Chlorys sits at the bar acting as if nothing strange or out of the ordinary had happened. She taps the bartop absent-mindedly, fingers thrumming against the polished wood. She would keep an eye on Truy and the rest of the main floor, at least for the time being, while Von and Camus handled the rest.
Von and Camus head through the door behind Truy, and are immediately met by the scent of fresh-cooked food. Looking around, they see that they are in a sort of kitchen, placed in the aft section of the boat. To the left, a staircase leads up. Two people are working in the kitchen, a human man and woman. The woman looks up and fixes her eyes on Von, straight through the invisible Camus. They narrow. "Hey! Orc! You're not supposed to be back here!"

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
While their attention is on Von, I walk right between the two people.
"I assure you, she is supposed to be here," I say, summoning as much malice into my voice as I can. "I assume that the gentleman is Mr. Braxton."
I burn a third-level spell slot to cast Hold Person on both of them (save DC 16), seeming to materialize out of thin air right between them as my invisibility dissipates.

(9) The woman's joints freeze up as her eyes bug out. She tries to speak, but only raspy grunts emerge from her throat as her muscles spasm. (18) The man, on the other hand, is a little luckier. His arm freezes up for a second, but the effect quickly wears off. He lets out a yell of surprise as Camus appears, then looks out behind him and opens his mouth. "Help! Somebody help, someone's attacking us!" He then picks up a knife with a bit of minced carrot still stuck to it, and holds it shakily out at Camus and Von. "Don't you come any closer, I know how to use this!"
Chlorys:
You hear this voice shouting from the kitchen, and it becomes immediately apparent that your cover is blown. The tavern's few patrons at this wee hour look around, obviously disturbed, and one stands up. "Someone help them! I'm going to call the guards!" With that, he begins making his way to the exit. Another, a burly, bearded fellow who has until this point stood leaning half-asleep against the wall, begins to head past you. As he walks, he reaches for something on his belt.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Well it looks like we don't have much time," I say. "So I'll be quick: there's someone who doesn't appreciate your business practices, and they sent us to let you know how they feel."
I fix him with a dreadful gaze.... then, I reach up and pull my mask off. As he stares in horror, he sees a yellowing skull, laced with cracks and dripping with salt water and a bit of sea slime.
"And I'll be frank, we may well be the nicest people that our employer sends... do with that information what you will."
I'll go ahead and attempt to Intimidate him... blowing a second use of Memories from a Past Life and the Bardic Inspiration die that Chlorys gifted me.

"Shitshitshit..." Chlorys mutters exasperatedly; someone was shouting from the direction Von and Camus had ventured and now others patrons had noticed the noise. Their plan to go unnoticed had well, been noticed and now people were getting involved. "This was such a bad idea!" Chlorys can't help but groan a little. She had hoped that this would be a quick in and out type deal but it just seemed disasterous from the start. Chlorys however didn't hesitate, quickly thinking of an idea that would hopefully buy them all some time to get out of the Floating Fighter.
**I cast Charm Person from my 2nd level spell slot to charm the bearded gentleman who was also and is now heading towards Camus and Von and as well as the person on their way to get the guards.**
I cast thramaturgy to boom out in my best imitation of Camus “Begone and never return! This vessel is cursed!”
And as a bonus action I would like to cast spiritual weapon @ 2nd level in the form of Camus’s skull. I don’t want it to attack anybody, just fly menacingly down the hall and attack an unoccupied table, frightening patrons.
(Honestly, Von just completely rolling with Camus being a wacky skeleton feels totally right for this situation, lol)
Several things happen at once. Chlorys plays a short ditty on her instrument and sings some magical words, and for a brief moment the large man pauses, and then... (19) shakes it off. He turns to Chlorys, angry and confused. "What the hell was that, elf? What did you do to me?" He pulls back his heavy coat, revealing the long, wicked looking cinquedea on his belt, half-drawn from its sheath, and advances on Chlorys. The moment he begins moving, a great glowing skull crashes from the kitchen, unhinges its musty maw, and bites a table in two, just as the man passes it. He cries out and swipes wildly at the spiritual weapon, his dagger passing right through it.
Meanwhile, the man in the kitchen crumples to his knees, the knife falling from his grasp. He begins shivering, mouth agape, tears streaming from his face. A wet spot spreads from between his legs. As Camus advances, empty eye sockets burning with an invisible fury, he crawls back on all fours, scrabbling against the ground, until he hits the wall. At last, through the blubbering and the whimpering, he croaks out four words.
"I... I just work here!"

"Well then, you have nothing to worry about," I say, stepping forward, one skeletal hand held in a fist as if physically holding the still-paralyzed woman in my grip. "Just as long as everyone does exactly what I say. But I need to deliver my message to Braxton. Show me where he is!"
"Good man," I say, then glance over my shoulder at the petrified woman. "I strongly recommend that both of you stay here and don't do anything foolish."
I open my clasped fist, releasing the woman. Then I make my way up the stairs. At this point, speaking to Braxton is mostly just a formality; I'm sure that Amadeus' message has been sent loud and clear by now.

“Let me know if he needs any further convincing.” I say to Camus before turning to the kitchen. I glare at the two cooks for a moment before slamming the door shut and heading down the hallway to act as lookout; in case anyone enters the bar or leaves the room I want to see it. If the front door is open I close it with Thramaturgy.
"Good idea," I say to Von before the door shuts behind her. "We don't want any distractions... But maybe send the elf with me while you keep the customers busy; I suspect that her skills could come in handy when I finally have the honor of meeting Mr. Braxton."

At the top of the stairs is a closed door. Locked, if you test the knob. Meanwhile, Von peers out of the gun port, and sees the man who said that he was going for the guard sprinting down the street. A few more seconds, and he’ll be out of sight.

I sigh as I see the locked door... it would be nice to have the burly orc to bash it down, but I know that she's doing more important things right now.
With no other good damage options at my disposal, I try to shatter the door's lock with Ray of Frost.

"Thank you," I say, letting go of the young man.
I briefly speak to Chlorys and Von over the bar, as long as no one else is close enough to hear us.
"You heard the boy," I say under my breath. "I'm going in now."
(Hint: I could use a bit of Bardic Inspiration on this...)
