be quiet if he knows what's good for him. I ready my action, staying still for a moment on the off-chance he somehow rolls worse than 5 on his Perception.

"Well, ma'am, I-" Truy stops, looks around. "Shit, is there a leak, I swear I hear drip-mmphh!" He stops dead in his tracks, his face depressing strangely, as if there is an invisible force pressing into it. Because there's an invisible force pressing into it. That being Camus. Slowly, he nods, when Camus whispers his demands.

"Good man," I whisper in his ear, my voice dripping with barely-restraines rage after literally everything about this mission has been an embaressing failure so far. "Now, where is Braxton? I have a message for him. Just don't say it too loud... these good folks might think you've lost your mind if they hear you talking to yourself."
I slowly remove my hand from his mouth, but make sure to keep pressure on his shoulder in order to discourage him from screaming. As I'm starting to calm down a bit, I'm beginning to feel a little sorry for this young lad, but I want to get this job finished.
"Also, maybe this will help you remember," I whisper, pressing a silver coin into one if his trembling hands.
I sigh as I realize how badly that went.

If I can I’d like to use the Help action to help get Camus’s point across - perhaps with some thramaturgy to help sell the spookiness.
